8주간의 밴드트레이닝이 뇌졸중 환자의 생활체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of Thera-band Training Program for 8 weeks on the physical fitness (functional fitness) of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegic patients. The subjects of this study were 8 hemiplegic patients who were attending J rehabilitation center. They were chosen among cerebral apoplexy patients and given the Thera-band Training Program for 60 minutes a day, 3 times a week during 8 weeks. Before the program and 4 weeks and 8weeks after the program, the Physical fitness of daily living was significantly improved in all items including grip strength, dumbbell, standing up and sitting down a chair, sit (on a chair) and reach, one leg balance with eyes open, sitting after having made a turn, standing up from a supine position, 6m walking, 3m backward walking, going up 4 stairs, going down 4 stairs except stretching arms forward. The results of the study showed that the elastic band training program for 8 weeks had improved the physical fitness of daily living of hemiplegic patient.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of combined exercise program for three years on the physical fitness in the daily life in elderly women. The subject of this study were 16 elderly women between the aged of 72~83 years who were attending D welfare center. They were chosen among elderly women and given the elastic band and aquarobics exercise program with the intensity of RPE 11~3 and 40~60% of HRR for 60 minutes a day, 2 times a week during a year. Before the program and after oner year, two years and three years the program, the physical fitness of daily living was significantly improved in some items including arm curl, standing up and sitting down a chair and one leg balance with eyes open except functional reach, supine floor to stand, 2.54m up and go, 10m forward walk and 3m back. The results of the study showed that the complex exercise program for a year had some improved the physical fitness of daily life of elderly women.
