경제적 스트레스요인이 부부갈등 대처방법에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -자아존중감과 자기생활만족도 그리고 우울의 매개효과를 중심으로

이 연구는 경제적 스트레스요인과 부부갈등 대처방법의 관계를 살펴보고, 자아존중감, 자기생활만족도, 우울의 매개효과를 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 2007년도 2차 한국복지패널 조사데이타를 활용하여 30세에서 59세까지의 가구주와 배우자가 대상이며, 전체 5,249명이 분석되었다. 자료분석은 T-검증, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석을 통하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 경제적 스트레스요인은 부부갈등 대처방법에 부정적인 영향을 미치며, 자아존중감, 자기생활만족도에는 부적인 관계를 우울에는 정적인 관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 통제변수에 따른 매개변수와 종속변수의 영향을 살펴본 결과, 경제적 스트레스요인은 연령이 증가할수록, 학력이 저학력일수록, 종교가 있는 경우, 수급자인 경우에 높게 나타났고, 자아존중감은 연령이 낮을수록, 가구주인 경우, 학력이 낮을수록, 수급자일수록 낮게 나타났고, 자기생활만족도는 여자일수록, 연령이 증가할수록, 학력이 낮을수록, 수급자일수록 낮게 나타났고, 우울은 여자일수록, 연령이 증가할수록, 배우자일수록, 학력은 낮을수록, 수급자일수록 높아지는 것으로 나타났고, 부부갈등 대처방법은 연령이 높아질수록, 학력이 낮을수록, 수급자일수록 역효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 매개변수인 자아존중감, 자기생활만족도, 우울과의 부부갈등 대처방법의 영향을 살펴보기 위한 다중회귀분석의 결과에서는 자아존중감이 낮을수록, 자기생활만족도가 낮을수록, 우울이 높을수록 부부갈등 대처방법이 역효과적이었다. 그 중에서도 자기생활만족도가 가장 높은 매개효과를 보였고, 다음이 우울과 자아존중감의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 경제적 스트레스요인에 대한 정책적 측면과 실천적 차원의 사회복지서비스에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of economic stressor on ways of dealing with problems among married couples with focal points on the self-esteem, life satisfaction, and sources of depression. For the research data, a total of 5249 people from the age of 30 to 59, who are householders and spouses were analyzed which was taken from the "2007 Korea Welfare Panel Survey Ver.II". T-validation, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and pathology analysis were performed and the research results can be summarized as follows. First, the economic stressor brings negative effects to the ways of dealing with problems among marred couples, and are inversely proportionate to the self-esteem and the life satisfaction, but are proportionate to the depression. Second, as the result of multiple regression analysis, the lower the self-esteem and the life satisfaction, the higher the depression and the less-effective in the ways of dealing with problems among married couples occurred. Among these factors the life satisfaction had the most effects followed by the depression and the self-esteem. Based on the results of this study, implications regarding the effects of economic stressor on social welfare are discussed.

Objective; The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to introduce and operate the Korean Tactical Combat Casualty Care(TCCC) to enhance the survival of the injured and strengthen the first aid capability of combatants in the battlefield. Method; It acquired and analyzed data such as TCCC related papers, books, Internet disclosure materials and Korea Combat Training Center(KCTC) training results. Result; First, the US military which drastically reduced the number of preventable deaths is the main basis for the introduction of the TCCC. Second, the TCCC’s Korean name was named ‘Jeontu Busangja Cheochi’ so that soldiers in the combat unit could easily understand and use the definition and character of the TCCC. Third, in the TCCC doctrine of the Korean military, a general explanation of the contents, the treatment concept and technique for each step were presented. Fourth, a pilot project for training TCCC instructors for training schools should be promoted and expanded. Fifth, it is necessary to reflect the overseas entrusted education curriculum in the Armed Forces Medical School(AFMS) education system. Sixth, in order to establish a TCCC-certified curriculum in the AFMS, an agreement is needed in cooperation with the US Army, and the opening of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians(NAEMT) Training Center must be promoted. Seventh, VR, AR, and MR are based on the medical training center of the AFMS. Conclusion; In the future, TCCC’s roadmap and policy operation and support are required. It’ll be build to operate and manage the TCCC committee in the Korean military.
