성인간호학 이론수업과 연계한 High–Fidelity 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과

본 연구는 간호 대학생에게 성인간호학 이론수업과 실습교육의 단절로 발생하는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 High- Fidelity 시뮬레이션 교육프로그램을 개발하여 적용함으로써 그 효과를 분석하고자 시행되었다. 분석방법은 성인간호학 이론 수업의 학습목표에 따라 비뇨기계 대상자 간호에서 고칼륨혈증 대상자 간호를 위한 알고리즘, 평가체크리스트, 디브리핑을 포함한 시나리오를 개발하여 비동등성 대조군 전후설계(non-equivalent control group pre-test and post-test design)로 측정하였 다. 분석결과 일반적 특성과 종속변수의 실험군과 대조군의 동질성이 확보되었다. 고칼륨혈증 대상자 시뮬레이션 교육프로그 램이 간호대학생의 간호수행능력, 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고성향, 자기효능감, 간호지식정도에 미치는 효과는 시뮬레이션 교육을 받은 실험군이 대조군 보다 유의하게 증가하였고, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(t=-83.313, p<.001, t=-3.169, p=.003, t=-2.473, p=.017, t=-4.036, p<.001, t=-5.044, p<.001). 간호학생의 성인간호학 이론수업과 연계한 High- Fidelity 시뮬레이션 프로그램은 간호수행능력, 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고성향, 자기효능감, 간호지식을 높게 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 시뮬레이션 실습교육 프로그램을 교육과정에 적용함으로써 효율적인 실습교육 방안을 제시하고 간호교육 의 질 제고에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. This research was conducted for the purpose of developing a high-fidelity simulation education program, applying it to clinical field and analyzing this program’s effect on nursing college students in order to solve problems being caused from the gap between the adult nursing theoretical class and practical education. As the analysis method, this study developed a scenario including an algorithm for caring hyperkalemia patients, the evaluation check list, and debriefing according to the adult nursing theoretical class’s learning goal and measured the high-fidelity simulation program’s effect in using the non-equivalent control group pre-test and post-test design. As the results from the analysis, there secured the simulation education program’s general properties and dependent variable’s homogeneity in the experimental group and the control group. The nursing simulation practice program for hyperkalemia patients showed slight effect on the experimental group compared to the control group in fields such as nursing practice ability, problem solving ability, critical thinking skills, self-confidence of nursing, and knowledge. High- Fidelity simulation programs in conjunction with an adult nursing theory classes of nursing students nursing practice ability, problem solving ability, critical thinking skills, self-confidence of nursing, and knowledge. This simulation program may be an effective educational method for nursing practice and also support improved quality of nursing education.

간호대학생의 다문화이해 교과목이 공감능력과 다문화태도에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 간호대학생들의 다문화이해 교과목이 다문화 공감능력과 다문화태도에 미치는 효과를 측정하기 위해 시행 된 단일군 전후 비교조사 연구이다. 다문화이해 교과목을 수강한 간호대학생 110명을 대상으로 13주간의 다문화이해 교과목 수강 전후에 설문조사를 시행하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 paired t-test, t-test, ANOVA 분석과 사후검증은 Scheffe로 시행하였다. 연구 결과 공감능력이 향상되고, 다문화태도가 긍정적으로 변화하였다. 공감능력은 연령이 어릴수록, 외국인 친구가 있는 경우 유의한 차이가 있었고, 다문화 태도는 적극성과 개방성 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 향후 교과과정 내에서 간호 대학생들의 다문화 역량이 증가될 수 있는 다문화 이해 프로그램의 검증과 효과성의 확인이 필요하며, 효과성의 지속성에 대해서는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study examined the effectiveness according to multicultural attitude and emphatic ability of nursing students learning the multi-culture-understanding subject. A 13-week program aimed at understanding multi-cultural aspects was given to 110 freshmen, who were taking the subject and agreed to participate in the research. Analysis by a paired t-test using ANOVA of SPSS 18.0 and posteriori tests by Scheffe were performed. Through this subject, the nursing students showed improved attitude and emphatic ability. The increase in emphatic ability showed a slight difference according to age (lower) and the existence of foreign friends, while the attitude had small distinction in areas, such as activeness and openness. The multi-culture-understanding subject has a positive effect in attitude and emphatic ability. In the future, there must be verification and qualification of the program because it improves the multicultural capability.
