생활체육지도자의 개인적 특성과 근무지역이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

In this study, the relationship among human relationship, job itself, working environment, salary, promotion, and teaching performance, as the lower factors to seek for sex, age, academic background, carrier, working area, and job satisfaction, were investigated so as to identify the influence of personal characteristics and working area of life sport teachers on leadership. Data were collected from a self-administrated questionnaire. 697 subjects were sampled from life sport teachers. The statistical methods employed this study to analyze results were t-test, one-way ANOVA. The conclusions of this study were as follow: Firstly, in the respect of sex, male teachers showed higher satisfaction level in job itself in comparison to female teachers and female teachers showed higher satisfaction levels in working environment and leadership in comparison to male teachers. In the respect of age, higher satisfaction levels in human relationship and leadership were found with older ages. In the respect to academic background, satisfaction levels in human relationship and job itself were higher in low levels of academic background. In case of carrier, higher human relationship was found in high carrier persons and those with low carriers showed high satisfaction to promotion. As the result of verification of difference in jab satisfaction to working area, statistic significance was found between human relationship and leadership; large metropolitan area showed high satisfaction in human relationship and small city areas showed high satisfaction in leadership.
