본 연구는 우리나라 산림치유 프로그램의 현황을 파악하고 구성활동 내용을 분석함으로써, 향후 체계적인 산림치유 프로그램 운영방안을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 한국녹색문화재단에서 2008년부터 2010년까지 운영한 총 24개 프로그램을 수집하여 각각의 사례별로 대상, 내용, 구성 등을 1차 분석하고, 각각의 프로그램을 구성하는 활동 113개를 도출하여 영역, 목표, 주제, 활동장소, 실시주체 및 난이도 등 총 6가지의 기준에 따라 유형을 구분하였다. 그 결과, 산림치유 프로그램 구성활동은 주로 심리?정서적 안정을 치유 목표로 진행하는 사례가 많았으며, 산림치유 프로그램 대부분이 숲해설 활동을 포함하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또, 산림치유 프로그램에는 강의 등 학습활동이 포함되는 사례가 많았으며, 혼자 할 수 있는 활동 보다 전문가가 개입하여 진행하는 활동이 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 다만 산림치유 프로그램 운영일정은 대부분 단순히 활동명만 제시되어 있거나 활동명과 함께 추상적이고 포괄적n치유의 목표가 제시되어 산림치유로서의 치유적 개입에 대한 내용이 명확하게 제시되어 있지 않은 것으로 파악되었다. 따라서 향후 산림치유 프로그램은 계획단계에서 참여자에 대한 뚜렷한 분석을 통해 맞춤형 산림치유 프로그램을 위한 구성활동을 도출해야 하며, 이를 위해서는 프로그램 및 구성활동에 대한 대상별 효과성 평가 연구를 통해 보다 전문성 높은 산림치유 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. The aim of this study is to provide the basic data for the systematic forest healing programs of the future by analyzing the contents of the forest healing programs in Korea. The specific programs analyzed are the forest healing programs, operated by the Korea Forest Foundation, from the years 2008-2010. Twenty four programs were collected during the three years, each analyzing target, content and composition. These programs were then sorted into one hundred and thirteen activities of the forest healing program, which consists of six standards: Field, aim, subject, place, participation and level. As a result, it is apparent that firstly, the activities of the forest healing programs have many cases relating to proceeding programs for psychological and emotional stability. Secondly, the activities of the forest healing programs have many cases that included the forest interpretation activity and the learning activity, such as a lecture. Furthermore, it is fair to say that there are more activities involving expertise. It is important to state that the schedule of the forest healing programs mostly consisted of suggested activity names, often with an abstract and/or comprehensive concept; thus not offering contents about the intervention of the healing purpose. Therefore, in the design stage of the forest healing programs, we must state the activities of the composition for individualized forest healing programs, through clear analysis of participation. To achieve this, we must develop the systematic forest healing programs and formed activities, through study on verification of the effectiveness for the individual.
