毅菴 柳麟錫의 獨立運動에 관한 年久 : 滿洲 ,露嶺 地域 中心으로

Oi-am You In-sok(毅菴 柳麟錫) (1845~1915), in the era of transition internal and external, fought against the Japanese aggression and developed the movements for the national salvation and independence as an ideologist of Ui-jung-chuk-sa(衛正斥邪) (the respectation of justice and the exposition of hypocrisy), general of loyal troops and fighter for the national independence. In 1895, Japan assassinated Queen Min, the cho-son's first lady, as and intrigue to attact Cho-son dynasty, announced the command of the short-cut-hair style, and moreover set up the socalled Ul-mi renovation(乙未事變) So, You In-sok(柳麟錫) developed the anti-Japanese movement with many scholars' recommendation But he was defeated by the national forces at the anti-Japanese battle of Chung-ju(忠州) Je-chon(堤川) and romoved the fort to Yodong(遠東) peninsula and he fought for the recovery of the national sovereignty in there, having a contact with the native land. After then, as the Jung-mi 7 convention(丁未7條約) was joined in 1907, Ouam sought refuge in china in 1908 and established the fort for the independent movement at You-Hae-ju governed by Russia in those days, where he held his prominent activities. Since 1860 the Koreans had already massively emigrated to Manchuria and the regions governed by Russia and formed their foundaiton of life. At before and behind the 1910, s, the migration by Koreans rapidly increased in number so that the fighters for the national independence could vigorously promote their activities. The migration to Manchuria and No-ryong at first could not be accomplished beacuse of the strict restraint policies against migration by, Cho-son and Chung(China) government. Thereafter, with the alleviation measure to the migr5ation by Chinese and Russian government, the Korean farmers, who had been harassed by the disorder of power politics and the extraction and corruption under the triple policy system, made a removal to those countries and what is worse, the migration in large scale owing to the femine and disasters. Such a migration of Korean was imposed a heavy increase on by the Japanese colonial policy. Eventually the political and economical issues spurred the Korean on into migration. Centering around on the migrators' influence, You In-sok internded to constitute a government in exile, developing the drive of national salvation and independence. In recognising on the direction of the independent movements, he had an intention to reconstruct the confucionist country with the Han races' power in these regions and to put Hyang-yack into practice as its tangible method in order to organic the social operation system. First, he proposed the ruling doctrine of the following seven principles as a device to reconstruct such a country : truth, morality, study politics, law, Literary art and military art. Also he put an emphasise on the fact that these principles should be organized by the balance and harmony. To achieve the balance and harmony of these sumptions, he intended to take advantage of Hyang-yack, in controling the confucionist system and its way of thinking and besides, to transform in into the organization of independent movement. On the other hand, he took and affirmitive point of view to the Western civilization, which appeared to be vigorous cognition attitude that included the Western world into the international order of centering on China.
