        중년여성의 규칙적 등산활동 여부에 따른 피부 및 체형관리 행동 비교

        This aim of this study is to investigate the behaviors of skin care and body management according to regular mountain climbing in middle-aged women. The study subjects were 578 middle-aged men with age 40~60`s (non-climbing group, n=280; climbing group, n=298), and were asked to fill out a questionnaire by self-recording method. In the results, the skin care behavior showed that for the skin type, ‘dry skin`` is the highest, ‘wrinkle and pigmentation’ is the main problem of skin. 48.2% of non-climbing group and 44.0% of climbing group answered that didn`t take care of their skin. The satisfaction of skin was significantly higher in climbing group than in non-climbing group. In self-perceived body shape on the body management, 82.5% of non-climbing group and 84.5% of climbing group were answered ‘normal’ or ‘plump’. Also, abdomen was the region of body management in both group. The highest reason of no body management was ‘no time’ (31.5% in climbing group and 40.8% in non-climbing group). 88.9% of non-climbing and climbing group answered that the chief factor of body management is ‘one`s will and effort``. In conclusion, the behaviors of skin care and body management, especially satisfaction of skin, body management status and the region of body management, were different according to regular mountain climbing. Further research is needed to determine the effect of positive internal and external responses applied regular climbing status in more scientific and systematic way on skin care and body management in middle-aged women.

        송화가루와 프로폴리스를 이용한 피부 관리가 여드름 피부에 미치는 효과

        Pine pollen and propolis were currently used as an alternative medicine in the management of various ailments, whereas evidence supporting its improving effect on acne has yet to be fully demonstrated. This study was to compare the effects of propolis and pinepollen on acne skin. The study subjects were 30 adults with age 20-30 (propolis group, n=15; pine pollen group, n=15). Propolis group was offered propolis treatment and pine pollen group was treated with pine pollen pack that has been dissolved water once a week fortotal 10 times. After 10 weeks, moisture, and elasticity were significantly increased in both group (p<0.001). Stuff, papule and pustule were significantly decreased in both group (p<0.01). Also, sebum was significantly decreased after treatment in propolis group and pinepollen group (p<0.001). When compared to the propolis group, subjects in pine pollen group showed significant improvements inmoisture, sebum, elasticity and pustule (respectively, p<0.05). These result indicated that propolis and pine pollen treatment are potential and beneficial effects on acne skin, and pine pollen might be more effective than propolis for relief of acne.

        보문 : 뷰티 직영프랜차이즈 소속 관리사의 직업 정체성과 직무만족도에 관한 연구 -피부관리실 중심으로-

        This study was conducted to survey on the professional identity and job satisfaction in beauticians who work at franchise skin care shop. The 484 skin care experts, aged 20 or older, filled in self-administered questionnaire. The survey was carried out during 2 months from 1st May to 3 June, 2014. A questionnaire measuring general characteristics, environment, professional identity and job satisfaction. All subjects were women, and 50.2% were 20 s. 61.2% were single. About 90.0% of the subjects worked for 5~6 days a week, and 38.2% worked for more 8 hours to less than 10 hours. The score of job satisfaction was 3.64 (working environment 3.91, the education system 3.73 and welfare system 3.52). Also, 9 of 10 questions of professional identity were more than 3 point. Especially, score of social significance of job was 3.88, and pride of skin care technique was 3.68. Professional identity was positively correlated with total job satisfaction (P.0.001). In conclusion, these results can be used as preliminary data for intervention program to improve professional identity and job satisfaction in beauticians.

        Lately in Korea, due to the increase in economic and cultural standards of living, personal desire is becoming increasingly diverse, and as the interest in the quality of living is growing, the desire to pursuit beauty is increasing. Yet the beauty industry in Korea is changing too slowly compared to other industries, due to the characteristics of the beauty industry. It relies too much on human resources such as technician`s skill or know-how. A well structured management system or marketing plan is lacking so that the past management system is still in use and there are not enough related researches in this area. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. Especially during the well-being era, people pay more attention to health. This research is to find out ways the impact of service quality have on customer satisfaction. The target is skin care customers who value health and beauty. As a result of examining the hypothesis, both hypotheses, the professionalism in service quality and the image of the store which affects customer satisfaction, were appropriate. From the customer`s point of view, as the standards of professional skills and other related skills are higher, customer reliability will increase, and when a customer chooses and evaluates a store, he or she will do so based on other people`s advice, ads or the atmosphere of the store.
