        안전문화 수준 척도의 국내 연구동향 분석

        With the implementation of the “Critical Disaster Punishment Act” in 2022, the safety and health management system within the organization is being established and awareness of the importance of safety culture is spreading. Measuring the level of safety culture in an organization can grasp the perception and attitude of members about safety. You can also identify the safety-related problems and improvements of the organization. In this study, prior studies on the safety culture level scale were considered, focusing on domestic literature studied from 2001 to 2021. Domestic literature was analyzed by research period, research field, author, core terms, and constituent factors of scale. The implications of the research trend analysis results of the safety culture level scale were derived.

        We must face the changing environment in our lives. When we can't meet it, our safety can collapse. He who aenies all the existing systems of value and accepts his own way of life, wonders if the existing life is valuable. When this man has a heavy stress given in the complex environment about him, he may attempt to kill himself. Suicide is the problem that all the members of the community, especially the nurses who helf the patients confront and are interested in. There-fore the nurse's aim of health - care is to see to it that man should live as long as possible. This study of suicide is to examine the problems on suicide - attempt, to help all the patients from the side of the science of nursing, and to find the method to prevent this situation. This method of study is based on 146 patients who are at emergency room in two general hospitals with more than 300 beds, on the records about this subject, on the analysis of existing study, on night - duty diaries, on the patient charts and on the direct question with patients for a year from Jan. I to Dec. 31, 1987. The conclusion is as following : 1. Distribution of the age and sex of suicide-attempt. According to the distribution of sex the number of suiciding female is 96 persons (65.7%) while the number of male is 50 (34.24%), and according to the distribution of age, the number of female from 20 to 29 age shows 28.8%, 30 to 39 age 17.80%, 40 to 49 age 8.9%, and 70 to 79 age 0.72% 2. Distribation of Jobs on the suicide - attempt the occupational distribution of suicide - attemps is divided into 8 Jobs, and the hiest suiciding rate of Jobs shows 34.94% in the house wife, 23.97% in the Jobless, 18.48% in the company employee, 12.33% in the student in order and farmers, workers, soldiers and cleaners show the low rate of suicide. 3. The cause of suicide - attempt shows 37.00% about household affairs, 22.61% about private affairs and love affairs in order and the low rate about mental diseases and various affairs. 4. The places of suicide - attempt are divided into 6 places. Among these places, this study shows 133 persons(91.11%) in the house, 2.74% in the toilet room and hotel, 2.05% on the road. and 0.68% in the field and mountain in order. 5. The kinds of drugs used in suicide - attempt are divided into 13 drugs. and this study shows that the most use of amount is pesticides (32.88%), Rodenticides (17.82%) barbiturates (12.65%), and sedatives(10.96%) in order, and tranguilizers, Acid, drug unknown, Acetone, analgesics, cleaning soap, Alcohol and Antibiotics are used in the small amount. 6. The hour of suicide - attempt shows 52.74% in the evening (3PM∼10PM), 29.45% at night (10PM∼7AM) and 17.81% in the day (7AM∼3PM) in order. 7. Distribution of seasonal suicide - attempt shows that the suicide rate of man and woman is 31.55% in spring, 25.34% in summer, 24.65% in winter and 18.50% in autumn in order. 8. The conscionsness state of the patients when they arrive at the hospital shows 67.81% in the clear state, 16.44% in Drowsy state, 22.33% in stuporous state and 16.44% comatose state in order. 9. The patient's condition when they have the hospital shows 84.93% in recovery, 10.28% in death and 4.79% in hopeless discharge in order.

        The elevation in the standard of living in the modern society brought about the increase of adult disease, above all the Number of patients with diabetes mellitus is world-widely increasing every year. Such a disease is possible to control one's illness or to extend one's life by the steady self-care, however, the lack of the steady self-care is able to result in dangerous complications such as visual disorder, nephropathy, Neuropathy, skin infection, and cardiovascular disease and so on Therefore, the role of nurses that must be knowledge of the diabes Mellitus, select the reasonable methods to the patients and that simultaneously excute a group education and a individual education is very important. Accordingly, this study is intended to develop the effective teaching program for nurses and patients that should continuously execute the self-control for one's life. The effective teaching program of patients with diabetes mellitus is presented as follows: 1. Nurses should instruct the knowledge of the diabetes Mellitus. such as etiology of the diabetes mellitus, pathophysiology, Clinical manifestation, insulin and complications ete. 2. Self-monitoring-Nurses explain the purpose of the urine and blood test, and the exact test method of them to the patients. The regular test is always reguired in the trip and illness, and ketone test are reguired in a glucose plethora. Nurses need to teach the patients as follows:All the tests should be recorded and presented in the hospital:and a reagent should be stored in the place without heat, light, and moisture. 3. Nurses should instruct so that the blood sugar test practice before the meal and bed, and reduce some times a week according to the amount adiustment of insulin, and to the number of the test according to one's stress, level of activities, and illness. 4. The type and the amount of the insulin in planning and praticing the patient's diet shoulf be carefully considered. 5. insulin injection-The nurse need to show the right technique of the injection, the type of insulin, onset, peak, duration, and regular time-that is, injecting at 30∼60 minutes before the meal. It is necessary cloudy insulins are Well-mixed, and It must be emphasized that patients might represent hypoglycemia when injecting the excessive amount and the symptom should be informed to patients. In addition, The nurse need to instruct he rotates the injection sites by the plan. 6. It is necessary to build the regular exercise planning. It is effecient to do walking, cycling and swimming around 3∼4 times a week. It must be taught that the severe exercise might bring about hypoglycemia, and lead to dangerous circumstances. 7. Complication-in order to prevent hypoglycemia, it is important to teach so that have orange juice or candy and take urine test when the first symptom, increase the intake of glucose When long-time exercise, have a snack before bed, know the problems of nausea, vomiting and insulin intake in a situations of ketoacidosis. In order to prevent diabetic coma, It is necessary to teach so that take a insulin injecion and a urine and blood sugar monitoring, visit the hospital in the case of the change of test results and weight, and be careful for an injection and skin disease.

        Department Of Nursing School Kim Cheon Science College The research is strdied for the experience of life of solitary old man, provided basic matters of nursing intervention program for them. The subject of investigation is selected a solitary old man lived in K-city, the matter is selected from 2000. 8 to 2000. 11. The question is used unstructured and open one, recorded, the matter is analyzed by Colaizzi(1978) method. By study is confirmed. The experience of life of Solitary old man is classified by 6-kinds of "Consciousness of force lose", "Solitude", "Self-respect", "Love for family", "Inspiration", "Accommodation of life". To be concrete, "Consciousness of force lose" is consist of pain of disablement, economical difficulty, obstacle of life on disablement, "Solitude" is consist of pain of disease, Solitude, fear of crisis is occured at light and longing of family, "Love of family" is consist of pain of undutifulness and death of family. "Self-respect" is consist of dislike to sympathy result from self-respect, "Accommodation of life" is consist of peace to prayer, earnest prayer for maintain one's livelihood and health, of accommodation of life. By result of study, solitary old man is adapted to lack of human resources and material resources in spite of various restriction state. But various health problem and want of solitary old man have to be filling up by definite nursing intervention.

        The Purpose of this study is (1) to assess biological literacy of high school teachers in Chonnam area, (2) to describe the patterns of biological literacy with respect to several variables. The participants in this study were 263 high school teachers in Chonnam area. Their biological literacy was measured by a renewed the Test of Biological Literacy. Most high school teachers in Chonnam area were biologically literate. Teachers undertaking mathematics or science have higher biological literacy than those in the art and physical education department. Teachers being in the graduate students obtained higher grade in evaluation than those graduating a university or a grduate school. There was no significant difference statistically according gender for whole question of biological literacy test. There was no significant difference considering the variants of education career. When the major of university wasc assified into the education college and non-education college, there was no difference in the biological literacy between both. In addition, the difference according the age was negligible. In this respect, all the high school teachers regardless of their major should try to improve their biological literacy in order to teach students living in the 21st century the century of information.

        The main point of nurse was the promotion of health since Florence Nightingale. The concern of health on older adults of the present time were increased because of upgrade of level and extension of averagelife. Therefore, the aim of research is to propose motion program on health promotion and disease-preventing of older adults. To take part in this, this research is to offer basic matters. The basic matters are as follows; 1. Physical properties of older adults Cardio vascular system, Respiratory system, Musculo skeletal system, and another physical function are broken in whole balance because of retrogressive change. 2. Health and Movement of older adults Low level movement of older adults promotes function and happiness, and regular movement promotes physical, mental, social function and happiness. 3. Movement aim of older adults Maintenance of physical function is the aim of movement. 4. Attention of movement on older adults Performance of health diagnosis, Prevention of hard movement, Attention of the wound, Movement to follow physical state etc. 5. Movement program for health promotion of older adults First is gymnastics of movement program of 10. Second is another gymnastics of movement program of 10 with music, and this is the better. Behaviours are arm-should movement, should beating, to return around by side, stretch of abdominal muscle with spinal cord movement, foot-end movement, foot movement, to run over with all the body stretch, and deep-breath scarecrow pose are movements to be fit for health promotion of older adults.

        The purpose of education is the startpoint of all the educational efforts, and when this purpose must be clarified, recognized evidently and concretely, We can compose the capacity and characteristics correctly by the educational estimation Therefore we must set the new educational purposse carefully in accordance with our days about the plan of the curriculum, Because this point is important, this treatise must be the primary datum in setting the educational purpose I have dirrectly corrected the hand books and administrative plans of 2 baccalaureate and 9 diploma nursing program in Daegu and Kyong-Sang-buk-do, and analyzed their nursing educational purpose according to this method of research, the conclusion is as follows : 1. by means of alalyzing the purpose of Nursing education of 11 baccalaureate and diploma nursing programs according to Bloom's taxonomy of educational purpose 1) The frequency of analysis of each domain shows that the affective domain is 143 in number, the cognitive domain is 108, and the psychomotor domain is 25 in order 2) The analysis of contents shows that 11 nursing programs have knowledge, reception and response in common, and 7 nursing programs have the smallest number of mental encleavor in common 3) The frequency of each contents shows ① that in the cognitive domain, the knowledge is the most number of 28, the application is 23, the understaning is 17, the synthesis is 14, the analysis is 13 and the evaluation is 13 in order ② that in the affective domain the personification is the most number of 38, the response is 33, the value is 28, the reception is 25 and the syntematization is 19 in order ③ that in the psychomotor domain, Skill is 16, in number and the psychomotor is 9 2. the result of analyzing the purpose of Nursing education in to 4 items, that is, scientific, professonal, personal and social dimensions shows that 1) in case of baccalaureate program ① the scientific dimention consists of the profound theory of expert knowledge, the teaching of applied method, the research and skill training ② the professional dimension cultivates a man of ability and trains the nursing officer who has all the qualifications, namely, knowledge, character and personality or promising quality and aptitude ③ the personal dimension educates the human being who has the leadership as a leader, the personality and attitude of a specialist ④ the social dimension contributes to the national society, and cultivates the spirit of nationalism and anti - communist democracy 2) In case of diploma program ① the scientific dimension emphasizes the professional skill, and basic theory and education mainly true of the nursing field ② the professional dimension cultivates the competent nursse, midwife, nurse - teacher, community health practician and the backbone of professional worker ③ the personal dimension educates the ideology of nursing service and democracy the spirit of christianity, the spirit of thorough nationand race, the thought of loyalty and filial piety, and various philosophical thoughts of nursing education ④ the social dimension serves mankind nation, society, a group and an individual

        The science of nursing is noble as it is a scholastic pursuit to treat human being, and the active range of modern nurse was widely expanded, To foster the adept and qualified nurses, the nursing soholars and those concerned in the science of nursing demand to nuify the 4-year-system college out of the current system on the contrary to this condition, Various types of curricula of Diploma nursing program exist. Thinking much of curriculum of nursing programs that are educating competent nurse for independent role practice, it was studied for the purpose of being basic data for line-up of the curriculum by andlyzing the conditions related to the curriculum of nursing baccalaureat, that is, the general characteristics, educational objectives of nursing educational contents of nursing, its selection, comparative analysis of organization, the problems of curriculum and its improvements I have directly collected, examined and analized the handbooks the administrative plans, the prospectus for new students and documents related to the educational curriculum of 5 Diploma nursing program in Daegu and Kyun-Sang-Buk-Do The conclusion is as follows : 1. The general characteristic of these 5 objective Diploma nursing program is that they are all founded by the private institutions, and the number of curricula of each diploma nursing progrdm is that E college has 17 curricula, A college has 9, B college has 8, D college has 2, and C college has 1 in order The rate of the number of nursing students and professors is 85:1 in B college, 50:1 in D college, and 40:1 in A, C and A colleges respectively. The nursing professors are in charge of lectures only in B college, and the nursing professors and doctors is in the rest of A, C, E and E colleges 2. The educational purpose of nursing consists of the scientific dimension, the professional dimension, the personal dimension and the social dimension based on the korean nursing association and educational committee The analysis of the educational purpose is as follows: 1) As for scientific dimension, B college lectures the most various contents on the scientific dimention that is, the importance of educational development and basic data of the korean education, and next, B callege does, and C, D and E calleges lecture one kind of scientific dimension egually 2) As for the professional dimension, A and B colleges lecture three kind of professional dimensions besides fostering the professional nurses, and next C college emphasizes the fostering of the leading professionalists and the whole nurses, and D and E colleges emphasize the fostering of the nurses or the leading professionalists enough to work in every field only to fail to present the fostering of any affective professionalist concretely. 3) As for the personal dimension, C college lectures the most six kinds of personal dimensions, that is, the contents of fostering the helper based on the spirit of true christian, and next D, A, B and E colleges do in order 4) As for the social dimension, A and B colleges lecture the most three kinds of social dimensions, and next, E college does, and C and D colleges emphasize the love and the service of mankind 3. Contents of nursing education. 1) The range of the total credits of cultural subjects was 21-30 credits out of 23 subjects C college demands for 30 credits, D college 27 credits, E college 25 credits, A college 24 credits, and B college 21 credits in order. B,C and D colleges lecture the cultural and compulsory subjects, and only A and E colleges lecture the cultural and optional subjects besides them. 2) Major and compulsory subject. The range of the total credits was 52-92 credits out of 17 subjects. A,D and E colleges demand for 20 credits and B and C colleges demand for 9 credits in adult nursing among subjects respectively. The rate of the total credits showed 64.3% in a college, 62.6% in E college, 61.3% in D college, 42.5% in B college and 34.3% C college respectively. 3) Major and optional subject. The range of the total credits was 10-15 credits out of 25 subjects, C college demands for 50 credits, D college 15 credits, E college 15 credits and A college 10 credits respectively. The rate of the total credits showed 34.3% in C college, 29.2% in B college, 10.0% in D college, 7.9 % in E college and 7.1% in A college. 4) Major subject and clinical practice The rate of the credit of clinical practice and practice time was equally 1:4 in all the colleges. The range of total credits was 17-26 credits, most colleges demand for 3-8 credits in Adult nursing practice, and the hospitals attached to only C and E college have operated the ward conference effectively. 5) Subject for the teaching profession. The range of total credits was 14-16 credits out of 19 subjects. only B college demands for 14 credits, and the rest of the colleges demand for 16 credits respectively. The teaching practice of B, C, and E colleges demands for 4 weeks respectively.

Their deliquencies result from conflicts such as physical and emotional develogments sexual behavior, identity, and social role an exploration of these conflicts and resulting behaviors would helps the nurse in assessing the adolescent and her functioning. This study attempts to provide the nurse with the data necessary to formulate therapeutic interventions. First of all, Development, characteristics, delonquent factors and delinquent types of adolescents, are reviewed and, then the nursing intervention on the adoIescent problems in discussed. 1. Development of adolescence A. physical development Adolescents are very concerned about the normality of their physical status, The greater the divergence from the rest of the group, the greater the adolescent's anxiety such a extreme concern with body changes may lead to deviant behaviors. Therefore, nurses must guide so as to accept their physique and use The body effectively B. Sexual development Most adolescents accept the sexual mores of our culture, which dictate that sexual feelings be directed toward persons of the apposite sex. The conflict between the negative attitudes of society and the biologically induced sexual feelings essentially represents in the davelopmental stage of adolesscence, If sexual inpulses are excessively repressed and impeded, adolescents may occur in the ansocial sex offence and influence of building their persouality. C. Cause of a Jubenile delinquency Delinquent adolescents after experience poor parent-child relationship. adolescents are socialized mainly by the parents and learn from the parents acceptable behaviors Thus Jubenile delinquency is caused by mainly alcohol intoxication of parents dometic troubles, immoral family circumstances. harshnees and rigor of parents, incompetent control of parents a seperated parents poverty and negligence of parents as a result, deliquency requires long-period treatment due to difficulty of remedy. 4. Types of a Juvenile Delinquency, There are stealing, violence, residing trespass, rape, fraud robbery, arson, violence after drinking. drug abuse, deep gambling, antisocial group participation. unstable status of employment, tattooing and wandering. 5. Nursing Intervention on the Adolescent problem. First family nursing intervention is particularly useful to an adolescent when chronic disturbed family, interaction is seriously interfering with the adolescent's development. nurses completely need to understand maslow's needs stage theory and fill in there well when these needs are not provided sufficiently. maladaptive patterns may be seen, also in this perid as adolescents tend to imitate a behavior or adult parents should show a fire example as many as possible seconds, as school adolescent nursing intervention a nurse-teacher teaches them developmental stage mental health, life and health diseases and prevention and accidents, Furthermore by the adequate sexual education a nurse-teacher helps adolescents to concentrate on the productive personality development. Third, as industrial adolescent nursing intervention industrial adolescents have social-psychological tasks different from others Thus it may be a crisis of a social maladaptiveness They always trouble about working amount, working hours working environment and wages industrial health nurses have to plan and practice health examination, check physical and emotional growth at the time of a work, and consult or observe their health with visiting of worker's home and community In addition industrial health nurses should focus on maintaining and improving workers health before industrial disasters or occupational diseases occur in and consulting with adolescents in order to prevent from an adolescent delinquency.
