        남자현대무용수와 라틴댄스스포츠선수의 체력과 심폐기능 증진을 위한 연구

        남자 현대무용수, 남자 댄스스포츠선수의 체력수준 및 호흡 순환계변인을 비교, 검토하기 위하여, 각 전공경력이 5-8년인 남자현대무용수 11명, 남자댄스스포츠선수 11명을 대상으로 신체구성 성분과 유산소성 작업능력을 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 기초체력은 남자 현대무용수와 남자 라틴댄스포츠선수가 39.4±5.5cm, 29.9±0.9cm로 나타났고 사후검증결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이(p<.01)가 나타났다. VO2max는 남자 현대무용수58.3±10.0㎖/min/㎏, 남자 라틴댄스스포츠선수54.9±3.6㎖/min/㎏로 사후검증을 실시한 결과 운동 2분시(p<.05)와 VO2max(p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과로부터 남자라틴댄스와 남자현대무용수의 적정운동 강도를 조절하여 운동효과와 운동손상예방을 제고할 필요성이 제기되었다. For the purpose of providing a basic information to the training program, we selected 11 male modern dancers and 11 latin sport dancers to investigate the basic physical strength and cardiopulmonary function. First, weight and body fat of modern dancers were higher than those of latin sport dancers. Second, VO2max was 58.3±10.0㎖/min/㎏, in morden dancers, 54.9±3.6㎖/min/㎏ in latin dance sport dancers. In conclusions, latin dance sport dancers have possibility of improving basic physical strength and cardiopulmonary function. The result presented above indicate that cardiopulmonary function of were higher than morden dancers latin dance sport dancers, but no significant difference was noted between two groups. However, there are some difference on cardiopulmonary function between latin dance sport and morden dance. So the training programs must be made in consideration of the physical fitness of each subjects. Futhermore, studies considering bone density and diet problem of dancers should be needed. The results presented above indicate that cardiopulmonary function of showed higher than morden dancers Latin dance sport dancers.

        댄스스포츠 모던볼룸테크닉댄스선수, 현대무용수 그리고 일반대학생들의 신체조성 및 호흡 순환기능에 관한 비교 연구

        For the purpose of providing a basic information to the dance sport training program, we selected 10 students who major in modern dance, 12 students who major in modern ballroom technic dance and 11 students as non-experimental group at a N university. A series of comparative studies of three groups were made through the body composition test and respiratory-circulation function test. The following results were obtained: 1. The mean values of % body fat of modern ballroom technic dancer group are 22.0±5.1%, muscle mass 40.5±7.8㎏, BMI 17.9±2.1㎏/㎡ in modern ballroom technic dancer group. The % body fat and BMI of modern ballroom technic dancer group showed lower, and the muscle mass higher in 3 groups. 2. Physical strength test, flexibility of non-experimental group showed significant lower value(p<.01) than the modern ballroom technic dancers and the modern dancers. There were significant differences between modern ballroom technic dancers, modern dancers and non-experimental group in right grip strength(p<.05) and back strength(P<.001), and the non-experimental group showed the lowest among them. In muscle endurance, there were significant differences(p<.001) between modern ballroom technic dancers, modern dancers and non-experimental group. The muscle endurance of the modern ballroom technic dancers group showed higher. 3. There were significant differences in VO₂max, HRmax, RRmax and VEmax. VO₂max was 42.5±1.2㎖/㎏/min in modern dancers, 58.3±1.5㎖/㎏/min in modern ballroom technic dencers, 36.9±4.1㎖/㎏/min in non-experimental group. The results presented above indicate that cardiopulmonary function of (modern ballroom technic and modern) dancers showed higher than non-experimental group. So the training programs must be made in consideration of the physical fitness of each subjects. Futhermore, studies considering bone density and diet problem of dancers should be needed.

        댄스스포츠 10종목 운동강도 비교연구

        The evaluation of the exercise intensity of ten different types of dance sport and the effects of long-term dance sport lesson on the changes of cardiopulmonary function were performed and eventually the baseline data for the dance sport training program were offered. Twenty six male and female college students who majored in dance sport and belonged to dance sport clubs were designated to the trial group. The effects of 10-week dance lesson on various physiological parameters and endurance properties were evaluated with a portable gas analyzer and some devices for blood analysis on the trial group. In a 5-minute dance sport performance, mean values of exercise intensity were 57. 6±12. 5% of VO2rnax and 71. 4±8. 9% of HRmax. Among those 5 types of Latin American dance sport exercise intensity was high in Viennese Waltz; Jive, Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Quickstep, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Rumba, and Paso Doble in a corresponding order. The mean value of exercise intensity, 57. 6±12. 5% of VO2max, in all tested types of dance sport can be interpreted as that the dance sport may used as medium intensity exercise for the improvement of endurance capacity for health and physical fitness. However, it is imperative that the training programs made in consideration of the physical fitness of each subjects should be adjusted case by case since there are non-negligible differences in exercise intensity between five types of dance sport studied.

        여자발레, 댄스스포츠라틴댄스 무용수의 무용수행 능력의 효과와 운동손상예방을 위한 시도

        여자발레무용수, 여자라틴댄스선수, 일반인의 체력수준 및 호흡 순환계변인을 비교, 검토하기 위하여, 각 전공경력이 4~7년인 여자발레무용수 12명, 여지라틴댄스선수 12명, 일반인 12명 대상으로 신체구성 성분과 유산소성 작업능력을 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 기초체력에서 유연성이 여자라틴댄스선수가31.3±2.1cm로 나타났고 근력에서 좌악력은 25.0±4.3kg,나타났으며 우악력은 31.7±3.5kg으로 배근력 25.8±2.5kg,근지구력은 25.8±2.5회/30초, 민첩성은 402.5±20.1msec, 순발력은 40.4±2.3cm, 평형성도 117.8±21.9초로 가장 수치가 높았다. VO2max는 여자발레무용수, 여자라틴댄스선수, 일반인이 48.2±7.5㎖/min/㎏, 58.3±1.4㎖/min/㎏, 36.9±4.1㎖/min/㎏으로 나타났고, 회복기 VO2은 여자발레무용수, 여자라틴댄스선수, 일반인이 운동 후 1분시 39.3±4.1㎖/min/㎏, 39.2±8.7㎖/min/㎏, 23.6±4.0㎖/min/㎏, 운동 후 2분시 23.5±2.3㎖/min/㎏, 22.0±2.2㎖/min/㎏, 18.9±3.8㎖/min/㎏으로, 운동 후 3분시 17.9±3.0㎖/min/㎏, 13.1±3.0㎖/min/㎏, 36.6±8.1㎖/min/㎏으로 나타났고, 사후검정 결과 운동 후 1분시(p<.001), 운동 후 2분시(p<.01), 운동 후 3분시(p<.001) 모두 일반인과 여자발레무용수, 그리고 일반인과 여자라틴댄스선수 간에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 여자발레 무용수와 라틴댄스스포츠 무용수들의 무용수행을 통하여 나타난 효과를 고려해 볼 때 일반인과 다른 운동 진단과 처방 및 재활에도 도움을 줄 것임을 시사 하는 바이다.         자이브, 차차차, 룸바, 삼바, 파소도블레의 종목별 운동강도 비교연구

        The evaluation of the exercise intensity of five different types of Latin American dance sport and the effects of long-term Latin American dance sport lesson on the changes of cardiopulmonary function were performed. and eventually the baseline data for the Latin American dance training program were offered. Fourteen male and female college students who majored in dance sport and belonged to dance sport clubs were designated to the trial group. The effects of 10-week dance lesson on various physiological parameters and endurance properties were evaluated with a portable gas analyzer and some devices for blood analysis on the trial group. In a 5-minute dance sport performance, mean values of exercise intensity were 583±116% of VO2max and 71. 9±9. 0% of HRmax. Among those 5 types of Latin American dance sport, exercise intensity was high in Jive, Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, and Paso Doble in a corresponding order. The mean value of exercise intensity, 58. 3±12. 6% of VO2max, in all tested types of Latin American dance sport can be interpreted as that the Latin American dance sport may used as medium intensity exercise for the improvement of endurance capacity for health and physical fitness. However, it is imperative that the training programs made in consideration of the physical fitness of each subjects should be adjusted case by case since there are non-negligible differences in exercise intensity between five types of dance sport studied.
