기업의 사회적 책임활동 지각이 기업평가에 미치는 영향 -기업규모에 따른 차이를 중심으로-

기업의 사회적 책임활동은 경쟁적 환경에서 기업의 지속가능한 성장과 경쟁 우위를 달성하는 중요한 요인이다. 이에, 본 연구는 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 일반 소비자들의 지각이 기업평가에 미치는 영향을 밝히려는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구에서 제시한 연구모형은 선행연구를 기초로 작성되었고, 이를 검증하기 위해 강원도에 거주하고 있는 일반소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 그 중 유효한 240부의 설문지를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 발견점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 사회적 책임활동의 4가지 주요차원들 중에서 자선적 활동을 제외한 경제적, 법률적, 윤리적 활동은 기업평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업규모를 동시에 도입하였는데, 기업규모에 따라 사회적 책임활동과 기업평가 간에 유의한 차이가 있음이 발견되었다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 관리적 시사점한계점 및 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하였다. Corporate social responsibility activities are the important factor to attain corporate sustainable growth and competitive advantage in environmental context. Thus, this research aims to find out the effect of consumers` perception of corporate social responsibility activities on corporate evaluation. On the basis of the literature review, the research model is established. This research has been done through the survey utilizing consumers in Gangwondo, and the effective 240 questionnaires are tested for the research model. The main findings are as follows. First, among 4 key dimensions of corporate social responsibility activities, economic, legal, ethical activities except of philanthropic activities have significant effects on corporate evaluation. Second, corporate size is included concurrently, and the significant differences are found between corporate social responsibility activities and corporate evaluation. At the end of the research, managerial implications, limitations and future research directions are suggested.
