어린이 영양지수(NQ)를 이용한 광주 지역 일부 고학년 초등학생의 영양상태 평가

This study was conducted to evaluate the overall dietary habits and nutritional status of 294 elementary school students located in Gwangju using the NUTRILITE nutrition quotient (NQ). The NQ score of the subjects was 59.5 out of 100, which corresponds to the level requiring "monitoring". Compared to the 64.4 score of students in the 5<sup>th</sup> and 6<sup>th</sup> grades of six metropolitan cities, the scores of the present subjects were lower. The NQ components were 57.4 for balance factors, 52.4 for moderation factors, 55.0 for diversification factors, 57.6 for practice factors, and 80.1 for environmental factors. Regarding the characteristics according to the NQ level, the score (61.5 in 7 times/wk vs. 55.3 in 1-2 or none times/wk) tended to be higher in subjects who frequently eat with their families (p<0.001). In conclusion, nutrition education should be provided to students to increase the frequency of meals with their families, to develop a habit of exercising regularly, and reduce the consumption of ramen, cookies, and processed drinks that are frequently consumed. These results can be used as basic data to develop nutrition education programs to improve the dietary habits and nutritional status of students in Gwangju.

넘쳐나는 정보의 양에 비해 사용자의 참여와 기호에 다가간 정보 습득·처리 기술이 미흡한 상태이다. 이에 사용자의 입장에서 범국가적, 문화·언어의 장벽을 넘어선 SNS를 통한 정보공유 과정의 필요성 및 문제점을 도출했다. 본 연구는 영상 자료를 사용자가 스마트 디바이스를 통해 직접 촬영, 업로드 후 시청자가 그것을 원하는 구도와 시간대로 선택하여 재생 중에도 실시간으로 시공간을 넘나들 수 있는 플레이어를 제안한다. 선행 기술로 사용자 참여과정에서 스마트 디바이스의 촬영위치를 파악 할 수 있는 GPS와 증강현실을 들 수 있다. key concept인 다중 영상 플레이어 조작 UI는 X, Y축 선상에 각도와 시간을 표현해 시공간의 개념화를 가능하게 했다. 또한 재생 중에는 선택 영상들을 bar형태로 클립에 배열해 영상 간 이동을 원활하게 한다. 다중 영상 플레이어는 스마트 디바이스와 연계되 향후 전시/공연 뿐 만 아닌 더욱 다양한 분야로서 진출이 가능 하다. processing technology, compared to the amount of information.
