The purpose of this study is to propose a new way of using building component information throughout the building process. Current information technologies and the existing models were surveyed in order to devise a more effective system model. The model facilitates the reuse of the component data in design, construction, as well as manufacturing process, raising up the value of the data to the level of a business model. The results of this study will be important additions to establishing the CALS and e-commerce in construction.
도심지 고층건축공사의 지식기반 가설계획 시스템 전산화에 관한 연구

This study intended to propose the prototype and computerization model of knowledge-based temporary construction facility planning system for supporting decision making of temporary construction facility planning at urban high-rise building construction work. The principal results of this study are as follows: (1) Recently, many researches on temporary planning by local and abroad transcendental researchers are in progress. However, lift planning and site layout planning are not considered simultaneously, also lifetime period of temporary facility is not reflected at this time. (2) In designing temporary construction facility planning of urban building work that reflects above problems, applicable scheme of temporary construction facility planning was proposed in this study. (3) In addition, this study established an environment for user who is able to plan efficient temporary planning through visual examination process from computerizing process of temporary construction facility planning system.
건축설계 단계별 협력설계 의사결정 지원 프로세스 구축 방안

In Korea construction project cases, architectural construction project is curtailed production because information network process within multidisciplinary isn't interface. Particularly, the construction is not insufficient about performance, cost and material, construction process, etc. in result various question arises because of design error in construction step. And various mistake is made because communication path within multidisciplinary isn't smooth in architectural design and design change process. Therefore the final object of this study is to propose the establishment method of decision support process for the cooperative design in order to provides improved design coordination and optimize the building system.
건축설계단계에서 협력설계 의사결정을 통한 적정 부위 대안 선정 알고리즘에 관한 연구

On a construction site, mismatches between drawings, inconsistent dimensions, and inconstructable details are situations frequently encountered and emphasize the effects of poor coordination. In recent years, therefore, there has been a growing interest in investigating how the activities of complex systems, such as the design process, can be coordinated.<br/> For the purpose of re-engineering an interdisciplinary process such as design, a more precise definition of coordination needs to be made. For the purpose of this research, coordination is a summation of all these definitions to accommodate the task done by single design team and among the multi-disciplinary design team. Such as, it can be defined as: "It is an environment in which the members of a design team work together in a collaborative manner that maintains consistency and productivity." Such environment effectively manages all interdependencies among the work of the various design team in a manner that avoids discrepancies and contradictions throughout design process.<br/> The final object of this research is to propose the establishment method of decision support process for the cooperative design in order to provides improved design coordination and optimize the building system.
건축 설계초기단계에서 VE 대상선정방법 개선방안에 관한 연구

The final object of this study is to propose the improved VE subject selection method for rational VE working in the initial design phase. And this study is to take AHP method in the valuation of importance-weight. The principal results of this study are as follows. (1) The standard of valuation for subject selection, which this study present, is economical efficiency, constructability, safety, the impact of environment, maintenance, etc. (2) This study applies the client need to VE working effectively in initial design phase through the application of valuation method for client need satisfaction.
