Yoga has been come into the spotlight in the western developed countries as an alternative treatment of modern disease. Performance system of Yoga is based on the human anatomical system. Merits of Yoga are having positive effects on physical and mental benefits throughout Yoga practice. The purpose of this study is to see positive effects of adult women`s social activity throughout Yoga practice participation. In this regard, relationships between mental health and life satisfaction are also analyzed to meet the purpose of this study. 1. Level of mental health will be different according to the demographic. 2. Level of mental health will be different according to the frequency and period of practice. 3. Level of metal health in adult women will affect on life satisfaction. To examine the relationship between mental health and life satisfaction, consideration on demographic, occupation, age, frequency and period has been conducted. As for the relationship between Yoga practice and life satisfaction, I have concluded research results as follows, after multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis. First, there were high level of participation in the ages between 20s~30s adult women, due to those ages` high level of interest in fashion and external appearance. Second, as for the frequency of practice, practice once a week was more effectful in breathing, mind control, physical concept and changes of mind than more practice frequency, as participants with once a week frequency have refreshful mind when they practice. Third, concerning the period of practice, longer than 6 months of participants is more effect on breathing, mind control, physical concept and changes of mind. Fourth, there are no difference between participants` occupation.
