        태권도 품새의 수행 방법에 따른 운동강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the trend of mechanism about motion composition of Poomsae, furthermore the related studies through the contents analyses of previously published research outcomes according to the exercise intensity in performance methods of Taekwondo Poomsae. Exercise intensity in Taekwondo Taegeuk Poomsae on the pace and fast velocity change was training aerobic power in Taewkondo practitioners improves in using and adaptations for effectively methods of exercise. Also Taeknwondo Poomsae for Koryo and Keumgang on maximal heart rate was examined 83%-92%, and anaerobic power and ability was improved close helpful of the exercise.

        미국 주니어(Junior) 태권도선수의 머리와 목에 대한 운동상해와 발생기전에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the trend of the head and neck injuries, and mechanism, type, situation in junior taekwondo athletes of Americans national and international taekwondo tournaments. Date were collected at the 1989 and 1990 United States National Junior Taekwondo Championships and the unofficial Junior Taekwondo World Championships in 1989. The subject of this study is total of 3.274 boys and 865 girls taekwkondo athletes. The factors of the Sport injury was divided into 2 cases and mechanism, type, situation of injury according to the previous investigated by the reachers. The result of this study are as follows; 1. Taekwondo tournaments during recorded between young male and female taekwondo athletes in total head and neck injury with the boys recording a higher rate than the girls. 2. The type of injuries about head and neck was mostly incurred by contusion of kick. 3. The major mechanism of injury for both boys and girls was receiving a blow of kick. 4. The total injury of head and neck for situations was mostly incurred by unblocked attack 5. Time-loss head and neck injuries sequel recorded after 7-day.

      • 태권도선수의 운동 상해요인과 대처방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables relating to the incidence and copying strategies of taekwondo athletic injury. The subjects were taekwnondo athletic(n=40) from K university. In The method of this study, athletic injury questionnaire was designed for the purpose of this study researcher. The selected variables relating to the incidence of athletic injury of this study were training game process variable, game boundary. The conclusions and implications of this study were as follows : The variables relating to the injure incidence of taekwondo player were lack of skill and strategy(47.5%), training too hard(42.5%), lack of basis physical ability(35%) in training, game process variables, physical fatigue(77.5%), indifference of warm-up, cooling down (62.5%), individual mistake(30%). In boundary variables were exceed tention(32.5%), lack of self-confidence(30%), high anxiety(25%).

      • 유산소 훈련에 따른 호르몬 분비 비율의 변화가 비만 아동의 체구성비에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of present study was to study the changes of steroid hormone, growth hormone and insulin concentration following aerobic exercise on body composition in obese children. The subjects of this study was divided into two groups; obese children group(n=10); non-obese children group(n=10). All subjects participated in maximal exercise test to calculate their 65% HR max workload, and also they were measured body composition and blood samples were drawn from antecubital vein before taking part in exercise training programs and at 4 and 8 weeks post. There was significant different in the body weight and % body fat between obese children group and non-obese group(p<.05). However, there was no significant different in the fat free mass between obese children group and non-obese group(p>.05). There was significant different in the blood cortisol, testosterone, growth hormone and insulin concentration between obese children group and non-obese group(p<.05). In conclusion, aerobic exercise training for 8 weeks could be caused the decrease of % body fat and the increase of insulin sensitivity. In addition, the changes of testosterone and cortisol with insulin had positive metabolic effects of body composition to obese and non-obese children.

      • 태권도 및 펜싱선수간의 운동 상해 발생요인 및 예방에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables relating to the incidence and copying strategies of taekwondo and fencing events athletic injury, The subjects were university taekwnondo athletic(n=40) and Highschool fencing athletic(n=40). In the method of this study, athletic injury questionnaire was designed for the purpose of this study researcher. The selected variables relating to the incidence of athletic injury of this study were training, game process variable, game boundary. The conclusions and implications of this study were as follows : First, there was a difference in the symptoms of sports injuries. taekwondo player were an knee joint(50%), joint of ankle and foot(50%), fencing player were an wrist joint(97.5%). Second, there was a difference in the injured parts of bodies. taekwondo player were an muscle strain(67.5), fencing player were an muscle strain(95%). Third, The time of athletic injuries for the taekwondo player were an warming up and cool down exercises(62.5%), fencing player war an exercise(87.5%). fourth, there variables relating to the injure incidence of taekwondo player were exceed activity(77.5), fencing player were physical lack(72.5%).

      • 태권도 수련정도에 따른 초등학생의 체격 및 건강관련 체력에 관한 비교

        The purpose of this study was to investigated physique end health-related titness in elementary school student on Taekwondo training career groups and non training groups. The subjects consisted of a total 45 boys. For the purpose, making the experimental group separated by 3 groups(2 poom : years over, 1 poom : 1years over) and non taekwondo training group respectively. All the measured data were represented by mean and standard deviation(SD) using SPSS package(version 10.0). The statistical techniques for data analysis were used by one way ANOVA. The 5% level of significance was used as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. The results of the study are as followed ; At first, the physique results slowed that not significant difference were found between Taekwonclo training career groups and non training groups. At second. the health-related fitness results showed that the factor of significant difference of between the Taekwondo training career and non Taekwondo training group were 50m dash (p<.05), Sit-up(p<.05), Standing long jump(p<.05), Pull-up(p<.05) Push-up(p<.05). 1000m dash and walking(p<.05) but no significant difference was Sit and trunk flexion(p>.05). In conclusion, Taekwondo training career groups showed significant difference in their health- related fitness through Taekwnodo training. In addition. the regular participation in Taekwondo training was an important role in improvement of the health-related fitness.

      • 유산소 및 저항운동이 비만 남자중학생의 체구성비 및 혈중 지질성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of aerobic exercise and aerobic with resistance exercise on the changes of body composition and blood lipid profiles in obese middle school students. Aerobic exercise group(ni-=10) practiced the aerobic exercise with treadmill and bicycle erogometer 45minutes in a bout, four times a week at the intensity of 60% HRmax. The aerobic exercise with resistance exercise group(n=10) practiced the aerobic and resistance exercise during the same time. Resistance exercise consisted of the 5 item weight and the subjects's own body weight at a level of 60% 1RM. Statistical techniques for data analysis were Two way repeated ANOVA exercise duration (before, 4weeks, 8weeks) and repeated measure repeated contrast to determinethe difference between the aerobic exercise groups and the aerobic exercise with resistance exercise groups. The 5% level of significance was utilized as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. The result and conclusion of this study were as follows : The changes of %body fat in the aerobic exercise group and the aerobic with resistance exercise group were decreased significantly after 8weeks of exercise (p<.05). but there was no significant difference between two groups. There changes of blood lipids such as TC and TG were decreased significantly after 8weeks of all the exercise type(p<.05). And, HDL-C was increased respectively, but there was no significant difference between two groups. In conclusion, both aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise with resistance exercise after 8 weeks could the decrease of body weight, blood lipid profiles, % body fat and the increase of fat free mass and HDL-C. Futhermore, it is suggested that a regular physical activity might be most important factors as the portion of daily energy expenditure and could increase the capacity of physiological adaptation in obese individuals.

      • 여자 태권도 경기시 발 차기 기술 유형 및 득점에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to increase the competitiveness of the middle and high school female Taekwondo games by kicking technique and point of weight during Taekwondo competition. The subjects of this study were semifinal and final games in each weight of junior high school female students in Kangwondo by the residence on Taekwondo competition. The results showed that of kick type and frequency indicated that in each weight shows total 1.216(79.71%) of front dollyo kick. 148(8.92%) of back kick. 76(4.41%) of downward kick. 78(4.96%) of name kick. 12(0.79) of back turn around kick and 22(1.19%) of back whip kick in Female Taekwondo games. And kicking techniques and race areas point showed that in total weight on the 13(45.65%) of front dollyo kick. 13(45.65%) of downward kick and 2(8.7%) of back whip kick in Taekwondo games. The kick techniques and trunk areas point showed that in total weight on the 57(68.37%) of front dollyo kick. 23(20.51%) of back kick, 11(11.11%) of narae kick. No sports game has been developed as rapidly as Taekwondo. neither selected as a formal event of the Clympics as successfully as Taekwondo game. These results could be suggested the important basic of development of scienticific Taekwondo training program of Taekwondo could be the applicable training program for the improvement of female Taekwondo athletes in Taekwondo competition.

      • 주거환경에 따른 청소년의 체격 및 운동기능에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to physique and motor skills of junior high school students (from grade 1 to 3) in Kangwon-do by the residence. To analysis the degree developed through intended training and its related meaning, the objects are chosen from 8 regions (urban, farming and mining community). The investigation was carried out with male junior high school students in total 640 persons. The result of this study are as follows; 1. physique test : comparison of physique measurements (standing height, sitting-height, weight, girth of chest) were not significantly difference between the first grade students in junior high school and the second grade students in junior high school grade(p<.05), but there was the third students in junior high school significantly difference statistics(p<.001). 2. Motor skills test : 1) 50m dash : There was a significant difference statistically like as in the item for 50m dash, such as the third grade students in junior high school(p<.001). 2) Push-up : There was a significant difference statistically in the item for push-up in junior high school(p<.001). 3) Sit-up : There was a significant difference statistically in the item for sit-up in junior high school(p<.001). 4) A standing long jump : There was a significant difference statistically like as in the item for a standing long jump in junior high school(p<.001). 5) Flexibility : There was a significant difference statistically in the item for the flexibility in junior high school(p<.001). 6) 1600m run : There was a significant difference statistically in the item for 1600m run in junior high school(p<.001).
