Using the results analyzed by FEM(Finite Element Method), the microheaters with the stress-balanced Si₃N₄(150 nm)/SiO₂(300 nm)/Si₃N₄(150 nm) diaphragms were fabricated by silicon micromachining techniques. Pt was used as microheater materials. Pt temperature sensor was fabricated to measure the temperature of microheaters. Resistance of temperature sensor and power dissipation of microheater were measured and calculated at the various temperatures. The thermal distribution of heater was examined by a IR thermoviewer. Measured and simulated results are compared and analyzed. The temperature coefficient of resistance of heater was about 0.00379 /℃. Pt heater showed the power dissipation of about 51 mW at 300 ℃ and a uniform thermal distribution on the surface.

조성비에 따른 Pb[(Zr,Sn)Ti]NbO₃ 박막의 강유전 특성

Ferroelectric $Pb_{0.99}[(Zr_{0.6}Sn_{0.4})_{1-x}Ti_x]_{0.98}Nb_{0.02}O_3$(PNZST) thin films were deposited by a RF magnetron sputtering on $(La_{0.5}Sr_{0.5})CoO_3$(LSCO)/Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si substrate using a PNZST target with excess PbO of 10 mole%. The crystallinity and electrical properties of the thin films with various composition ratio were investigated. The thin films deposited at the substrate temperature of $500^{\circ}C$ and the power of 80 W were crystallized to a perovskite phase after rapid thermal annealing(RTA) at $650^{\circ}C$ for 10 seconds in air. A PNZST thin films with Ti of 10 mole% showed the good crystallinity and ferroelectric properties. The remanent polarization and coercive field of the PNZST capacitor were about $20\;{\mu}C/cm^2$ and 50 kV/cm, respectively. The reduction of the polarization after $2.2{\times}10^9$ switching cycles was less than 10%. 강유전 물질인 $Pb_{0.99}[(Zr_{0.6}Sn_{0.4})_{1-x}Ti_x]_{0.98}Nb_{0.02}O_3$(PNZST) 박막을 10 mole%의 과잉 PbO가 첨가된 타겟을 이용하여 $La_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}CoO_3$(LSCO)/Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si 기판상에 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법으로 증착하였다. Ti의 조성비를 변화시키면서 증착된 박막에 대하여 그 결정성과 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. 80 W의 RF 전력, $500^{\circ}C$의 기판온도에서 증착한 후, $650^{\circ}C$, 공기중에서 10초 동안 급속 열처리된 박막이 가장 우수한 페로브스카이트상으로 결정화되었다. 또한. Ti의 조성비가 10 mole%를 가지는 PNZST이 가장 우수한 결정성과 강유전 특성을 나타내었다. 이러한 박막으로 제작된 PNZST 커패시터는 약 $20\;{\mu}C/cm^2$정도의 잔류분극과 약 50 kV/cm 정도의 항전계를 나타내었으며, $2.2{\times}10^9$의 스위칭 후에도 잔류분극의 감소는 10% 미만이었다.

경호무도지도자의 리더십유형이 수련생의 운동 몰입 및 수업태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 경호무도지도자의 리더십 유형이 수련생의 운동몰입, 수업태도에 구조적 관계를 규명함으로서 수련생의 운동몰입과 수업태도에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하는데 있다. 또한 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 경호무도를 활성화 할 수 있는 방안을 모색해보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 2017년 서울, 경기, 인천지역에 거주중인 경호무도를 수련생 200명을 대상으로 경호무도 사회인구통계학적 특성 및 지도자의 리더십 유형, 수련생의 운동몰입, 수련생의 수업태도로 나누어진 연구 질문으로 하여 설문하였다. 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 전문가 회의를 거쳐 수정 · 보완한 후 SPSSWIN 20.0을 활용하여 요인 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석 등을 수행하였고 최종적으로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 사회인구통계학적 특성은 리더십유형과 운동몰입 및 수업태도에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 경호무도지도자의 리더십유형은 경호무도수련생의 운동몰입 및 수업태도에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 경호무도지도자의 리더십에 따라 경호무도 수련생들의 운동몰입과 수업태도가 높아진다고 볼 수 있다. This study aims to understand the effects of leadership types of security martial arts leaders on the excise flow and in-class attitude of trainees by investigating the structural relationships between them. It suggests how to invigorate security martial arts based on the result of the research. This study conducted a survey which consists of four sections: the demographic characteristics of security martial arts, a leader`s leadership type, a trainee`s excise flow, and a trainee`s in-class attitude. The questionnaires were distributed to 200 trainees of security martial arts in 2017 who resided in Seoul, Gyeonggi, or Incheon region. In order to verify the validity and reliability, the questionnaire was modified and improved through discussion with professionals. Factorial analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted with SPSS WIN 20.0. From the result of the survey, this study concluded as follows. First, the demographic characteristics affect leadership types, excise flow, and in-class attitude. Second, the leadership types of security martial arts leaders influence excise flow and in-class attitude of security martial arts trainees. In short, the excise flow and in-class attitude of security martial arts trainees are enhanced by the type of a security martial arts leadership.

ACM의 Sprague-Dawley Rat 경구 단회 투여 독성시험

Objectives: This research investigates the single oral dose toxicity of ACM in SD rats. Methods: ACMs were administered to female and male SD rats, as an oral dose of 5000 ㎎/㎏. Animals were monitored for the mortality and changes in the body weight, clinical signs and gross observation during the 14 days after dosing, upon necropsy. Results: We could not find any mortality. Compared with the control group, significant weight change was not observed in the experimental group. First day after administration, compound-colored stool was observed in all rats. After the second day of administration, the more common symptoms were not observed. There were no gross abnormalities in all cases. [ED NOTE: highlight: given the context, this is very vague] Conclusions: The results obtained in this study suggest that the approximate lethal dose of ACM in both female and male rats were considered as over 5000㎎/㎏.

경계정충 변증도구 신뢰도 평가 및 개선방안 연구

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the test-retest reliability and to suggest methods to enhance reliability. Methods: Participants consisted of 145 patients with generalized anxiety disorder who were diagnosed by the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-￥³ Axis ￥° Disorders. Participants were tested twice within one week. Results: The test-retest reliability of the Instrument of Pattern Identification for Jing Ji and Zheng Chong was examined in 145 patients and it was calculated as 0.3919. Internal Reliability of each part was calculated as 0.320~0.502. Reliability and concordance rate of symptoms are presented in the table. Frequency of symptoms and correlation between weight and frequency are also presented in the table. Conclusions: Based on these results, we have modified the Instrument of Pattern Identification for Jing Ji and Zheng Chong.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of Sasang constitutional types in the university students. Methods: One hundred fifty students of Woosuk University participated in this study and their majors were Korean medicine, nursing science and pharmacy. The Sasang constitutional types were determined by the results of Two Step Questionnaire for Sasang Constitution Diagnosis (TS-QSCD). The subjects were also tested by Academic Motivation Tests (AMT), Multi-dimensional Learning Strategy Tests (MLST) and Learning Style Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution (LSQ-SC). The subscale scores of AMT, MSLT and each questions of AMT, MLST, LSQ-SC were compared among the different Sasang constitutions using analysis of variances (ANOVA). Results: There were no significant differences in AMT results between Sasang constitutions. In subscales of AMT, Feeling scales (FTF) scores of Soyangin was significantly higher than Taeeumin. Other subscales of AMT were not different between Sasang constitutions. There were no significant differences in MLST results between Sasang constitutions. Subscales of MLST were not different between Sasang constitutions. There were many questions between Soyangin and other constitutions in the analysis of questions of AMT, MLST, and LSQ-SC, and less between Taeeumin and Soeumin. Conclusions: These results suggest that the characteristics of Soyangin is more prominent compared with other constitutions in the learning style, and there were a little differences between Soeumin and Taeeumin.

경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십이 운동몰입 및 수련만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십이 수련생의 운동몰입 및 수련만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 위와 같은 연구의 목적을 살펴보기 위하여 서울·인천 경기도 지역에 위치한 경호무도 체육관에서 수련을 하고 있는 수련생 300명을 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 19부를 제외하고 총 281부를 분석에 활용하였다. 자료처리방법으로는 SPSS 23.0을 통하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 변인 간에는 모두 정(+)적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십의 비전제시가 행위몰입에, 헌신적 자세가 인지몰입에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십의 비전제시, 공동체 형성, 성장지원이 심리적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시와 성장지원이 환경적 요소 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시 그리고 공동체 형성이 신체적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시와 공동체형성이 교육적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시와 공동체형성 그리고 성장지원이 사회적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 경호무도 수련생의 운동몰입 중 인지몰입과 행위몰입 모두 수련만족도의 심리적 요소, 환경적 요소, 신체적 요소, 교육적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 요소에는 인지적 몰입만이 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 종합해보면, 경호무도 수련 시 운동몰입을 경험할 수 있도록 함으로써 다방면에 기대감을 충족시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위해서 지도자는 비전제시, 헌신자세, 공동체 형성을 위한 분위기 조성을 추구하는 서번트 리더십을 코칭방법으로 활용할 필요가 있다. The objective of this study is to examine the effects of servant leadership of security martial arts instructors on the exercise commitment and training satisfaction of trainees. To achieve the objective of this study, the data was collected from 300 trainees of security martial arts gyms located in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do regions by using the convenience sampling method. Total 281 questionnaires were used for the analysis after excluding 19 questionnaires. Using the SPSS 23.0 for data-process, this study conducted the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, all the variables showed positive(+) correlations. Second, the presentation of vision of instructors’ servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the behavioral commitment while the devoted attitude of instructors’ servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the cognitive commitment. Third, the presentation of vision, formation of community, and support for growth of instructors’ servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the psychological elements while the presentation of vision and support for growth had positive(+) effects on the environmental elements. The presentation of vision and formation of community had positive(+) effects on the physical elements while the presentation of vision and formation of community had positive(+) effects on the educational elements. The presentation of vision, formation of community, and support for growth had positive(+) effects on the social elements. Fourth, both cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment out of trainees’ exercise commitment had positive(+) effects on the psychological elements, environmental elements, physical elements, and educational elements of training satisfaction while only the cognitive commitment had positive(+) effects on the social elements. In summary, the security martial arts instructors should show the leadership like presentation of vision and devotion, and also try hard to satisfy the expectation in many areas to raise the exercise commitment.
