직업재활실무자가 인식하는 지적장애인의 직업유지영향에 대한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 직업재활실무자가 인식하는 지적장애인의 직업유지 수준과 직업유지 영향요인을 알아보는데 있으며, 이에 대한 연구문제는 ``직업재활실무자가 인식하는 직업유지 수준을 어떠한가?``, ``직업재활실무자가 인식하는 직업유지요인은 무엇인가?``이다. 본 연구를 위해 2014년 9월부터 10월까지 17개 시·도 직업재활실무자를 대상으로 설문지를 배포한 후 252부를 수거하여 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여, 분석하였다. 연구결과, 직업재활실무자가 인식하는 지적장애인의 직업유지는 5점 만점에 평균 3.9점으로 나타났으며, 하위요인 중 작업행동특성이 4.25점, 동료와의 협조성이 3.99점, 작업수행능력 요인이 3.62점으로 나타났다. 직업재활실무자가 인식하고 있는 지적장애인의 직업유지 영향 요인은 가족의 지지가 가장 높았으며, 일상생활능력, 안전에 대한 능력, 이동능력, 언어능력이 높을수록 직업유지가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 지적장애인의 직업유지를 지원하기 위해서는 실제 지역사회 내에서 생활하는데 필요한 사회적응기술을 향상시키는데 중점을 두어야 한다. 또한 지적장애인 개인의 능력향상보다 지적장애인을 둔 가족들의 적절한 지원방법 습득과 직업재활실무자의 체계적이고 전문적인 역할수행을 위한 지원방안이 마련되어야 한다. The purpose of this study is to find out level of job maintenance and factors affecting the intellectually disabled`s job maintenance. Its research questions are as follow; What is the intellectually disabled`s job maintenance level? What are factors that vocational rehabilitation professionals are aware affect the intellectually disabled`s job maintenance? For this study, during the period from September to October 2014 a questionnaire was collected 252 copies and data were analysed using SPSS 21.0 Statistical Program, This results are summarized as follow; Average of job maintenance level about the intellectually disabled`was 3.9. Among sub categories, Characteristic of work behavior was 4.25, Cooperation with colleague was 3.99. Factors affecting job maintenance were highest family factor. and followed by the ability for daily activities, ability for safety, mobile ability, linguistic ability. Based on this, the following suggestions are made to help the intellectually disabled with their job maintenance; Helping the intellectually disabled we must be focused on improving their skills needed to adapt to the society where they live. We need supportive measures not only improving the disabled`s ability but also helping their family learn how to help the disabled and helping vocational rehabilitation counselors learn how to play their role in systematic, professional manner.

This study was based on social comparison theory, and the covariance structure model was designed, connecting sociocultural attitude, multifaceted body image, and clothing behavior under sociocultural influence. The practical purpose of this study is to identify the effect of sociocultural attitude toward physical appearance on the affective aspect of body images, the cognitive/behavioral aspect of body images and clothing benefits sought, and to examine the age difference in the female adolescents. The results of this were as follows: 1) Sociocultural attitude toward physical appearance had a negative effect directly on the affective aspect of body images, and showed the highest value in the group of high school girls 2) Sociocultural attitude toward physical appearance had a positive influence directly on the cognitive/ behavioral aspect of body images, and high school girls' model showed the highest value significantly as well 3) High school girls' model showed the highest value significantly in the effect of the affective aspect of body images on the cognitive/behavioral aspect of body images. However, college group's model didn't show significant value 4) Middle school girls' model showed higher value positively than the other groups in the effect of the cognitive/behavioral aspect of body images on clothing benefits sought, and the high school girls' model showed higher value negatively in the effect of the affective aspect of body images on clothing benefits sought.
