The purpose of this thesis is analyzing how manager’s leadership types influence organization effectiveness through the survey about employees of Community Credit Cooperative (CC). This thesis reveals that intellectual stimulus affect direct positive influence to job satisfaction and job satisfaction result in indirect positive influence to organization performance. Otherwise charisma provokes direct negative influence to job satisfaction and that kind of situation results in poor organization performance. Situational reward and job satisfaction give direct positive influence on organization performance. Individualization consideration has a direct negative effect on organization performance. Also both the transactional leadership and transformational leadership affect organizational effectiveness of CC.
