뇌졸중 노인의 기능적 독립수준과 인지기능 및 우울증간의 상관관계

목적: 뇌졸중 환자의 기능적 독립수준(FIM), 인지능력(K-MMSE), 우울증(GDS)간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위함이다. 연구방법: 60세 이상 뇌졸중 환자 34명을 대상으로 FIM과 K-MMSE, FIM과 GDS, K-MMSE와 GDS의 상관 분석을 실시하였다. FIM의 세부항목 중 K-MMSE 결정요인에 대한 분석과 K-MMSE의 세부항목 중 FIM 결정요인에 대한 분석, 그리고 K-MMSE와 FIM의 각 세부항목에 대한 GDS의 결정요인에 관한 분석을 위하여 단순 및 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) FIM과 K-MMSE, FIM과 GDS, K-MMSE와 GDS 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 2) FIM, K-MMSE, GDS 세부항목들 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 3) FIM, K-MMSE, GDS에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 세부항목을 분석한 결과, FIM은 K-MMSE의 시간 지남력, K-MMSE는 FIM의 의사소통, GDS는 FIM의 의사소통과 K-MMSE의 시간 지남력에 가장 크게 영향을 받았다. 결론: 기능뿐만 아니라 인지와 우울증까지 고려된 포괄적인 재활치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 독립적인 일상생활동작을 최대화 시킬 수 있다. Objective: In order to ascertain the relationships among the functional independence, the cognitive function and the depression. Method: Pearson`s correlation coefficients between FIM and K-MMSE, FIM and GDS, and K-MMSE and GDS were calculated. To find the primary detail factors affected on each measure, the simple and the multiple regression analyses were also used by using the SPSS version 12.0. Result: The results of this study were as follows: 1) There were statistically significant correlations between FIM and K-MMSE, FIM and GDS, and K-MMSE and GDS. 2) There were stastisti cally significant correlation among details of FIM, K-MMSE and GDS 3) In the analyses of the primary detail factors affected on FIM, K-MMSE and GDS, FIM correlated with the orientation of time of K-MMSE. K-MMSE correlated with the communication of FIM. GDS correlated with the communication of FIM and the orientation of time of K-MMSE. Conclusion: The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on not only function but also the cognitive feature and the depression have to be optimized and considered to result more independent activities of daily living of patients with stroke.

본 연구는 65세 이상 노인의 감각처리능력과 안전운전행동에 관한 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다.65세 이상 정상 노인 31명을 대상으로 감각처리능력과 안전운전행동에 관한 설문조사를 하였으며,수집된 자료는 피어슨 상관관계분석을 실시하였다.감각처리능력과 안전운전행동의 총점 및 하위요인 간의 상관성이 있는 결과를 가졌다.연구 결과를 바탕으로 노인들은 노화로 인해 감각처리능력과 안전운전행동의 어려움을 보이므로 이를 해결하기 위해서는 운전 행동에 관한 적절한 평가와 작업치료 중재가 필요하다고 사료된다. The research was conducted to understand the correlation between sensory processing ability and safe driving behavior of over 65. Questionnaires regarding sensory processing ability and safe driving behavior were given to 31 people who are in their 65 or over and Pearson Correlation Analysis was carried out on the survey. The result of the research indicates that there is interrelationship between total score of sensory processing ability and safe driving behavior, and sub factors. According to the findings, over 65 showed certain difficulties in sensory processing ability and safe driving behavior due to aging. Therefore, it would be necessary to evaluate their driving behavior and arbitrate appropriate operation therapy.
