중소/전문병원 활성화를 위한 서비스디자인 실행 분류체계 연구

최근의 서비스디자인 분야는 국내 성공 사례들을 통해 서비스를 위한 과정 및 결과도출 방법이 축적되고 있다. 연구자는 중소/전문병원을 위한 서비스디자인과업을 수행하면서, 서비스실행을 위한 디자인 지원체계가 구축되지 않아 서비스 예측에 어려움이 있으며, 이를 위해, 우선적으로 산업별 서비스 영역에 따른 서비스디자인 분류의 필요성을 느꼈다. 본 연구는, 산업군별 서비스 특성에 따른 분류 및 디자인 영역지원 체계의 실제적 제안으로, 서비스 실행 대상을 중소/전문 병원으로 하여, 병원 서비스 특성을 바탕으로 환자의 경험공간 별 니즈를 도출하기 위한 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 공간과 연계되는 사용자 경험을 도출하기 위한 교차분석을 하였다. 병원경험 공간과 연관하여 사용자경험의 특성을 기반으로 한 서비스는 웨이파인딩 서비스, 병원환경 서비스, 커뮤니케이션 서비스, 브랜딩 서비스로 분류할 수 있었다. 또한 중소/전문병원의 서비스 지향점을 다감각적 체험, 정서적 치유로 수렴하였으며 이를 바탕으로 한 서비스디자인 실행방안을 다음과 같이 수렴하였다. 친절한 안내자로써의 웨이파인딩 서비스, 안정성 및 다감각적 체험을 기반으로 한 병원환경 서비스, 친근감과 친숙함을 바탕으로 한 커뮤니케이션 서비스, 병원종사자의 자긍심을 내재화한 브랜딩 서비스이다. 서비스 분류체계는 실제적이고 전문적인 디자인 실행을 위해 각 분류별 실행 디자인 영역을 필요로 하여, 각 서비스별 디자인 실행을 위한 10가지의 디자인 영역을 제시하였다. 이들의 디자인 특화 및 융합을 통해 서비스디자인의 실행방안은 실제적이 될 것이며, 디자인 전문영역과 밀접한 특화서비스가 다수 개발될 것으로 전망한다. Service design field have been accumulated the method for result through several success stories. Design execution for service support system is not built, and the difficulty of predicting the consequences, the researchers felt the need to design standard classification of services in accordance. This study is classified industries according to the specific characteristics of the service and the design of the classification system. Small/specialized hospitals was drawn to experience space in conjunction with the user experience by cross-analysis conducted interviews about the space, the experience of the patient"s specific needs. The classified categories are way-finding service, hospital environmental services, communication services, branding services by the space research and interview. Service design based on, multi-sensory experience, emotional healing, and the practical services are hospital environment friendly guides as a way finding service, multi-sensory experience service, friendliness and familiarity based communications services, the pride of the hospital workers internalize the branding services. The design area needs to be followed by the execution of the practical and professional design classification system for each category. In this study, 10 different designs for the design, execution by each service area presented.
