My purpose in this study is to show that in our history what we have to resolve is the resolution of old history associated with Japan and how we have to do. Among those poblems, What I focused on is about the Comfort Women and Punishment of War Criminal involved with those women. With the outbreak of the Pacific War, Japan Authorities recruited many women from the Korea for providing the Japanese Imperial Army with sexual services by force. In the course of doing these actions , they made so many inhumane activities and illegal behaviours. Therefore, in this thesis I wanted to find out the nature of their criminality against the comfort women during this period, specially crime against humanity and then I tried to make some way to punish the war criminal who committed the crime against humanity. As the ways of showing their criminality, I contradicted Japanese opinions on nullum crime sine lege and that they already gave enough compensation to the damaged countries. As a result of that, I am giving you the some means to punish the war crimianls in the national aspect and in the international aspect.
