This study was to explore the issue of leisure policy for Korean middle aged women. This was emerged as a significant academic realm for understanding happiness and well being of middle aged women. In this respect, this study explained three phases of paradigms in leisure welfare of Korean women. That is, 1970`s, 1980- 1990`s, and 2000 - presents` welfare issues of policy for Korean women. Some matters in leisure policy for Korean women were caused by a lack of recognition and problem of campaign and promotion. In order to solve an existing questions, this study suggested that changing of recognition, applying national campaign and increasing budget are accomplished in Korean society. It plays a great role in enhancing the quality of live for Korean middle aged women.

목표지향행동모델을 통한 고강도 인터벌 트레이닝 참여자들의 행동의도 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavior intentions of high-intensity interval training participants by using a goal-oriented behavioral model. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 215 questionnaires were distributed at 4 high-intensity interval training centers located in Seoul. Total 209 valid samples were used for the analysis. The data analysis was conducted through SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 with frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and path analysis, and the analysis results are as follows. First, the attitudes and perceived behavioral control and positive anticipated emotions of participants in high-intensity interval training have a significant influence on desire. Second, subject norms and negative anticipated emotions of participants in high-intensity interval training did not have a significant influence on desire. Third, frequency of past behavior has a significant influence on desire however, it has not a significant influence on participation intention. Fourth, perceptual behavioral control had no significant effect on participation intention, but desire has a significant influence on participation intention for high intensity interval training. The results of this study are expected to provide a fundamental understanding of continuous participation in high intensity-interval training

The purpose of this study is to research how mountain bike activity participation effect on the participants by examining the effect on recreation specialization according to degree of being flow by mountain bike participants in the activity. That is, this study has necessity in terms of understanding the reason for participating of mountain bike participants, collecting and providing data base about factors and information for attracting the future participants to this field. For researching the effect on recreation specialization of leisure flow for MTB participants, participants in mountain bike clubs and internet cafe are selected for a population and a questionnaire was distributed through Convenience Sampling of Non Probability Sampling in this study. The data collected were analyzed with SPSS Windows 18.0 Version. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were used for proving the validity of survey questions, and frequency analysis was used for examining the distribution of demographic variables.
