간호대학생의 임상실습 중 핵심기본간호술의 수행빈도와 수행자신감에 따른 임상수행능력, 문제해결능력에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of problem solving ability and clinical competence with frequency of fundamental nursing skill performance and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance of nursing students in order to developing pre-clinical practice program. The result shows that the confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance was positive relationship with the frequency of fundamental nursing skill performance(r=.299, p=.000). The clinical competence were positive relationship with the frequency of fundamental nursing skill performance(r=.299, p=.000) and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance(r=.627, p=.000). The problem solving ability was positive relationship with frequency of fundamental nursing skill performance(r=.218, p=.000) and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance(r=.349, p=.000) and problem solving ability(r=.637, p=.000). The influence effect of clinical competence during clinical practice were student achievement, confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance and problem solving ability, 59.6%. The results indicate that effective education program in improving of confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance was provided before clinical practice 본 연구의 목적은 임상실습 중 핵심기본간호술 수행빈도와 수행자신감에 따른 임상수행능력 및 문제해결능력과의 관련성을 파악하고 영향 요인을 규명하여 임상실습 전 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감은 수행빈도와 양의 상관관계가 있었고(r=.299, p=.000), 임상수행능력은 핵심기본간호술 수행빈도와 양의 상관관계(r=.299, p=.000), 핵심기본간호술 수행 자신감과 양의 상관관계(r=.627, p=.000)가 있으며, 문제해결능력은 핵심기본간호술 수행빈도와 양의 상관관계(r=.218, p=.000)이며 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감과 양의 상관관계(r=.349, p=.000, 임상수행능력과 양의 상관관계가 있었다(r=.637, p=.000). 임상실습 중 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향요인은 학업성취도, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감, 문제해결능력으로 이들 요인의 설명력은 59.6%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생들을 위한 임상수행능력과 문제해결능력을 증진하기 위해서 임상실습 전 핵심기본간호술 수행자심감 증진을 위한 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

본 연구는 대학생의 성 경험 영향요인을 확인하고, 변인간의 관계를 규명하여 대학생의 성 교육 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2013년 5월 20일부터 6월 20일 동안 경산시에 위치한 일개 대학교 548명의 대학생을 대상으로 실시하였다. 대상자에서 성 경험에 대한 차이가 있는 것은 연령, 주거형태, 출신고등학교, 이성교제경험, 부모의 성 태도로 나타났으며, 대상자의 성별에 따라 유의하게 나타났다. 성 경험이 있는 대상자의 성 경험 시기는 ‘고등학교’, 성관계 상대에서는 ‘당시 교제상대’, 피임에 대해서도 ‘할 때도 있고 하지 않을 때도 있다’, 성 관계 장소에 대해서 ‘본인 또는 상대 집’이라고 많이 응답하였다. 성 지식, 성 태도, 성 주체성을 분석한 결과에서는 성 태도와 성 주체성이 상관관계를 나타났다. 성 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인에서는 나이, 부모의 성 태도, 성 지식, 성 태도가 영향요인으로 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 성 교육 프로그램 적용시기와 성 교육 프로그램 개발과정에 고려해야 할 영향 요인을 나타내므로 이를 바탕으로 성 교육 프로그램을 개발 및 적용한다면 대학생의 성 교육 프로그램의 효율성과 접근성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the affecting factors of sexual experience by gender of 548 college students. The data was collected from 20th May to 20th June, 2013 in Gyeongsan City. Age, living arrangement, high school, dating experience and sexual attitudes of parents were significantly different in sexual experience and gender. The sex experienced student were first sexual intercourse during high school, and sex partner was ‘dating partner’. The sex experienced student answered ‘sometimes’ about contraception, and sex place was ‘own or partner’s house’. In correlation of factors, sexual attitude and sexual subjectivity was related. Affecting factor of sexual experience were age, sexual attitude of parents’, sexual knowledge, and sexual attitude. To improve effective and accessibility of sexual education program, it needs to use these study results and affecting factors in order to developing sex education program for college students.
