The application of a digital technology is becoming more common in architecture and design. It gives to architects the work environment which is free from hour, physical and formative limit. The technology becomes the driving force of creative imagination. As a result, digital architecture quite differs from the existing ones. Space design filed is influenced by the trend. This study, therefore, investigates the application of digital-architectural design methodology for space marketing strategy. The following study results were obtained:1) The classified application patterns of digital technology methodologies for architectural design. 2) The availability of the application patterns for commercial space design. 3) The value of the application patterns for space marketing as a strategy methods.
