Ag 성막위치에 따른 ZTO/폴리카보네이트 필름의 특성 변화

100 nm thick Sn doped ZnO (ZTO) single layer, 15 nm thick Ag buffered ZTO (ZTO/Ag), Ag interme-diated ZTO (ZTO/Ag/ZTO) and Ag capped ZTO (Ag/ZTO) films were prepared on poly-carbonate (PC) sub-strates by RF and DC magnetron sputtering and then the influence of the Ag thin film on the optical and electrical properties of ZTO films were investigated. As deposited ZTO thin films show the visible transmittance of 81.8%, while ZTO/Ag/ZTO trilayer films show a higher visible transmittance of 82.5% in this study. From the observed results, it can be concluded that the 15 nm thick Ag interlayer enhances the opto-electrical performance of ZTO thin films effectively for use as flexible transparent conducting oxides films in various opto-electrical applications. In this study, the growth behavior of nugget and button diameter according to pre-welding conditions was investigated using dynamic resistance behavior in resistance spot welding. In the single welding condition, the nugget was generated when the welding current was stronger than 15 ㎄. When the current was increased to more than 35 ㎄, the shape of the nugget was unbalanced because the Peltier effect in resistance welding was too strong. With multi-welding using the pre-welding condition, the nugget diameter was reduced and melting was concentrated in the center, compared to the single-welding condition. This occurs because it plays a role in the lowering of surface resistance and the extension of the conduction area at the faying surface by breaking-down the oxide layer.

In this study, the effect of Al-Si coating melting behavior and weldability during the resistance spot welding of hot stamped boron steels was investigated. In the case of the Al-Si coated hot-stamped boron steel, high heat was generated on the surface and the oxide layer by the intermetallic coating, and the molten coating layer pushed toward the outer edge of the weld like a film of liquid. The liquid coating layer accumulated at the periphery, preventing current flow and extension of the contact area, and this influenced the height of the nugget growth. As a result of the limited nugget growth, weld strength decreased. However, in the case of bare hot stamped boron steel, relatively low heat was generated due to the large contact area, and the nugget grew in the longitudinal direction. Compared to the nugget diameter of Al-Si coated hot-stamped boron steel, this can result in superior weldability.
