연구 목적: 본 연구는 학부과정 상담자의 상담역량 척도 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 방법: 연구방법은 선행연구 분석, 상담교육전문가협의회, 설문조사, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 학부과정 상담자 304명에 설문 후 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 최종 적합한 모형을 통한 상담역량 척도 문항을 도출하였다. 결론 및 제언: 학부과정 상담자의 상담역량 척도는 상담이론이해역량, 상담수행역량, 심리검사역량, 집단상담역량, 상담윤리준수역량, 인간특성이해역량 6개 요인의 총 27문항이 도출되었으며, 각 요인은 .70 이상의 높은 신뢰도를 나타냈었다. 연구 결과에 기초하여 역량요인의 신뢰도 및 하위 요인구조의 근거와 문항특성에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop a counseling competency scale for undergraduate counselors. For the research method, previous research analysis, counseling education expert council, survey, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. After surveying 304 undergraduate course counselors, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted, and counseling competency scale items were derived through a final appropriate model. As a result of the study, a total of 27 items were derived from the six factors of counseling theory competencies, counseling performance competencies, psychological test competencies, group counseling competencies, counseling ethics compliance competencies, and understanding human characteristics competencies for the scale of undergraduate counselors’ counseling competencies. showed a high reliability of .70 or higher. Based on the research results, the reliability of competency factors and the grounds for sub-factor structure and item characteristics were discussed.
