AP Now 부모코칭프로그램이 어머니의 양육태도와 부모-자녀 의사소통에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 AP Now 부모코칭프로그램이 어머니의 양육태도와 부모-자녀 의사소통에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 평생교육원 수강생중 4-12세 자녀를 둔 어머니 50명(실험집단 25명, 통제집단 25명)이다. 이 연구의 결과 분석은 어머니의 양육태도와 부모-자녀 의사소통 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집 하고 그 결과를 알아보기 위해 t-검증을 하였다. 연구 결과 AP Now 부모코칭프로그램이 첫째, 어머니의 애정적, 자율적 양육태도를 향상시키고, 거부적, 통제적 양육태도는 감소시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 부모-자녀의 의사소통 수준을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과에 비추어 볼 때 AP Now 부모코칭프로그램은 자녀양육에 있어서 적절한 지식이나 기술이 부족한 부모들에게 도움을 줄 수 있음을 시사해 주고 있으며, 부모-자녀 문제해결을 위해 다양하게 적용될 수 있다.. The purpose of this study was to apply AP Now Parent Coaching Program in an effort to examine its effects on the mother’s nurturing attitude and parent-child communication. The research group was 50 students(mothers having a child at the age of 4-12) of academy of continuing Education: 25 for the experimental group and 25 for the control group. The instruments used in this study were Mother’s Nurturing Attitude Inventory, Parent-Child Communication Inventory. And paired t-Test was employed to make a statistical analysis of the collected data. The findings of this study were analyzed as follows: First, AP Now parent coaching program was effective at improving Affectionate and autonomous nurturing attitudes and decreasing rejective and controlling nurturing attitudes. Second, AP Now parent coaching program was effective at boosting parent-child communication. From the result of this study, AP Now parent coaching program is effective to patents who know the importance of parenting training but have no proper knowledge or skill about effective parenting, and could be appled in a diverse way to iron out parent-child problems.
