학교스포츠클럽강사의 입장에서 본 학교스포츠클럽 활성화 방안

이 연구의 목적은 실제 학교스포츠클럽 현장을 방문하여 현제도의 운영현황과 실질적인 한계를 파악하고 학교스포츠클럽 강사의 입장에서 실질적인 활성화 방안들을 논의 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 서울지역의 △△중학교와 □□중학교에 고용된 학교 스포츠클럽 강사들을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 심층 면담은 질문지를 토대로 진행 되었으며, 질문지는 학교스포츠클럽의 효과, 학교스포츠클럽의 4P(Product, Place, Price, Promotion), 학교스포츠클럽 강사 처우 등의 질문들로 구성 되었다. 연구결과 첫째, Product측면에서 학교 스포츠클럽 강사의 전문성은 충분하나 프로그램을 제공하는 시간적제한으로 인하여 한계가 발생함이 나타났다. 둘째, Place측면에서는 현재의 중학교 스포츠클럽 시설들은 프로그램 운영에 다소 부족한 부분이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Price 측면의 경우 현행 무상 운영 체제로 진행되고 있지만 학교스포츠클럽 참여에 대한 일정 수준의 비용지불은 학생의 수업 참여도와 학부모의 관심을 높일 수 있을 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, Promotion측면에서는 학교 스포츠클럽 강사들은 단순 프로그램 제공자에 그칠 뿐 참여 촉진을 위한 적극적인 Promotion을 하기에는 다소 제한적임이 나타났다. 마지막으로 스포츠 클럽강사에 대한 처우 개선은 강사의 스트레스에 영향을 미치고 본질적인 스포츠 프로그램 제공에까지 간접적 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 시사 되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the current condition of operation and limitation of school sports club system on the actual place. Also we tried to make a suggestion to revitalize the school sports club system from the school sport club instructors`` point of view. In order to attain these aims, we asked for in-depth interview with the school sports club instructors of two secondary schools in Seoul. The interview was about what effect and 4P(product, place, price, promotion) of school sports club system are and how the school sports club instructors are treated. The findings of this study were as followings. First, in the context of the product, although the professionalism of instructors is sufficient, a shortage of time in providing programs causes limitation. Second, in the context of the place, the facilities somewhat lack to operate the school sports club. Third, in the context of the price, the school sports club is operated without cost. However, charging for the participation can enhance the degree of participation of learners and interest of school parents. Fourth, in the context of the promotion, the instructors are not suitable for promoting participation actively but only a program provider. Finally, it is implicated that giving better treatment of instructors have an effect on their stress and providing program indirectly.
