본 연구에서는 대형 블록의 제작 과정에서 수반된 용접변형이 탑재단계에서 재 분포하는 현상을 유한요소해석을 통해 재현하였다. 용접시공 기준에 근거한 입열 조건으로 용접변형 해석을 수행하였으며, 이러한 해석 결과를 실적선 계측 자료와 비교하였다. 용접을 고려한 블록에 대해 실 건조 공정을 고려하여 적치, Lifting, 탑재 해석을 수행하였으며, 최종 탑재 단계의 변형 분포와 실적선 계측 자료를 비교함으로써 해석의 타당성을 검증하였다. 또한 최종 탑재 단계에서 용접변형의 재 분포현상을 용접 잔류응력의 영향으로 추정하였으며, 이를 해석적 방법을 통해 고찰 하였다.

In this paper the influence of postweld heat treatment on mechanical properties of SMAW and FCAW stainless steel weldments was examined and the obtained results are as follows ; (1) The amount of $\delta$-ferrite formed by SMAW and FCAW process decreased with increasing holding temperature and time in post weld heat treatment(PWHT), and it was found that the reduced ferrite was transformed into sigma phase after $800^{circ}C{\times}50hr$ PWHT. This sigma phase, even though it was very small, resulted in brittleness of dissimilar weldment between carbon steel and stainless steel in bending test, however in similar weldment between stainless steel and stainless steel was not occured. (2) The chemical composition of sigma phase was measured to 28-30%Cr, 7-9%Mo, 4-6Ni in 316L weldment, and also 35-37%Cr, 0.9-1.0Mo, 6-8%Ni in 309L weldment by EDS analysis.

The dimensional measurement and inspection technologies of propellers are applied to each stage of casting, matching grinding and inspection in major processes of propeller manufacturing and play a critical role to decide quality level of final products. In thins study, an automation system which is more precise, accurate, rapid and simple to measure fixed pitch propellers greater than 5 m was developed and an optimized measurement process with the automated large volume metrology system, a pitchometer, was founded. The developed system was to automate the whole process from planning, measurement, data processing to generating reports, whereby the work environment for one man was built up and the process was standardized. These have contributed to perform the safe and designed measurement process.

In shipbuilding industry, welding position are usually flat and vertical position at the erection stage. Application of SAW and EGW for these positions makes it possible to achieve enhanced productivity and high quality. But owing to their large size and weight it is difficult to apply these techniques in short and narrow regions. To overcome this problem, our company developed light weight and compact size 4-axis welding carriage which perform 3D weaving. The purpose of this study is to explain the development and application of intelligent welding carriage using 3D weaving pattern that can fill a large amount of welds and thereby making it possible to achieve high quality of welding. This study shows 3D weaving pattern, development of weaving database, and skill of adaptive control response for the variable gap. Also, it shows the results of procedure qualification test for the AH-grade steel when applied to the intelligent welding carriage.
