단일 병원 인체조직은행에서 채취한 신선 동결 대퇴골두의 폐기율 분석

목적: 단일 병원 조직은행에서 건강보험심사평가원의 병력 및 투약 이력 조회 시행 후 기증된 대퇴골두의 폐기가 증가하고 있어 이에 대한 분석을 시행하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2009년부터 2018년까지 본원에 기증된 대퇴골두 총 340개를 대상으로 식약처 조직은행 표준 모델을 토대로 작성된 본원 조직은행 표준운영지침에 따른 항목별 폐기율 및 폐기율 변화를 분석하였다. 결과: 2009년부터 2018년까지 채취된 대퇴골두 323개 중 총 107개(33%)가 폐기되었고, 그 중 2015년부터 2018년까지 채취된 대퇴골두는 142개 중 65개(46%)가 폐기되었다. 가장 많은 원인을 차지하는 이유는 치매 병력 관련, 핵의학 검사 시 사용하는 방사성 동위원소 투여와 관련되었다. 결론: 현재의 기증 조직 적합성 선별방식으로 채취된 조직을 폐기할 시에는 사용 가능한 조직을 폐기하는 오류가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 개선된 기준 및 선별 방식 마련이 필요하다. Purpose: This study analyzed the increase in disposal rate of femoral heads in the bone bank of a single hospital from medical disease and drug history, as assessed by the Korean health insurance review and assessment service. Materials and Methods: The disposal rate and cause of 340 femoral heads were analyzed according to the regulations of the bone bank based on the standard model of the Ministry of food and drug safety. Results: One hundred and seven (33%) of 323 femoral heads collected from 2009 to 2018, and 65 (46%) of 142 femoral heads collected from 2015 to 2018 were discarded. The most common causes were related to the history of dementia and the administration of radioisotope for nuclear medicine. Conclusion: The current methods and screening tools can lead to errors in disposing of the available tissues in a bone bank. Thus, improved standards and screening methods are needed.

Aluminum extruded profiles have been mostly used only a few automotive parts until now, such as roof rail, sunroof frame and bumper beams. However, Aluminum extruded materials have been being increased in suspension parts, especially, lower control arm. Most of aluminum suspension parts could be obtained by extrusion and stretch bending and forming technology but the cost of production is a bit high due to complex forming process. In this paper, Curvature extrusion technology was applied for cost reduction and higher quality guarantee by removing forming process. It was fabricated curved extruded profile used by curvature extrusion equipment for removing bending process and designed control arm with optimized profile for taking off forming process. For curvature extrusion and excellent quality it was optimized extrusion condition by controlling and combining extrusion speed and traverse moving speed and distance. For check of durability of control arm, it was carried out endurance test and the result was satisfied.

In the automotive industry, the high strength steel offers the possibility to obtain significant reduction of weight without affecting the structural performances of final products. The hot stamping represents an innovative manufacturing process for forming of high strength steels, implying a sheet at austenite temperature being rapidly cooled down and formed into a die at the same time(quenching). This forming process is used for the manufacturing of automobile structural components with a strength of up to 1,500㎫, thus enabling extensive cost saving and good crash performance. In this study thermal-mechanical coupled simulation with PAM-STAMP™ was carried out for forming and cooling of a hot stamped part. Moreover, mechanical properties of front cross member with hot stamping.
