        태권도체육관 수련환경이 수련 만족 및 수련지속 행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training environment factors of Taekwondo gymnasium on environment satisfaction of trainees' parents and training continuance. The data were collected by 199 participants recruited from Taekwondo gymnasiums in the J city of Jeolla bukdo with stratified cluster random sampling method. The results of this study are as follows. First, through the analysis of differences in the perception of training environment, training satisfaction, and training continuance according to every variance, number of children was reported to have an effect on training environment (F=8.459, p=.001), training satisfaction (F=5.382, p=.01), and training continuance (F=5.155, p=.01). And the reason of training discontinuance also showed the effect on training environment (F=3.525, p=.01), training satisfaction (F=3.548, p=.01), and training continuance (F=4.856, p=.001). Finding out the reason of training discontinuance can be helpful to ensure trainees to continue their training. The education fee was reported to have an effect on training environment (F=4.778, p=.01), training continuance (F=4.516, p=.01). School grades of children also showed the effect on training satisfaction (F=2.276, p=.05), and the period of training showed the effect on training continuance (F=3.310, p=.05). However, gender, age, education background, average monthly income, and registration intention of parents have no significant differences in training environment, training satisfaction, and training continuance. Second, the regression analysis was proceeded to examine the comparative influences of training environment's sub-factors (facility, program, leader, accessibility, advertisement) on training satisfaction. As a result, program (ß=.403, p=.001) advertisement (ß=.319, p=.001) showed significantly positive effect on training satisfaction. This finding implicates that program and advertisement are important factors for gymnasium management, therefore development of various programs and improvement of advertisement methods could be encouraged. And with the analysis of the comparative influences of training environment's sub-factors (facility, program, leader, accessibility, advertisement) on training continuance, leader (ß=.370, p=.001) and advertisement (ß=.190, p=.01) showed significantly positive effect on training continuance. By the analysis of the comparative influence of training satisfaction on training continuance, training satisfaction showed significantly positive effect on training continuance (ß=.719, p=.001).

        X-Band 위성통신을 위한 고안정 위상 동기 발진기 구현

        본 논문에서는 두 개의 위상 동기 루프를 구성하여 이중으로 위상 고정시킨 X-band 위성통신용 국부 발진기를 설계하고 위상 잡음을 분석하였다. 설계된 위상 동기 발진기는 직렬귀환 유전체 공진발진기, 주파수 분주기, 위상검출기, 루프 필터 및 PLL-IC로 구성되어 있으며, 12.6 ㎓의 발진 주파수를 2분주시켜 6.3 ㎓에서 15.32 ㏈m의 출력값을 보였다. 제작한 발진기의 위상 잡음은 -81 ㏈c/㎐@100 ㎐, -100.86 ㏈c/㎐@1 ㎑, -111.12 ㏈c/㎐@10 ㎑, -116 ㏈c/㎐@100 ㎑ 및 -140.49 ㏈c/㎐@1 ㎒으로 매우 안정되며 우수한 특성을 보였다. In this paper, X-band satellite communication oscillator of double phase locked is implemented by constructing a couple of phased-locked loop, and then we have analyzed the phase noise of designed PLL-DRO. The designed phaselocked oscillator is consist of series fee㏈ack DRO, frequency divider, phase detector, loop filter and programmable PLL-IC. By dividing oscillation frequency of 12.6 ㎓ into two frequencies, it exhibits output power of 15.32 ㏈m at 6.3 ㎓. Phase noises of implemented oscillator are -81 ㏈c/㎐@100㎐, -100.86 ㏈c/㎐@1 ㎑, -111.12 ㏈c/㎐@10 ㎑, -116 ㏈c/㎐@100 ㎑ and -140.49 ㏈c/㎐@1 ㎒ respectively. These indicate excellent stable operation of oscillator and very good phase noise characteristics.
