기혼 취업 여성의 경력 유지 요인에 관한 연구

여성의 사회진출이 증가하면서 전통적 성역할 모델이 해체되고 있으나 여전히 여성에게 양육과 돌봄이 과중되어있다. 특히 기혼 취업여성의 일ㆍ가정의 과도한 이중부담은 둘 중 하나를 선택하도록 강요하고 있다. 본 연구에는 여성가족패널조사 자료를 활용하여 기혼 취업여성의 경력유지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 경력유지에는 자녀와 남편 등의 외부 요인보다는 개인의 요인인 연령과 월 평균 임금이 정(+)의 영향을, 본인의 대졸 이상의 학력은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현재 남편의 월평균 임금은 경력 유지에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 선행연구에서 여성의 경제활동 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석된 성역할 인식과 자녀 및 미취학 자녀 유무는 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 경력단절 직전의 변수들을 측정함으로써 경력단절이라는 사건이 발생하기 전의 요인들을 밝히고자 하였다는 점에서 차별성을 가진다. Still, many women are bearing the responsibility for child-rearing and childcare. This study examined the factors having effects on the career duration of working women by using the data of KLoWF. In the results, the personal factors like age and monthly average wage of subjects had positive(+) effects on the career maintenance While the current monthly average wage of husbands had negative(-) effects on it. The perception of gender role, the matter of having children, and the matter of having preschool children that were the factors having effects on women’s participation in economic activities in preceding researches, were not statistically significant. This study is differentiated from the existing researches in the aspect of revealing the factors before the career interruption occurs by measuring the variables right before career interruption.

< 쌍열옥소삼봉 >의 갈등 구성 방식으로 본작자 의식

본고는 필사본 고전소설 < 쌍열옥소삼봉 >에 나타난 갈등의 전모에 주목하여, 그 구성 방식을 분석함으로써 작품에 나타난 작자의식을 밝히고자 하였다. < 쌍열옥소삼봉 >은 위명과 양옥소가 천정연분으로 결연한 후, 황제가 바뀌면서 발생한 절의 갈등으로 인해 이별과 만남을 반복하다가 세 번째에 이르러 화합하게 된다는 내용의 작품이다. 선행연구에서는 대체로 남녀 기연(奇緣)의 서사구조에 충절의식이라는 내적 주제의식이 결합한 작품으로 파악해 왔다. 그렇지만 충절의식이라는 당위적 도덕만으로 이 작품의 성격을 규정한다면복잡한 서사적 장치들을 충분히 검토하지 않은 채 지나치게 단순화하는 결과가될 것이다. 따라서 본고에서는 기존에 논의되어 왔던 주제에서 벗어나고자 했다. 우선 갈등의 구성 방식을 다자(多者)의 참여, 대등한 사건의 인과적 연쇄, 질서 이탈을 통한 갈등 해소 방식이라는 세 가지 측면에서 고찰하였다. 그 결과를바탕으로 새로운 각도에서 작품에 내재되어 있는 작자의식을 도출하는 것을 목표로 논의를 진행하였다. 이때 작자의 인식범위에 있는 시대는 작품의 향유연대로 추정되는 18세기부터 20세기까지의 조선 후기 사회로 전제하였다. 이에 따라 < 쌍열옥소삼봉 >에서 포착되는 작자의식의 면면을 정리하면 다음과같다. 첫째, 현실이 반드시 올바른 도리대로 운영되지는 않지만 그럴수록 신념이숭고한 가치를 지닌다는 이상적 관점이다. 둘째, 불의가 힘을 행사하는 상황 속에서 어떠한 질서에 균열이 발생할 경우, 이는 또 다른 질서의 균열로 이어지면서 사회 혼란을 초래한다는 인식이다. 셋째, 혼란스러운 사회 전체의 개혁을 꾀하기보다는 현실적으로 연대 가능한 범위의 집단을 보전하고자 하는 가족주의적지향이다. This paper analyzes the configuration especially focuses on the whole aspect of the conflict appeared in the transcribed classic novel < Sanglyeloksosambong >, was to investigate the author consciousness in works. In < Sanglyeloksosambong >, the man and woman protagonists(We-myeong and Yang-okso) were seperated since their fate given by the heaven. The conflict caused by the enthronement of Emperor made them disperse and reunite again twice, however, they lived in conjugal harmony at last. Most of previous researches have been determined the novel as combination of narrative structure that special fate(奇緣) and inner consciousness the loyalty. However, defining the result of this work just by nature of loyalty thatnormal moral consciousness will overly simplify various narrative skills. Therefore, this paper will get away from the kind of subject that has been discussed previously. This paper investigates the configuration structure of three dimensions; the involvement of multilateral configurations, equal occurrences in the causal chain, and methods of resolving conflicts through the break of order. Based on the results, this paper derives the consciousness inherent in the work at a new angle that was conducted to discuss the goal. The period range is limited from 18th to 20th century, late Joseon Dynasty, estimated that the novel was widely read by public. Summarization of the ritual aspects of the author identified in this paper are as follows. First, the author of < Sanglyeloksosambong > showed ideal viewpoints such as the real world does not necessarily operated by justifiableprinciples but strong beliefs have the noble values. Second, small failure of the rules or justice causes more crack that confused all over the society at the absurd times in which force is exerted than rules. At last, it shows family-oriented intention that is not try to revolutionize the whole society but preserves the group that practically organizable.

This study identifies how people use bicycle wear, complaints about bicycle wear, and functions required for bicycle riding. This survey was conducted with bicycle club members (men and women) in their twenties to sixties who ride bicycles on a regular basis. A total of 373 subjects responded to questionnaires and 326 responses were used for further data analysis. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, multiple response analysis, crosstabulation analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and one-way ANOVA. The results are as follow: First, the people surveyed were primarily men, young adults and middle-aged people. They ride bicycles mainly to participate in club activities, to exercise, and to spend their spare time with a well-being trend that focuses on leisure and health. Second, they often utilize bicycle wear when they ride bicycles. They are aware of bicycle wear brands. In addition, a majority have purchased bicycle wear that shows a very high awareness of bicycle wear. Third, as for complaints about bicycle wear worn when riding bicycles, a majority of people answered that the waist part of the top pulls up and they feel sore with the bottom part of the pants when riding bicycles for a long time. They also answered that it is inconvenient to put belongings in both tops and pants. Fourth, there is a high demand for safety-related functions for bicycle riding in regards to the functions required for bicycle wear. In addition, a majority of the members showed a customer awareness of functional bicycle wear and intended to purchase bicycle wear equipped with smart functions.

This study investigates the developmental conditions of functional clothes for the elderly. First, preceding studies and relevant web sites were analyzed along with a survey of commercial functional elderly clothes in Korea. A KIPRIS patent information database was used to study registered and disclosed patents and utility models in order to analyze patent application trends in relevant fields. Patents were searched by year of application from 1990 to 2013. Keywords used for searching included ‘senior, aged, and elderly’. Among collected data, overlapping and irrelevant data were excluded to select 162 cases for analysis. Details of analysis are annual patent application trends of functional elderly clothes, topic analysis, shape and characteristics. An examination of commercially available functional clothing products for the elderly indicated that most of products were developed in the form of inner wear or protective clothing for seniors who have bodily discomfort. An annual patent application of functional elderly clothes showed slight fluctuations; however, there was an overall increase. For patent topics, technologies related to secretion and excretion were the most at 47 cases total (29%), followed by 23 cases (14%) on biometric information technology. However, the development of relevant technologies seems necessary in the future as therapeutic function and fiber technologies gradually stagnate.

This study investigates preferred bicycle wear designs that can satisfy active senior consumers. A survey was conducted on 50-60’s women who periodically rode bicycles. The results indicated a preference for slim designs and red colors. Jacket designs preferences were for a tight fit for size tolerance, stand collar style, and elastic band details for cuff styles. Pants design preferences were for a whole band waist belt type with a tight fit style such as leggings in pants silhouette, zipper details on the side line and ankle length. They also preferred styles with pads attached to underpants in the pad style and the part of the back waist in the pocket position. The survey showed four kinds of jacket design drawings on an ordinal scale rating. Results indicated a preference for set-in variation jackets with the red and gray color combination. Finally, we demonstrated bicycle wear design suggestions. The jacket applied different armhole line colors connected to the sleeve to make the waist slimmer; in addition, stretchable material helped improve armpit part functionality.

This study identified active senior women`s wearing and the purchase situation of bicycle wear to develop functional bicycle wear that can satisfy active senior consumers. The survey was conducted for women in their fifties and sixties who ride bicycles on a regular basis. A total of 119 questionnaires were used for data analysis excluding incompletely replied questionnaires. Data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, frequency analysis and cross analysis. The results are as follows. First, 50`s individuals represented 60% of this survey who continuously rodebicycles for 5 years or more. The purpose of riding bicycle was exercise, leisure and club activities. Second, they wore bicycle wear while riding due to activity, functionality and safety. There is also a requirement to manufacture comfortable bicycle wear easy to put on and take off and for old people. Third, considering the purchase situation of bicycle wear, the respondents had difficulties buying bicycle wear due to price. It is necessary to have bicycle wear at a reasonable price. Fourth, the most necessary functionsforbicycle wear materials were ventilation and durability. A major function needed for future developmentwill bethermoregulation.

The purpose of this study is to develop an aesthetic and functional bicycle wear for new senior women in their 50s and 60s. Based on the results of the survey, we developed bicycle wear that is friendly to bicycling posture and reflects the preference of new senior women. The results are as followed: First, emphasis is placed on the simple and functional design of the experimental wear consisting of jacket and pants. Jacket is different from the color scheme with the armhole princess line in order for the waistline to look slim. Pants are designed to hold the leg muscles tightly in order to help reduce the muscle fatigue on the bicycle ride. Second, cutting lines and coloring materials are used for the wearer to look slim and the safety of the wearer is planned to secure by inserting the reflective material along the cutting lines on the bicycle ride. Third, the pattern of the experimental wear is designed in consideration of the riding motion of the bicycle. Jacket is designed to have back length longer than front length as compared to the bicycle wears available on the market. Sewing lines in the armpit are designed to be eliminated in order to move the arms smoothly on the ride. Pants are designed to minimize the seam line in consideration of the movement of muscles and ligaments and the experimental wear is produced by combining the material with the functions of cool comfort and stretch.

The purpose of this study is to develop an aesthetic and functional bicycle wear for new senior women in their 50s and 60s. We developed bicycle wear that is friendly to bicycling posture and reflects the preference of new senior women. Both the expert group and the subject group evaluated the appearance, completeness of clothing and motion func-tionality. The results are as followed: First, in the evaluation result of the expert group regarding the appearance and com-pleteness of clothing, high scores are given to design, materials, color scheme, the trends suitability as well as the appearance with regard to clothing fitness. Second, in the results of the evaluation of the appearance and movement func-tionality targeting the subject groups, movement functionality was rated higher than appearance. In the case of the appear-ance evaluation, adhesion of both jacket and pants was rated very highly, which is considered to come from the elasticity of the material. In the functionality evaluation, what were pointed out as inconvenient details in the prior studies were found to be all improved and the sleeves and armpit parts were rated highly. Therefore, the pattern design and the usage of the materials suggested in this study were found to be very suitable in the movement on the ride of bicycle.

패션전공 대학생의 의류관리 및 업사이클링 패션에 대한 인식 조사

This study investigates the management of clothes and the perception of up-cycling fashion based on university students majoring in fashion. Results based on 124 survey participants are as follows. First, students prioritized design when buying clothes and regarded texture as important for material. In managing clothes, male students emphasized durability; however, female participants checked fluff occurrence. Second, more than half of the respondents knew what up-cycling fashion was; overall, female students were more aware of up-cycling fashion than males. Few students purchased up-cycling clothes; however, many were willing to buy up-cycling clothes for eco-friendliness, which implies that they understood the relations between up-cycling fashion and environment. Third, pertaining to the perception of SPA fashion, students were highly satisfied with the accessibility of SPA brand stores. The group of students who knew up-cycling fashion were more satisfied with SPA brands and indicated o correlation between the cognition of up-cycling brands and preference for SPA brands. Last, in terms of the perception of environment and clothing, university students majoring fashion recognized the need for environmental protection; however, they did not emphasize environment when purchasing or managing clothes.
