대학생활과 Leisure Sports 활동에 관한 고찰

The aim of this study is to persent the systemetic, scintific method. I have made an observation the prolems that many students meet with in the activity of leisure sports and I think the problems can be solved by this study. This study emphasize continuity of the sound school-life by the activity of leisure sports. In the tong-term plans, the activities of leisure sports will promote the capacity of adaptation to society. Because of the activities of leisure sports, they will think it valuable and proform it with joy. And here are the conclusions. 1. When they have an activity of leisure sports, Test of an Individual specificity and an Ability of performance. 2. When they have an activity of lisure sports, The Importance of coaching expert. 3. When they have an activity of leisure sports, The Economical charge and the Practical way of using time. 4. When they have an activity of leisure sports, The Using method of the Exclusive facilities. In the conclusion, I conclude this study will show theoretical method of above subjects. For these theoretical method, activation of leisure sports will improve the quality of academic lives and make the academic culture sound.

The study for injury of athletes about in view of the investigation results so far exercise ability and injury prevention to conclued as follow ; 1. Baseball players showed feature for injury analysis, found use region throw a ball shoulder, elbow, wrist. Soccer players showed feature for injury analysis, found use region kick a ball the instep, ankle, knee. Basketball players showed feature for injury analysis, found use region slip and fall after jumping an ankle, knee, waist, 2. The Treatment place used 80% level to baseball, soccer, basketball players, found physical therapy, pharmacy, herb climic to 20% level. 3. Treatment term in baseball players case receive long term treated 85% over of general, in soccer players case tow month over treated 80% over of general, in basketball players case receive long term treated 80% over of general. 4. Injury factor, In baseball players case found injury for ball struck and physical crash, in soccer players case from other players competition and strong physical crash, in basketball players case get injury found jumping after physical crash and slip fall. As mentioned above athletes to got conclued able to prevention for understanding systematic scientific leaders and players to occurrence injury.

Physical strength management method of college students had able to development about physical strength concerned scientific systematic in university life attitude stable search for physical mental. Development of physical strength management able to expected direct and indirect effect in physical and mental development of capacity about exercise. And then, Method of physical strength management able to recognition systematic about understanding theoretical maintain one's health begin to turning point of life style to combine with self capacity to conclued as follows ; 1. Physical strength management for grasp to physical condition one's self. 2. Physical strength management for grasp to motor fitness one's self. 3. Specical leader of need guide to scientific systematic. 4. An item for need understanding to theoretical background. 5. Exercise time to need time practical abandment consideration one's self life. 6. Physical strength management for devise training plan to long term. 7. Physical strength management for one's self contral lead an inemperate life. As mentioned above for physical strength management to health university life to do physical and mental stability life of sound with method normal about raise the level concered one's self.

Since sports reflect the culture of a community and meet the desire of sports activities in variety according to the life scene of each a student, it is unreasonable that someone decides one-sidedly the content of learning sports and its methods. Also since situations happening around students always change, it is necessary to grasp some features of sports activities at school and sports activities in the life scene of each student and to review continuity or linkage and integration in the relations between them. Thus, the change in the student's view of life including their view of sports should be the very reason why the curriculum of school sports should be established. The context of the existence of school sports, in their relations with sports life, plays in accumulating knowledge and takes a role in establishing some concrete hypotheses in order to make future life abundant. After all, it becomes the background to establish the very purpose of a physical education class - the concrete tactics and strategy. Therefore, this backs up the decision-making process of the curriculum of school sports. In order to experience human movements and their meanings through sports, the content of live sports, that is the one-sidedly planned, fixed, and closed content but the content in the limit within which the student's demand and situation are sufficiently considered and guaranteed in a scope within which the purpose of teaching and its possibility are secured, should be established and operated, thereby recovering the dynamics of sports. For that, the standards to establish the content of the sports curriculum should be inclusive and flexible and the scope of the student's option or choice should be wide; and with such efforts, the possibility or potential of school sports will be widely open.
