        태권도 조직의 조직공정성과 조직효과성의 관계에서 사회적 태만의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediation effect of social loafing on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational effectiveness of Taekwondo Organization. In order to achieve this objective, 260 executive and staff members working at Taekwondo associations in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do as of 2016 were selected for analysis. In terms of the sampling method, this study used convenience sampling and extracted 257 subjects for analysis. Hypothesis test on collected data was conducted by using Amos Graphics 22.0 Version. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the causal effect of organizational justice, social loafing, organizational effectiveness in Taekwondo organizations was statistically significant. Concretely, organizational justice had negative(-) influence on social loafing. Organizational justice had positive(+) influence on organizational effectiveness. Social loafing had negative(-) influence on organizational effectiveness. Second, there was mediating effect of social loafing on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational effectiveness.

        운동선수의 팀 침묵현상, 팀 냉소주의, 팀 몰입, 팀 성과의 구조적 관계

        The purpose of this research is to investigate a structural relation of team silence, team cynicism, team commitment, team performance for athletes. To achieve this purpose, a population was selected from team athletes who have been registered with the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee as of 2018. A final group of 599 athletes were extracted and analyzed through a convenience sampling. Data processing was analyzed and verified with SPSS 23.0 version and Amos 23.0 version for PC Windows . The specific results are following. First, team silence of athletes affects team cynicism positive(+). Second, team silence of athletes affects team commitment negative(-). Third, team silence of athletes does not directly affect team performance. Fourth, team cynicism of athletes affects team commitment negative(-). Fifth, team cynicism of athletes affects team performance negative(-). Sixth, team commitment of athletes affects team performance positive(+). These results show that team silence of athletes influences team performance through team cynicism and team commitment. Therefore, as a way to ease up on team performance through this research, awareness about team silence should be decreased. Also, it is expected to come up with practical countermeasures that minimize team cynicism and raise team commitment.

        태권도 지도자들의 조직공정성, 감정고갈, 직무만족, 이직의도의 구조적 관계

        The purpose of this research is to investigate a structural relation of organizational justice, emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction and turnover intention for Taekwondo instructor. To achieve this purpose, 270 Taekwondo directors are extablished, working for Taekwondo studios approved by Official Taekwondo Association in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, South Chungcheong in 2015 as samples. Sampling method is Convenience Sampling, and ultimately 266 samples are extracted and analyzed. Survey was conducted for measuring, and proper categories for this research are selected. Data processing was analyzed and verified with Amos 18.0. The specific results are following. First, organizational justice of Taekwondo instructor affects emotional exhaustion negative(-). Second, organizational justice of Taekwondo instructor affects job satisfaction positive(+). Third, organizational justice of Taekwondo instructor does not directly affect turnover intention. Fourth, emotional exhaustion of Taekwondo instructor affects job satisfaction negative(-). Fifth, emotional exhaustion of Taekwondo instructor affects turnover intention positive(+). Sixth, job satisfaction of Taekwondo instructor affects turnover intention negative(-). These results show that organizational justice of Taekwondo instructor influences turnover intention through emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction. Therefore, as a way to ease up on turnover intention through this research, awareness about organizational justice should be increased. Also, it is expected to come up with practical countermeasures that minimize emotional exhaustion and raise job satisfaction.

        태권도 사범들의 역할갈등과 이직의도의 관계에서 감정고갈의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediation effect of emotional exhaustion on the relationship between Taekwondo instructors on conflict in the role and turnover intention. In order to achieve this objective, 270 Taekwondo instructors working at Taekwondo halls officially registered with Taekwondo associations across Seoul, Chungcheongnam-do, Gyeonggi Province as of 2015 were selected for analysis. In terms of the sampling method, this study used convenience sampling and it extracted 266 subjects for analysis. Hypothesis test on collected data was conducted by using Amos Graphics 18.0 Version. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the causal effect of conflict in the role, emotional exhaustion, turnover intention in Taekwondo instructors was statistically significant. Concretely, conflict in the role had positive(+) influence on emotional exhaustion. Conflict in the role had positive(+) influence on turnover intention. Emotional exhaustion had positive(+) influence on turnover intention. Second, there is the mediation effect of emotional exhaustion on the relationship between Taekwondo instructors on conflict in the role and turnover intention.

        운동선수의 스포츠맨십과 반사회적 행동의 관계에서 공감의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediation effect of empathy on the relationship between athletes’ sportsmanship and antisocial behaviors. In order to achieve this objective, a population was selected from team athletes who have been registered with the Seoul, Gyeonggi Province as of 2020. A final group of 313 athletes were extracted and analyzed through a convenience sampling. Hypothesis test on collected data was conducted by using SPSS 23.0 Ver, Amos 23.0 Ver. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the causal effect of sportsmanship, empathy, antisocial behaviors of athletes was statistically significant. Concretely, Athletes’ sportsmanship had positive(+) influence on empathy. Athletes’ sportsmanship had negative(-) influence on antisocial behaviors. Athletes’ empathy had negative(-) influence on antisocial behaviors. Second, there is the mediation effect of empathy on the relationship between athletes’ sportsmanship and antisocial behaviors.

        감정사회학적 접근을 통한 운동선수의 감정표현규범 척도 개발

        The purpose of this study is to development of scale on athletes’ emotional display rules through the approach of emotion sociology. Specifically, Clarify the concept of the composition of the athletes’ emotional display rules through an emotion sociological approach. And based on this, the main purpose is to develop an emotional display rules scale. To achieve this purpose, open questionnaires and in-depth interviews were conducted with 95 athletes in advance, and preliminary test tools were developed through categorization process. After that, the questionnaire was modified and supplemented through expert meetings, and then the question suitability test was conducted on 495 athletes working in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungnam areas. The results of this process are following. The final measuring tool for the athletes’ emotional display rules was divided into an explicit emotional display rules and an implicit emotional display rules. The explicit emotional display rules consisted of the factors of self-confidence, sacrificial spirit, patience, and composure. And the implicit emotional display rules consisted of the factors of obedience, strength, desire to win, and retaliation. The final number of questions consisted of a total of 34 questions.

        Foucault의 권력이론을 통한 대학 축구선수의 감정규준화 과정 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate emotion normalization process analysis of college football players through Foucault’s Power Theory. To reach this purpose, qualitative research methods is applied, and 21 college football players are selected as subjects. After having 1 to 2 times pre-interviews, we collect data through in-depth interview, and frequently supplement the data. Collected data performances text analysis by classifying transferring stage, theme encoding stage, and theme creating stage, and it secures data veracity through subjects’ confirmation and peer confirmation. The results of this process are following. First of all, emotion’s adaptation mechanism explored all directions surveillance, tacit rewards and punishment, at any time evaluation through training daily record. Second, emotion’s adaptation surrounding explored unbarred training camp, a field trapped in a net, hell training program. Third, emotion’s internalization method explored training schedule in a fixed frame, coercion by leader, self surveillance.

        운동선수의 사회적 정체성, 도덕적 이탈, 반사회적 행동의 구조적 관계

        The primary goal of this research is to investigate the structural relationship among Social identity, Moral disengagement and Antisocial behavior of the athletes. For the successful approach, the 500 athletes, who are registered to Korean Sport & Olympic Committee, at present(year of 2017), are set on the research. Convenience sampling method has been adopted and the final 496 athletes data is passed to be analyzed. Appropriate criteria has been selected in the questionnaire as a measuring instrument, and verified with SPSS 23.0 Version and Amos. The research results are as following. Firstly, It shows that Social identity of the athletes affects a positive influence on Moral disengagement. Secondly, Social identity of the athletes h as shown a positive effect on Antisocial behavior. Lastly, the research shows that Moral disengagement of the athletes has a positive influence on Antisocial behavior.

        Isocyanate is widely used chemicals to make chemical products. It is known that is associated with hypersensitivity pneumonitis. Here we report a case of hypersensitivity pneumonitis in a automobile painting sprayer. A 42-year-old male patient visited the hospital with exertional dyspnea, cough, and sputum. He has worked as an automobile painting sprayer for last 6 months. His chest X-ray showed an interstitial pulmonary infiltration and High resolution computed tomography showed a diffuse ground glass appearance and tiny nodular infiltration in both lung field. Pulmonary function test showed a lung function of restrictive pattern : FEV1 2.5L(80%), FVC 2.83L(73%), FEV1/FVC 88%, TLC 3.70L(74%), and a decreased DLCO (10.5L/mmHg/min(50%)). Bronchoalveolar lavage showed an increased lymphocyte count (75%). And the pathologic finding of lung tissue by transbronchial biopsy showed interstitial inflammation with a nonnecrotizing granuloma. So we can assume that the diagnosis of this patient is the hypersensitivity pneumonitis caused by a automobile painting sprayer (Isocyanate)

        운동선수의 사회적 교환관계(LMX-TMX), 긍정심리자본, 팀 성과의 구조적 관계

        이 연구는 운동선수의 사회적 교환관계(LMX-TMX), 긍정심리자본, 팀 성과의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2020년 서울, 경기지역에 등록된 팀 스포츠 선수들을 대상으로 모집단을 선정하였다. 편의표본추출법을 통해 309명의 자료가 추출되었고 분석되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 버전과 Amos 23.0 버전을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 운동선수의 LMX는 긍정심리자본에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 운동선수의 TMX는 긍정심리자본에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운동선수의 LMX는 팀 성과에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 운동선수의 TMX는 팀 성과에 정적(+) 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 운동선수의 긍정심리자본은 팀 성과에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구는 운동선수의 사회적 교환관계(LMX-TMX)와 팀 성과의 관계를 설명함에 있어 긍정심리자본의 중요성을 일깨워 주고 있으며, 나아가 사회적 교환관계(LMX-TMX)에 관한 폭넓은 논의를 통해 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX)와 팀-구성원 교환관계(TMX)에 관련 변인에 대한 이론적 논의에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to find structural relations among athletes" social relationships(TMX, LMX), positive psychological capital, and team performance. In order to achieve this objective, a population was selected from team athletes who have been registered with the Seoul, Gyeonggi Province as of 2020. A final group of 309 athletes were extracted and analyzed through a convenience sampling. Hypothesis test on collected data was conducted by using SPSS 23.0 Ver, Amos 23.0 Ver. The findings of this study are as follows. First, athletes’ LMX had a positive(+) influence on positive psychological capital. Second, athletes’ TMX had a positive(+) influence on Positive psychological capital. Third, athletes’ LMX had a positive(+) influence on team performance. Fourth, athletes’ TMX did not have a positive(+) influence on team performance. Fifth, athletes’ positive psychological capital had a positive(+) influence on team performance. In conclusion, this study reminds us of the importance of positive psychological capital in explaining the relationship between athletes" social exchange (LMX-TMX) and team performance. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute to the theoretical discussion on the variables related to the leader-member exchange relationship(LMX) and the team-member exchange relationship(TMX) through broad discussions on the social exchange relationship(LMX-TMX).
