기혼여성의 스포츠참여와 부부갈등관리 및 결혼생활만족에 관한 연구

본 연구는 기혼여성의 스포츠참여와 부부갈등관리 및 결혼생활만족에 대해 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 기혼여성을 대상으로 총 428명에게 설문조사를 실시하여 404부를 유효 표본으로 설정하였으며, 유효 표본에 대해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 일원변량분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 첫째, 스포츠참여횟수에 따른 스포츠참여인식, 부부갈등관리, 결혼생활만족의 차이를 분석한 결과, 스포츠참여횟수가 많을수록 스포츠참여인식이 높고, 부부갈등관리에서는 회피 성향이 낮으며 결혼생활만족도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠참가형태에 따른 스포츠참여인식, 부부갈등관리, 결혼생활만족의 차이를 분석한 결과, 혼자 참가하는 형태보다 남편과 함께 참가하는 형태에서 스포츠참여인식이 높고, 부부갈등관리에서는 회피 성향이 낮으며 결혼생활만족도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠참여인식과 부부갈등관리, 결혼생활만족의 관계를 분석한 결과, 스포츠참여인식이 부부갈등관리와 결혼생활만족에 영향을 미치고, 부부갈등관리도 결혼생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 부부갈등관리의 하위요인인 조정과 통제는 결혼생활만족의 하위요인인 공유시간향유와 성역할공유에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find out about married women’s participation in sports, marital conflict management, and marital satisfaction. A total of 428 married women were surveyed and 404 copies were set as valid samples. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way random analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted on the effective samples. According to the study results, the difference between sports participation awareness, marital conflict management, and marital satisfaction was analyzed, and the higher the number of sports participation, the lower the tendency to avoid and the higher the marital satisfaction. Second, according to the analysis of differences in sports participation recognition, marital conflict management, and marital satisfaction, the perception of sports participation is higher in the form of participation with husbands than in the form of participation alone. Third, as a result of analyzing the relationship between sports participation awareness, marital conflict management, and marriage satisfaction, sports participation awareness influences marital conflict management and marital conflict management also affects marital satisfaction. In particular, mediation and control, which are subordinate factors of marital conflict management, have an impact on sharing time and sharing gender roles, which are subordinate factors of marital satisfaction.
