석탄가스화 기술에 대하여 1970년대 중반부터 2010년까지의 한국, 미국, 일본, 유럽 및 국제특허를 조사하고, 각국의 출원현황, 점유율, 주요출원인, 특허활동지수, 시장력 등을 분석하였다. 기술발전의 초기에는 일본과 미국이 기술개발을 주도 하였으나 2000년대 들어 특허활동 주체가 다변화되고 있으며 전체적인 기술 발전주기는 발전기에 해당하는 것으로 분석되었다. 세부 기술 가운데 가스화기 분야에서의 특허가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 인용도지수, 영향력지수, 기술력지수, 특허 패밀리크기 등의 지표를 이용하여 주요 특허권자의 기술경쟁력을 분석하였다. 특허패밀리크기 및 인용도지수를 이용한 정량화를 통해 핵심특허를 도출하고 기술흐름도를 작성하여 기술 동향을 살펴보았다. Technology trends of coal gasification were studied through patent analysis. The patents published or registered in Korea, U. S. A., Japan and Europe, and administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization from mid 1970s to 2010 were analyzed based on the application tendency, patent share, major applicants and their activity indices, and market power, etc. Japan and U. S. A. led the patent activities in the early phase of technology development, but major applicants had been diversified globally since 2000. Portfolio analysis revealed that the technology was under developing period. The analysis showed that the most active R&D had been focused on gasifier development. Technology competitiveness was analyzed via indices such as cites per patent, patent impact index, technology strength and patent family size, etc. Key patents were extracted through quantification based on patent family size and cites per patent. The technology flow was figured out to reveal the technology trends.

Objectives : The purpose of study was to compare and analyze the effects of the distance Acupuncture and the Chuna on Temporomandibular Disorder. Methods : Clinical studies were done on 31 patients who were treated with Temporomandibular Disorder at Dept. of Acupuncture & Moxibusition of Hospital of Ha-na Oriental Medicine from May 23 2005 to Apr 30 2006. Subjects were divided Into two group, Distance acupuncture group and Chuna group. In Distance acupuncture group, we treated patients with Wijungyug(胃正格) or Damjungyug(膽正格). In Chuna group, we treated patients with Distraction & Translation technique. For evaluating Function of Temporomandibular joint of Patients, we use the Modified Craniomandibular Index(mCMI) before treatment and after 6th treatment. Results : In Mandibular Movement(MM) of patients, the patients of Acupuncture Group were more effective than Chuna group. In TMJ noise(TN) of patients, the patients of Chuna Group were more effective than Acupuncture group. Conclusions : The Distance acupuncture may be better effect on Mandibular Movement and The chuna maybe better effect on TMJ noise.
