        지역 발전잠재력과 지방공기업

        지방자치화시대에 지역경제의 중요성은 날로 더해가고 있다. 참여정부가 들어서면서 지역균형발전이 중요한 정책과제가 되는 등 지역발전을 위한 패러다임이 크게 변하고 있다. 최근 들어 각 지역들의 자립적인 지역경제 추구를 위한 그들의 자기실현과 독자적인 책임 등이 계속 증대하였다. 이를 위해 모든 지역들은 현재의 지역경제 현황과 발전추세 그리고 그들의 발전잠재력을 정확하게 인지하여야 할 필요가 있다. 발전잠재력을 결정하는 요인 중 하나인 사회간접자본은 국가 경제발전의 중요한 밑받침이며, 지역의 균형개발을 위한 중요한 정책수단이다. 이와 같이 사회간접자본 투자는 국가정책의 목표인 지역균형발전을 이룩하기 위해서 매우 중요하다. 더욱이 사회간접자본은 국가 및 지역 발전잠재력에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 국가 및 지역 발전잠재력을 결정하는 다른 결정요인들에도 영향을 미친다. 이러한 점에서 지역의 주민 뿐 아니라 경제구조 등에 커다란 영향을 미치고 있는 지방공기업도 사회간접자본들과 마찬가지로 지역 그리고 국가 발전잠재력을 결정하는 결정요인이 된다. 따라서 지방공기업이 지니고 있는 문제점들을 극복하고 더욱 바람직하게 발전하는 것은 곧 바로 그 지역의 발전을 더 나아가 국가의 발전을 이루는 길이라고 할 수 있겠다. The regional economy is getting more important in local government era. The subject about balanced development becomes important policy task in Participatory Government. The paradigm for Regional Development has been changing a lot. Recently self-realization and their won responsibility is growing continuously for self-reliant regional economy. In order to that, all local governments need to recognize current economic condition, developmental tendency and development potentiality. SOC(Social Overhead Capital), which is the main point for development potentiality, is a basic foundation to develop national economy and important policy measure for balanced development. So, investment for SOC is very important for balanced development which is an aim of national policy. Moreover, SOC directly affects national and local development potentiality. In addition, indirectly affect other decision point for national and local development potentiality. So, local public corporations, affect economic structure, as well as, residents are determining factor to decide national development potentiality, such as SOC. Therefore, what is overcome problems of local public corporations and develops desirably is way to develop for local government. even, nation.

        남북국시대에 관한 중화인민공화국의 반론에 대한 비판

        The aims of the project of Dongbuk is to research that the history of Manchuria has not relationship with korean history but has much relationship with chinese history. Therefore the researchers of China proper who have taken pan in the projects of Dongbuk proclaimed that Balhae and Koguryo had much relationship not to Korea but to China. The most important problem on the Balhae history is that it was belong to korean history and succeeded the kingdom of Koguryo has been attacked by them furiously. Looking into their papers on them, I have found that their target is to denied the Yu Duk Gong's theory. So thus I have studied and arranged all about Nambukguk theory from it's origin to it's conclusion, the Nambukguk times theory. And after this, I arranged the principals and paradigms of the Nambukguk times theory. Nambukguk theory had been expressed in the preface of the Balhaego written by Yu Duk Gong(l748-1807). In this, he had asserted that 3 kingdoms age succeeded by Nambukguk which was consisted by the enlarged Silla in the southern part and the kingdom of Balhae which succeded the kingdom of Koguryo in the northern part. Of course, I think that Yu had no notion of the historical word, times. But his notion of Nambukguk had given strong impact to Han Chi Yun, Chung Yak Yong, Hong Suk Joo, Kim Jung Ho and Sin chae Ho. So they had adopted Yu's idea and had studied the history of Balhae kingdom. In the imperial Japan colonial times, the korean people encountered the crisis to be perished away. So they studied their ancient history focusing at the spirit of nation and reached to the Nambukguk times theory. I can introduce the scholars. They are Jang Do Bin, Son Jin Tae, and so on. After liberating from imperial Japan, Pak Si Hyung and Yi Woo Sung presented the very same idea of Yu Duk Gong. Otherwise, in the past the respecters of China proper studied the history of Manchuria what they occupied in order to obtain historical evidences about it. in the first step they encountered one of the most important thing that where Balhae history belongs to. But at last they founded that there is no clue that Balhae history belonged to chinese history, and became to know the existence of Nambukguk theory in Korea. So they showed their nervous attitude and attacked Yu and Yu's work, Balhaego They are Sun Wei Ryang, WangJin Kun and Sun Jin Ji. In these years, Quo S00 Mei, Woo Wei Hwan, Wang Cung Quo, Chang Bee Puo and Chao Hong who took part in the project of Dongbuk argued that the history of Balhae belongs to chinese history without reason. Reading their papers on this carefully, I find out that they perhaps wrote the papers following some directions which ordered by someone. So the papers of their look like same one written by one people. Conclusionally speaking, I can declare that they commit following 3 points that were very important and became the basic conditions to study ancient history. 1. They selected and analyzed historical matters in such a very simple way. 2. They misunderstand the ancient history by their wrong view of the world, so called Cheonhagwan. 3. They have no notion of the change in community in ancient society. In these 3 facts, I determined that they who took part in the project of Dongbuk had made no development in studying Balhae history. They only followed the bad points of the principals of the historical view, Manseon historical view in imperial Japan times.

        실과 교구의 지침 설정을 위한 기초적 연구

        The purpose of the study was to establish a new guideline of setting the teaching tools for the practical arts education. The study was conducted with the questionnaire method. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Practices based on practical arts theories were important and affected on a real life. 2) For shortage of practice facilities and tools, 55.7% of practices for practical arts education had not been performed. 3) The practical arts education tools standard indicated in educational law was not fit to practical arts education contents and was out of dated. 4) The potential possibility for practical arts education practice were investigated in an order of Arranging, Making, Handling, Cultivating and Raising. 5) Among the practical arts education tools standards, each school needed at least 39 tools for 4 subject criterion.

        고령 농업인에 적합한 농업신기술 확산: 딸기 고설수경재배 사례

        This study investigates the effect of farmers` age on the diffusion of new agricultural technol-ogy with special reference to technology that suits the needs of elderly farmers in South Korea. The elevated hydroponic system for strawberry cultivation was selected as a model case of such technology because it is labor-saving and intensity-relieving compared to typical soil-cultivation. In the analysis for the determinants of farmers` technology adoption, a binomial logit model was applied to the survey data of 266 strawberry farmers. Empirical results confirm that, when we control for the individual farmer`s education level and technology acceptance level, the age of the farmers does not lower the adoption rate of the elevated hydroponic system. This implies that strategic development and diffusion of the elderly-friendly technology can be used as a measure to enhance the productivity of elderly farmers in rapidly aging South Korea.

        뇌과학에 기초한 실과 창의적 문제 해결 수업이 아동의 창의성 및 자아효능감에 미치는 효과

        This study has a purpose of finding the effect of children’s creativity and self-efficacy through creative problem solving teaching in practical arts subject based on the brain science and proving the result. We have put in operation a practical arts developing the teaching media material and the creative problem solving teaching-learning plan considering characteristics of brain function. Experimental group who took part in practical arts teaching considering characteristics of brain function significantly improved in creativity and self-efficacy. Meanwhile, controlled group who participated in general teaching showed no meaningful improvement in creativity and self-efficacy. Therefore, we could think of the effectiveness improving creativity and self-efficacy, the teaching and learning which is synthesizing characteristics of perceptive process of left hemisphere and right hemisphere.

        초등학교 학생의 공학기술 체험활동이 감성적 요인에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 초등학교 학생들이 공학기술 활동을 직접 체험함으로써, 이 공학기술 체험활동이 학생들의 감성적 요인에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하는데 그 목적을 두고, 초등학교 공학기술 체험활동 전과 후로 구분하여 평가한 후, 공학기술 체험활동이 학생의 감성적 요인에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 공학기술 체험활동 프로그램은 공학기술의 영역과 관련지어, 냄비 받침대 만들기, 다리구조물 만들기 등의 6개 주제로 구성되었다. 검사도구는 24개 형용사쌍의 평가항목 (유쾌한, 행복한, 재미있는, 신나는, 좋아하는 등)이며, 리커트 5단계 척도로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 공학기술 체험활동 전과 후의 평균 차이를 살펴보면, 거의 모든 평가항목 (유쾌한, 행복한, 재미있는, 신나는 등)이 긍정적으로 증진되는 결과를 보이고 있고, 또한 체험활동 전과 체험활동 후의 평균 차이를 t검정한 결과, 많은 평가항목(재미있는, 즐거운 등)이 유의한 차이를 나타내고 있어, 초등학교 공학기술 체험활동이 학생들의 감성을 더욱 긍정적인 상태로 변화하도록 영향을 미친다는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 2. 공학기술 체험활동 후 평가항목의 요인분석 결과, 3개의 요인으로 설명되어지고 있고, 체험활동 전과 후의 각 요인의 평가항목이 변화하는 결과를 보이고 있다. 제1요인은 ‘흡족한’, 제2요인은 ‘마음이 놓이는’, 제3요인은 ‘믿음직스러운’ 의 평가항목이 각 요인별로 상관성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 따라서 공학기술 체험활동이 흡족하고, 마음이 놓이고, 믿음직스럽다는 감성요인과 상관성이 높은 것으로 나타났음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 이상의 결과는 공학기술 체험할동을 실시할 때 학생의 감성이 어떻게 영향을 미치고 있는지를 제대로 파악할 수 있는 자료가 될 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate how engineering technology experience activity can influence on elementary school students` emotional factors through engineering technology experience activity directly. In this study, the evaluation items composed of a pair of adjective was used to obtain students` emotional factors through engineering technology experience activity. In order to analyze the effects of engineering technology experience activity, it is conducted the survey before and after the experience. Engineering technology experience activity program was consist of 6 themes which are pot supporter making, bridge structure making, etc relating to the area of engineering technology. Inspection tool was consist of 24 evaluation items of adjective pairs, and 5 Likert scale. Results of this study were as follows: 1. In the engineering technology experience activity program, students showed almost evaluation items(pleasant, happy, interesting, exciting, etc) promoted positively. As a result of t-test between before and after engineering technology experience activity, many evaluation items(interesting, joyful, etc) showed meaningful difference. It showed that the engineering technology experience activity affects the children` emotions in a more positive state. 2. The results of factor analysis have shown 3 factors extracted from the survey after being engineering technology experience activity. The first factor had very high correlation with `satisfied`, the second factor had very high correlation with `relaxed`, the third factor had very high correlation with `trusty` evaluation item. It was showed that the engineering technology experience activity affected highly in students` emotion like satisfied, relaxed, and trusty. Therefore, these results can be useful materials about how does students` emotion influences when they are experiencing the engineering technology activity.

        유아 및 특수교육 : 유치원 교사의 공학기술교육에 대한 중요도 조사 분석

        본 연구에서는 공학기술교육을 수행함에 있어 영향을 미칠 수 있는 유치원 교사들의 공학기술교육에 대한 중요도를 조사하여 분석하였다. 조사 내용은 유치원 누리과정을 고려하여 공학기술의 특성, 공학기술의 내용, 공학기술의 교육방법이다. 설문 방법은 직접 조사이고, 설문지 202부를 통계 처리하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공학기술의 특성, 공학기술의 내용, 공학기술의 교육방법과 관련한 모든 항목들이 보통 이상의 중요도를 나타내고 있다. 둘째, 공학기술의 특성과 관련한 항목 중에서 ‘공학기술적 사고와 창의성’이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났고, 공학기술의 내용에서 제조 영역은 ‘안전사고 방지’ 항목이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났고, 건설 영역은 ‘나만의 공간 꾸미기’, 에너지·수송 영역은 ‘에너지 절약 방법’, 정보통신 영역은 ‘정보통신 윤리 의식’, 생명 영역은 ‘동물과 인간관계’, 채소 가꾸기‘, 전기·전자와 기계 영역은 ’전기기구 및 가전제품의 사용‘, 발명 영역은 ’발명과 창의성 계발‘항목이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공학기술의 교육 방법과 관련한 항목 중에서 ‘공학기술 관련 견학 및 체험활동’ 항목이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유치원 교사들의 연령별, 교육 지도경력별 분산분석 결과, 각 영역에서 부분적으로 유의한 차이를 보이고 있는데, 특히 에너지·수송 및 전기·전자와 기계 영역에서 다른 영역에 비해 교육 지도경력별로 유의한 차이를 다수 보이고 있음을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to obtain the basic materials for better engineering technology education in kindergarten. This study investigated about characteristics of engineering technology, contents of engineering technology, and education method of engineering technology which is considering kindergarten curriculum, and analyzed the importance level about kindergarten teachers` engineering technology education. All teachers who taught students the kindergarten in Kprovince were considered. The data was collected by using questionnaire developed by researcher and 202 cases were analyzed finally. The major finding of this study were follows; 1. All items relating to characteristics of engineering technology, contents of engineering technology, and education method of engineering technology showed the importance level above average. 2. In the importance level of characteristics of engineering technology, ``engineering technological thinking and creativity`` was high. In the engineering technology contents, ``the prevention on safety accident`` out of manufacture area was high, and ‘the only my space decoration`` out of construction area, ``the energy saving method`` out of energy·transportation area, ``the information communication ethics`` out of information communication area, ``the relation between human and animal`` and ``vegetable growing’ out of life area, ``the use of electric instrument and electric home appliances`` out of electric·electronic and machine area, and ``the development of invention and creativity’ out of invention area was high. 3. In the importance level of education method of engineering technology, ``the observation and experience action about engineering technology`` was high. 4. Results of variance analysis about at each age and education instruction career, at areas showed meaningful difference partly, especially energy·transportation area and electric·electronic and machine area showed meaningful difference mostly comparing with other areas at each education instruction career.
