이 연구는 고차원적 사고 능력이 형성되는 시기에 있는 초등학교 고학년 아동의 독후활동으로서 북코딩(Book-Coding)의 독서교육 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 경기도 N시 소재 N초등학교 5학년 아동 30명을 대상으로 북코딩을 활용한 독서교육 프로그램 집단 15명, 독서감상문 작성 프로그램 집단 15명으로 구성하여 총 12회기에 걸쳐 독서교육 프로그램을 적용하였다. 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 북코딩을 활용한 융합 독서교육 프로그램은 초등학교 아동의 논리적 사고력에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과, 논리적 사고력의 하위 요인인 보존 논리, 비례 논리, 변인 통제 논리, 확률 논리, 상관 추리 논리, 조합 논리 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 북코딩을 활용한 융합 독서교육 프로그램은 초등학교 아동의 창의력에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과, 호기심, 집요성, 유효성, 독자성, 모험성, 개방성, 지식, 상상력, 독자성, 민감성, 유창성, 융통성, 정교성 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 북코딩을 활용한 융합 독서교육 프로그램은 초등학교 아동의 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과를 분석한 결과, 호기심, 과제집착, 독립성, 위험감, 사고의 개방성, 심미성 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. The study was aimed at verifying the effectiveness of Book-Coding reading education as a reader activity of older elementary school children at a time when high-dimensional thinking abilities were formed. To this end, 30 fifth-grade children of N Elementary School in N-si, Gyeonggi-do, comprised of 15 students from a reading education program using Book-Coding, and 15 students from a reading comprehension program, and applied the reading education program over a total of 12 sessions. The main results of the study are summarized as follows. First, when the effects of the convergence reading education program using Book-Coding on the logical thinking ability of the students in the upper grades in the elementary school were analyzed, all the six sub-factors of logical thinking ability, that is, conservation logic, proportional logic, variable controlling logic, probabilistic logic, correlational inference logic, and combinational logic, were proved to have statistically more meaningful difference than the group writing a book report. Second, the analysis result of the influence of the convergence reading education program using Book-Coding on the creativity of the students in the upper grades of the elementary school showed that all the 13 elements of curiosity, persistence, effectiveness, independence, adventurousness, openness, knowledge, imagination, originality, sensitivity, fluency, flexibility, and accuracy were statistically meaningfully different compared to the book report group. Third, when it was analyzed how the convergence reading education program using Book-Coding affected the creative personality of the elementary school students, all the six factors of curiosity, task commitment, independence, awareness of risk, and openness of thinking, and aesthetics were found out to have a statistically more meaningful difference than the group that wrote a book report.

남자 청소년 쉼터의 경험적 독서 프로그램 효과에 관한 연구

이 연구는 쉼터에 거주하는 청소년들에게 다양한 독서의 경험을 제공함으로써 독서가 즐거운 활동이라는 것을 인식시키고, 독서 경험이 청소년들에게 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 참여자들은 책 속 주인공과 공감하는 것을 즐겁게 받아들였다. 또한 과거의 트라우마와 열등감에서 벗어남으로써 자아를 확립하고, 현재보다 발전 된 자아를 찾는 긍정적인 변화를 나타냈다. 후속 연구에서는 쉽터의 유형과 거주 학생의 다양한 문제를 고려하여 신중하게 개발할 필요가 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of reading experience on adolescents by recognizing that reading is a pleasant activity by providing various reading experiences to youths living in shelter. As a result of the study, the participants happily accepted sympathy with the hero in the book. In addition, it showed a positive change by establishing self by deviating from past trauma and inferiority sense, and looking for self developed than present. In subsequent research, it is necessary to develop carefully considering the types of the facilitator and various problems of the resident students.
