        조직의 공식화 구조에 따른 직무성과 차이분석

        We analyzed how middle manager's leadership behavior according to formalization structure of organization had influence on follower's job performance in this study. By multiple regression analysis in case of middle managers when the level of formalization was higher than low, it was confirmed initiating structure behavior of leader had a certain influence on job performance of follower. In case of middle managers when the level of formalization structure of organization was high, initiating structure behavior of leader elevated follower's job performance. Especially this study supported that such variable as formalization appeared to be situation factor which had influenced the relationship between middle managers' initiating structure behavior and followers' job performance at local administrative organizations in Korea. In conclusion this study suggests us the need to introduce structural situation variable such as formalization in organization for elevating followers' job performance.
