제진기의 레이크를 작동시켜 오물을 수거하는 메커니즘 형성에 가장 중요한 동력발생원인 수차는 농업용수로의 물관리 특성을 이용하기 위하여 물 속에서도 회전이 가능하도록 설계 · 제작하였다. 또한 수차의 수리실험결과, 수로 내 유속이 0.15m/s 이하의 경우에는 레이크에 집적된 오물 30kg을 수거하기가 곤란하다는 것을 규명하였고, 이에 따라 농업용 수로중 구배가 커서 수로 내 유속이 빠르거나 낙차공과 같이 유속을 증가시킬 수 있는 수리시설물 하류에 설치를 하면 오물제거에 매우 효율적인 동력을 얻을 수 있다는 것을 알았다. 다음으로는 수차의 회전력을 증가시키기 위해 플라이 훨 효과를 높일 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 일반적으로 수차는 중심축을 강재파이프로 하고 날개부분은 가벼운 재질로 하지만 여기서는 오물을 수거하는 수차의 회전토오크를 높이기 위하여 수차외경에는 무거운 재질을 사용하고, 수차중심축은 가벼운 재질의 파이프를 사용하여 같은 유속 하에서도 더 큰 회전토오크를 얻을 수 있는 방법을 제시하고, 유속에 따른 동력대체방법을 고안하여 다양한 수로의 유속에 대응할 수 있는 제진기의 개발검토가 필요하다. Therefore, it is necessary installation by flow speed condition must examine the way how it is possible in usable screen for a mini canal, and to examine on substitute electric power use except flow speed.
