농촌지역 노인의 성 인식, 성 태도, 성 대처행동이 주관적 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study aimed to understand the elderly's sexuality by analyzing the relationship between subjective quality of life and perception, attitude, and coping behaviors regarding sexuality in the elderly. Methods: The participants were 120 indivisuals, aged 65 or over, located in Y city. Data were collected from April to June, 2012 by a questionnaire survey. Data analysis was done by using SPSS WIN 18.0 program including one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The predicting variable affecting subjective quality of life was sexuality perception (B=0.45, p<.001), and sexual coping behavior (B=0.25, p=.014) and they have a 25.0%(Adj $R^2=25.0$) explanatory power for the subjective quality of life in the elderly. Conclusion: To increase the subjective quality of life for the elderly, it is necessary for the individuals to have a positive perception of their sexuality and the expression of positive sexual coping behavior.

간호사의 기본심리욕구와 심리적 소진 간의 관계: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 진성리더십의 조절된 매개효과

This study aimed to investigate the relationships between basic pychological needs, positive psychological capital, authentic leadership and psychological burnout of clinical nurses, and to identify the mediation effect of positive psychological capital and moderated mediation effect of authentic leadership. The participants were 182 clinical nurses at 5 general hospital located in M city from April 2020 to June 2020 by questionnaire survey. Data analysis was done by using SPSS WIN 23.0 program and SPSS PROCESS MACRO program(model 4 and model 7). This study shows that the basic psychological need had an negative effect on psychological burnout, and the mediating effect of positive psychological capital and the moderated mediating effect of authentic leadership were confirmed in the relationship between basic psychological need and psychological burnout. Therefore, in order to reduce psychological burnout of general ward nurses, it is necessary to develop strategy to improve basic psychological needs and positive psychological capital of nurses, and leadership program for authentic leadership of nurse managers. 본 연구는 간호사의 기본심리욕구, 긍정심리자본, 진성리더십과 심리적 소진 간의 관계를 알아보고, 기본심리욕구와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 진성리더십의 조절된 매개효과를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 2020년 4월부터 2020년 6월까지 M시에 소재한 5개 종합병원 간호사 182명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료수집은 자기보고 설문지법을 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 Program과 SPSS PROCESS MACRO(모텔4번과 모텔 7번)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 기본심리욕구는 심리적 소진에 부적영향을 주었으며, 기본심리욕구와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 진성리더십의 조절된 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구결과 간호사의 심리적 소진 감소를 위해서는 기본심리욕구 충족과 긍정심리자본의 향상이 필요하며, 관리자의 진성리더십이 요구되는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 간호사의 심리적 소진 감소를 위해서는 간호사의 기본심리욕구와 긍정심리자본을 향상시킬 수 있는 전략개발과 간호관리자의 진성리더십 개발을 위한 리더십 프로그램개발이 필요하다.

간호 조직문화 유형에 따른 간호사의 기본심리욕구, 긍정심리자본, 심리적 소진 간의 관계

본 연구는 간호조직의 조직문화 유형에 따른 기본심리욕구, 긍정심리자본, 심리적 소진의 정도와 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 2020년 5월부터 2020년 6월까지 M시에 소재한 5개 중소병원 간호사 151명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료수집은 자기보고 설문지법을 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 Program을 이용하여 기술적 통계, one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients로 분석하였다. 연구결과 관계지향문화와 혁신지향문화 유형은 기본심리욕구, 긍정심리자본과 정적 상관관계가, 심리적 소진과는 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구는 관계지향문화와 혁신지향 문화유형이 간호사의 긍정심리에 정적 관계가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 그러므로 관계지향문화와 혁신지향문화를 활성화할 수 있는 간호조직 내 시스템 구축과 관련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. This study is a descriptive survey research for relationship between basic psychological needs, positive psychological capital and psychological burnout according to type of nursing organizational culture. The participants were 151 clinical nurses at 5 general hospital located in M city from May 2020 to June 2020 by questionnaire survey. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 23.0 program was utilized including one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients. This study showed a positive correlation for basic psychological needs, positive psychological capital in relationship-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture. In addition, it showed a negative correlation for psychological burnout. This study confirmed positive correlationt between relationship-oriented culture, Innovation-oriented culture and positive psychology in nursing organization. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system within a nursing organization and develop related programs that can promote relationship-oriented culture, innovation-oriented culture.

노인의 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 사회문화·심리적 요인

This study was conducted to predict sociocultural psychological variables affecting successful aging of the elderly. The participants were 187 elderly people aged at least sixty who used 16 elderly welfare centers in G metropolitan city and J and S city from december 2018 to january 2019. Data analysis was done by using SPSS WIN 23.0 program, for one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. This study showed a positive correlation between successful aging and basic psychological need, ego-integrity, cultural competence. The ego-integrity(β=.372, p<.001), cultural competence(β=.410, p<.001), relationship(β=.168, p=.003) have a 71.1% explanatory power for the successful aging of the elderly. It is necessary to develop sociocultural psychological programs to promote self-integration, cultural competence, and relationship for successful aging of the elderly. 본 연구는 노인의 기본심리욕구, 자아통합감, 문화역량이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구로, 대상자는 2018년 12월부터 2019년 1월까지 J와 S시, G광역시에 소재한 16곳의 노인종합복지센터을 이용하는 60세 이상 남녀노인 187명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을사용하여 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 성공적 노화는 기본심리욕구, 자아통합감, 문화역량과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 노인의 성공적 노화에 대하여 자아통합감(β=.372, p<.001), 문화역량(β=.410, p<.001), 기본심리욕구의 하위 변수인 관계성(β=.168, p=.003)이 71.1%의 설명력을 보였다. 그러므로 노인의 성공적 노화를 위한 자아통합감, 문화역량, 관계성 증진을 위한 사회문화·심리적 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

혈액투석환자의 역할행위 이행과 기본심리욕구 만족과의 관련성

연구배경: 본 연구는 혈액투석환자의 역할행위 이행과기본심리욕구와의 관계를 알아보고, 환자역할행위 이행에서 기본심리욕구 만족의 설명력을 파악하기 위한 상관성조사연구이다. 방법: 본 연구의 대상은 D와 P시에 소재한 6곳의 병원인공신장실에서 말기신부전으로 진단받고 정규적으로 혈액투석을 받는 환자 중 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 참여를수락한 109명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 14.0을 이용하여 일반적 특성에 따른 환자역할행위 이행과의 차이 검정은 independent t-test와 one-way analysis of variance로, 혈액투석환자의 역할행위 이행과 관련변수 간의 상관관계 분석은 Pearson's correlation analysis로, 혈액투석환자의 역할행위 이행에서 기본심리욕구 만족의 설명력 확인은 단계적 회귀분석(multiple stepwise linear regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 결과: 혈액투석환자의 역할행위 이행과 기본심리욕구의하위 범주인 자율성, 유능감, 관계성과는 정적 상관관계가있었으며, 환자역할, 자율성(β=0.29, P<0.001)은 11.5%, 연령(β=0.24, P=0.002)은 5%의 설명력을 보였다. 환자역할행위 이행에 대한 예측요인들의 설명력은 38.2%였으며, 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 관계성으로 파악되었다. 결론: 혈액투석환자의 역할행위 이행을 증가시키기 위해서는 기본심리욕구인 자율성, 유능감, 관계성의 욕구를만족시킬 수 있는 간호중재 개발과 환자와의 효율적인 상호관계를 통하여 긍정적인 관계성 욕구만족을 통한 환자역할행위 이행을 높이는 간호전략이 필요하다. Background: This study aimed to identify the association of compliance with sick role behavior with satisfaction of basic psychological needs, and to assess the influence of compliance with sick role behavior among hemodialysis patients. Methods: Participants included 109 patients from outpatient dialysis clinics at 6 major general hospitals located in urban areas in Korea. Data for compliance with sick role behavior and basic psychological needs were collected through a self-reported questionnaire and was analyzed with independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson' correlation analysis, and multiple stepwise linear regression analysis. Results: This study showed positive correlations between compliance with sick role behavior and satisfaction of basic psychological needs (r=0.59, P<0.001). The variables predicting compliance with sick role behavior were relatedness (β=0.28), autonomy (β=0.29), competency (β=0.30), and age (β=0.24). These variables accounted for 38.2% of the variance of compliance with sick role behavior in hemodialysis patients. Conclusions: Our results indicated that it is necessary to improve compliance with sick role behaviorin order to increase satisfaction of basic psychological needs in hemodialysis patients.
