ACTH가 副腎, 骨髓 및 淋巴組織에 미치는 影響에 關한 實驗的 硏究

Many studies for the effect of ACTH were executed with various animals. The histological changes of the adrenal cortex were illustrated in relation to the endocrinological and biochemical action. Reports for the effect on the peripheral blood were also established but the mechanism was in controversy. Author attempted to clarify the histological changes of the adrenal cortex and the mechanism of the effect on the individual differential cells of leukocytes, also tried to pursue the changes of bone marrow, lymphnode and spleen under the influence of ACTH or with surgical stress. Thirty eight healthy young adult male rabbits weighing from 1.80 kg to 2.20 kg were utilized. Animals were sacrificed by the injection of air into the vein of the ear, and then the adrenal gland, femoral bone marrow, spleen and mesenteric lymphnodes were examined. The findings and results obtained on this experiment were as follows; 1) The microscopic structure of the adrenal cortex following stimulation by ACTH or with surgery was revealed; the cells of zona fasciculata were initially clear and pale staining predominently became compact and dark staining and then the change was extended to the zona glomerulosa, which was related to the amount and duration of administered ACTH, especially predominant in addition to surgery. In the group of rabbits administered large amount of ACTH, although compact cells were proliferated, tiny lipid like material was increased and vacuolated cells were appeared which was presumably resulted from the degeneration of cytoplasm. 2) The bone marrow showed marked decrease in cellularity, erythroid series, megakaryocytes and eosinophils, but fatty marrow and myeloid series were remarkably increased. Lymphocytes, were slightly increased. The above mentioned changes were more remarkable in the fifth group of animal. 3) Lymphoid tissue was markedly reduced, and observed follicular atrophy, sinusoidal edema, congestion and decrease in number of lymphocytes. In areas some lymphocytes showed karyorrhexis or karyolysis. Such findings were predominant in the fifth group of animal. 4) Spleen was moderately atrophied and its lymphoid tissue disclosed a considerable decrease in amount. There was congestion, edema, partial proliferation of fibrous tissue, precipitation of blood pigments and infiltration of polymorphonuclear-leukocytes and macrophages in the parenchyme. These findings were more pronounced in the fifth group of animal. 5) In peripheral blood with the injection of ACTH and or laparotomy produced absolute lymphopenia and eosinophenia, however circulating neutrophils were markedly increased in number.

본 연구에서는 펄스응답을 이용한 화학공정의 2차시간지연 모델의 해석을 위한 방법을 제시하였으며 이 모델은 공정제어기의 조율파라메타를 구하는 데 이용되었다. 조율기법은 열린루프 조율지침과 닫힌루프 조율지침을 복합아여 적용하였으며 또 최대의 피크주파수를 갖도록 하는 닫힌루프법에 대한 새로운 지침을 제시하였다. 제시된 방법으로 짧은 시간에 공정해석을 할 수 있고 테스트중에 공정에 어떠한 심한 동요나 진동이 생길 가능성은 매우 적다. 닫힌루프 조율지침으로서 최대크기의 피크진폭비를 갖는 닫힌루프 지침이 이용되며 이득여유나 위상여유가 열린루프 지침으로서 이용된다. 최대크기의 피크진폭비를 갖는 닫힌루프법의 개선된 수행을 위하여 공정의 최대크기 피크진폭비를 갖는 닫힌루프법과 감쇠계수 사이의 관계를 분석하고 조율시에 적용하기 위해 해석하였다. 네가지 공정예로서 제안된 기법과 기존의 조율지침을 적용한 기법들과 비교하여 본 연구의 방법에 대한 우수성을 입증하였다.
