It is necessary to look more seriously into the phenomena of op art using such techniques as the indirect effects, afterimage, concave-convex reversal, etc. considering the recent environments of media led by computers as well as the current atmosphere of philosophy oriented to moving out of modem times. Unlike abstractionism scattering and pouring colors,the op art is purified in terms of mathematics. In addition,the op art deals with our fantasy in very fundamental and meaningful ways. It is applied as a type of retinal illusions mainly obscured with optical phenomena as being stimulated with the abstract, formality and accuracy, as well as refusals to a two-dimensional canvas. It appears to be aspects of reasonable art to open up metaphysics as a simple shape excluding particular contents or its actual benefits. The strong pattern, color, simplicity and accuracy of op art have much affected the worlds of design or fashion with attractions fascinating the general public leading the digital world. Therefore, this study attempts to suggest new techniques to express the hair art using the op art by connecting its expressing methods even to the hair area. Although Inspiration 1 and 2 in the works of hair art using the hair sketches and hair ornament from analyzing the photo materials in the works of op art are composed on planes, the birth of new works as a result of closely connecting the art with the hair is expected, if they are practically utilized as the hair works.

The artist means a person that performs artistic activities, namely, creates or expresses works of art as one’s occupation. This study centered on [philosophy of art], a book of Cho Yo-han and considered it on the base of preceding and literature researches, and as a result, artists have relevance to aesthetics and [Philosophy of Art], and it is analogized that the artistic activities of artists could become active based on this. Also, it is thought that the book would become an important basic material for artists in seeking the original nature of arts.

According to the improvement in quality of life, the concern about beauty culture is increased, and the men’s common culture and only trend appear, resulting in the change of men’s hair-style based on the social situation by age as a phenomenon of our country. The purpose and significance are to provide efficient information by examining the meaning of cultural history, and by proposing the relationship between meaning of cultural history and men’s hair-style, the plan of men’s hair design in future and its new trend. This study aims at rearranging the past preceding researches and literature researches to investigate men’s hair-styles suited to modern trends. The e result of this study and make them acquire firm position as professionals in the society.
