        피부관리실 유형별 피부관리상품에 대한 소비자 선호도 차이

        This study attempted to grasp the present condition of the current skincare markets by comparing and analyzing consumer preference of general, cosmetic brand, and medical skincare salons and study customer management which is close to customer preference to maximize customer satisfaction. Results (techniques/expertise) showed that preference about general skincare salons was highest in beauticians’ techniques and time for skin care and preference about medical skincare salons is highest in all the rest 10 questions. Results (the service) showed that preference about medical skincare salons is mostly high, but preference about cosmetics skincare salons is highest in employees’ services and responses to complaints, and preference about general skincare salons is highest in sustaining power of exclusive individual management. Results (environment/facilities/hygiene) showed that preference about medical skincare salons is highest, while preference was lowest in exterior facilities and environment, interior, awareness, additional facilities, and their hygienic conditions of general skincare salons. Results (prices) showed that preference of general skincare salons is highest by comparison with the preference result by other skincare salon types until now.
