통합적 미술감상교육 제안 : 느린 학습자와 〈쉬운 작품해설 쓰기〉

본 연구는 미술관 전시와 작품해설을 어렵게 느끼는 느린 학습자가 주체가 되어 작품해설을 쉽게 써보는 미술 감상 학습을 제안한다. 이를 통해 교육 사각지대 학습자 중에서도 일반교육과 특수교육 사이에 놓였던 느린 학습자, 즉 경계선 지능 학습자의 인지·사회적 변화와 감상 접근성을 높인다. 언어능력이 약한 느린 학습자는 추상적인 조형 언어와 긴 문장으로 복잡하게 쓰인 해설을 쉬운 단어와 문장으로 다듬으며 작품을 깊이 감상하고 내면의 감상을 구체적인 언어로 표현한다. 스스로 고른 작품을 능동적으로 해석하고 논리적인 글로 정리하는 과정에서 핵심 내용을 찾고, 어떤 정보를 습득할 것인지 스스로 판단하는 문해력을 기를 수 있다. 함께 협동하여 단어의 의미를 찾고, 음성해설을 녹음하는 실제적 과정을 거치며 의사소통 능력, 문제 해결 능력이 향상된다. 본 연구는 어린이, 장애 그룹, 시니어, 다문화, 문화 소외계층, 비장애 구성원 모두가 이점을 누릴 수 있다는 점에서 인클루시브적 통합교육으로 기능한다. 소수자를 위한 쉬운 정보라는 프레임에서 벗어나 쉬운 정보가 폭넓게 적용될 때, 더 많은 사람이 알 권리를 누리며 주체적인 삶을 살 수 있다. This research proposes an accessible approach to art appreciation learning by allowing slow learners, who find art museum exhibitions and artwork descriptions challenging, to easily write their own descriptions. Through this, it elevates the cognitive and social changes in slow learners enhancing their accessibility to appreciation. For slow learners with weak language abilities, complexly written explanations in abstract language and lengthy sentences are simplified into easy words and sentences, express inner perceptions in concrete language. Actively interpreting self-chosen artworks and logically organizing them into writing helps develop comprehension skills by identifying key content and making judgments about the information to acquire. Cooperative efforts in finding word meanings and recording audio description foster improved communication and problem-solving abilities. This research functions as inclusive integrated education, benefiting children, disabled groups, seniors, multicultural, culturally marginalized communities, and both disabled and non-disabled individuals. Moving beyond the frame of simplified information for minorities, wider application of easy-to-understand information grants more rights to people, allowing them to lead self-directed lives.
