트리즈(TRIZ) 창의적 문제해결 방법론의 디자인 교육과정 적용사례 연구

연구배경 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 창조와 혁신은 사회 전부분에 중요한 화두가 되었으며, 디자인 교육현장 또한 창의적 문제해결 능력 갖춘 인재양성이 강조되고 있다. 이러한 시점에 창의적 사고역량을 강화하기 위해 발산적 방법론과 수렴적 방법론이 모두 가능한 검증적 사고 방법론인 트리즈 창의적 문제해결 방법론이 이공계와 산업을 중심으로 확대되고 있다. 따라서 경험적 창의 교육 중심의 디자인 교육과정에트리즈를 적용해보고 창의적 사고훈련의 방법론으로 지속가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 디자인학과 3학년을 대상으로 2019년 2학기 ‘캡스톤디자인’ 교과목에 트리즈 창의적 문제해결 방법론을 교육하고 활용하여 창의적 문제해결의 방법론으로써 트리즈 학습 효과와 유용성 분석을 통해 디자인 교육에 있어 트리즈의 창의적 논리사고의 방법론의 가능성을 알아보았다. 연구결과 트리즈 창의적 문제해결 모형의 활용 효과 및 만족도 분석과 기존 창의 발상 방법론과의 일표본 T 검정을 분석 결과는 디자인 문제에 대한 명확한 인식, 원인 분석, 아이디어 도출을 위한 발명원리의 적용이 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보여준다. 결론 본 연구에서는 기존의 발산적·추론적 방법론에 비하여 트리즈의 검증적 사고 방법론이 시행착오를 줄이고 신속하게 유요한 개념적 아이디어를 이끌어내는 것을 알 수 있다. 하지만, 트리즈를 활용하기 위한 충분한 학습을 위해서는 예제 문제와 단계 및 상황별 시나리오와 세부적 수행 양식 등의 교육과 40가지 원리의 세부내용을 디자인 분야에 적합하도록 다양한 사례분석을 통해 연구하고 보완할 필요가 있다. Background Creation and innovation from the Fourth Industrial Revolution became an important topic in all parts of society, and the design education field is also focusing on nurturing talents with creative problem-solving skills. At this point, TRIZ's creative problem solving methodology, which is both a divergent and convergent methodology, is being expanded around science and industry to reinforce creative thinking capacity. Therefore, I tried to apply TRIZ to the design curriculum centered on empirical creative education and to examine sustainability as a methodology of creative thinking training. Methods TRIZ's creative logic in design education by analyzing TRIZ learning effects and usefulness as a methodology for creative problem solving by teaching and utilizing TRIZ creative problem solving method in the capstone design course of the second semester of 2019 for the third year of the design department. The possibility of the methodology of thinking was examined. Results Analyzing the effectiveness and satisfaction of TRIZ creative problem solving model and one-sample T test with existing creative methodology, the results showed statistically significant results of the application of invention principles for clear recognition, cause analysis, and idea generation of design problems. Conclusion In this study, it can be seen that TRIZ's proven thinking methodology reduces trial and error and leads to valid conceptual ideas in comparison with conventional divergent and inferential methodologies. However, in order to fully learn to use TRIZ, it is necessary to study and supplement the details of the 40 principles for the design field and to provide training on example problems, steps, situational scenarios, and detailed execution styles.
