데이터 마이닝을 이용한 스마트폰 이용행동 예측 모형에 관한 연구

모바일 혁명으로 일컬어지는 스마트폰과 관련된 대부분의 연구들이 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편의성 등 정보기술수용모형에 기초하여 스마트폰 수용에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 영향 관계를 살펴보는 데 그치고 있었다. 이 연구에서는 여기에 한 걸음 더 나아가 스마트폰 이용행동에 영향을 미치는 측정 변수를 요약, 축소하여 가장 영향력이 높은 설명 변수를 추출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 스마트폰을 사용하고 있는 500명을 대상으로 선행 연구에서 다루어지고 있는 12개 변수의 설명량을 의사결정나무분석을 이용하여 살펴보았다. 그리고 의사결정나무분석에서 도출한 6개의 변수(지각된 유희성, 적합성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 편의성, 사회적 영향/압력, 자기효능감)에 대한 신경망 분석을 통해 개별 측정 모형의 예측력을 검증하였다. 이를 토대로 스마트폰 이용행동과 예측 모형에 시사하는 바를 논의하였다. Most of the studies related to smartphone, which is referred as the mobile revolution, are examined to show the factors of smartphone usage based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). The purpose of this study is to analyze and to identify the determinants of smartphone use behavior and to develop the most powerful explanatory variable among them. In the first part of this study, the twelve candidates for determining factors are investigated through the Data Mining Answer Tree program with 500 samples. In the other part of this study, six determinants derived from decision tree model-perceived playfulness, compatibility, perceived usefulness, perceived ease to use, social influence and pressure, self-efficacy - are compared through the Data Mining Clementine program. And then those results and implications are discussed in terms of smartphone use behavior and prediction model.
