This study is an autoethnography study over traumatic experiences of car accident assaulters. Through the research method, of autoethnography the researchers recognized the experiences of the perpetrator and their trauma, and the experiences of successfully growing further with recovery from the trauma. The results of the study were derived in the category of traffic accidents, trauma experiences, and trauma recovery processes. Based on the results of the study, the researchers found how an individual experience traffic accident and how they embrace and accept the real pain and the trauma psychologically and what the factors are to help them grow further in the process of experiencing and recovering from the trauma. In addition, it offered psychological and counseling insights on subjective inner-self and this is expected to be applicable to psychotherapy counselling programs. insights, which are thought to be applicable to psychological therapy counseling programs. 본 연구는 교통사고 가해자의 외상 경험에 대한 자문화기술지 연구이다. 자문화기술지 연구방 법을 통하여 가해자로서의 경험과 외상, 그 이후 성공적으로 외상을 회복하고 성장하는 과정에 대한 경험을 인지, 정서, 지지관계 안에서 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 교통사고 발생, 외상 경험, 외 상 회복 과정으로 도출되었다. 연구결과에 근거하여 한 개인이 교통사고를 경험하며 가해자가 되어 겪는 현실적 고통과 심리 내적으로 자신의 외상을 어떻게 받아들이고 수용하며, 나아가 어 떻게 외상을 회복하고 외상 후에 성장할 수 있었는지 알아보았다. 더불어 교통사고 외상을 경험 하고 회복하는 과정에서 어떤 요소들이 회복과 성장에 도움을 주고 이러한 것들이 사회문화적 맥락에서 어떤 가치와 의미를 지닐 수 있는지 이해하고자 하였다. 또한 외상 회복 과정과 외상 후 성장의 경험을 통하여 주관적 내면세계에 대하여 심리학적, 상담적 통찰을 제공하였으며, 이 는 나아가 심리 치료적 상담 프로그램에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

영적 독서를 활용하는 자아초월 수행 경험에 대한 자문화기술지

본 연구의 목적은 영적 독서를 활용하여 개인의 영적 성장과 그 과정에서의 위치성에 대한 이해, 개인의 문제와 사회의 연결성에 대한 인식, 의식의 성장과 발달의 과정과 의미를 해석하고 ‘나’에서‘우리’로 확장함으로써 영성적인 관점으로 타인을 돕고 사회와 상호작용 할 수 있음을 자문화 기술지 연구를 통해 탐구하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. ‘1. 영성으로의 입문’, ‘2. 영적 성장 단계. 체험으로써의 영성’, ‘3. 영적 발달 단계. 영성의 위치성을 인식하고 사회와 상호작용하는 영성가적인 삶으로 내딛다’로 도출되었다. 연구 과정에서 개인의 내면적인 영적 성장, 발달, 수행과정을 나타내는 것 외에 영성을 인간발달의 본질적인 부분들을 이해하고자 하였으며, 나의 실제 삶과 위치성을 둘러싼 주제들을 자유롭게 탐구하며 비판적인 접근을 통해 영성에 대한 다원적인 접근과 발전을 촉진하고 방향성을 제공하고자 하였다. 끝으로 영성과 자아초월을 수행하는 이들에게 영적 수행을 위한 수 많은 방법 중, 영적 독서를 활용하는 방법이 효율적인 영적 수련의 한 방식이 될 수 있다는 것을 제시하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore through autoethnography research that by expanding ‘I’ to ‘We’, it is possible to help others from a spiritual perspective and interact with society by utilizing spiritual reading to understand an individual s spiritual growth and position in the process, interpret the process and meaning of individual problems and social connectivity. The results of the study were as follows. ‘1. Introduction to spirituality’, ‘2. Spiritual growth stage. spirituality as an experience.’ ‘3. Spiritual development Stage. It was derived as recognizing the position of spirituality and stepping into a spiritual life that interacts with society. In the research process, in addition to simply representing the internal spiritual growth, development, and performance process of an individual, I tried to understand the essential parts of human development, and to promote multiple approaches and provide direction by freely exploring and critically approaching to the topics surrounding my real life and positionality. Finally, it was intended to suggest that among the numerous methods for spiritual performance, the method of using spiritual reading can be a method of efficient spiritual training to those who perform spirituality and self-transpersonal.
