Black Consumer 추출을 위한 사용자 필터링 시스템 제안 -공유형 전동킥보드 사용자를 중심으로-

공유형 전동킥보드의 수요가 날이 갈수록 높아짐에 따라 국내에도 다양한 업체들이 공유형 전동킥보드 대여 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 관련 분야가 급성장함에 따라 사용자들은 주변에서 공유형 전동킥보드를 손쉽게 대여할 수 있게 되었지만 정해진 대여 스테이션이 부재한 이유로 사용 후 관리가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있고, 대여용 전동킥보드에 대한 무책임한 사용으로 많은 전동킥보드가 훼손되고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 이유로 공유형 전동킥보드에 대한 시민들의 인식이 부정적으로 변하였고, 일부 도시에서는 공유형 전기자전거의 서비스가 제한된다고 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 무분별한 사용으로 대여 시스템에 부정적 영향을 줄 수 있는 Black Consumer를 추출할 수 있는 사용자 필터링 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템이 도입될 경우 안전한 전동킥보드 사용과 관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다. As the demand for shared-type electric kickboards increases day by day, various companies in Korea are also providing shared-type electric kickboard rental services. With the rapid growth of related fields, users can easily rent shared electric kickboards in the vicinity, but management after use is not performed properly due to the absence of a designated rental station, and It is a situation that electric kickboards are being damaged. For this reason, citizens' perception of shared electric kickboards has changed negatively, and it is said that the service of shared electric bicycles is limited in some cities. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a user filtering system that extracts Black Consumers that can negatively affect the rental system through indiscriminate use. When this system is introduced, it is expected that safe electric kickboard use and management will be possible.

베타회귀분석 방법을 이용한 건강 관련 삶의 질 자료 분석

건강 관련 삶의 질 자료는 정규분포를 따르지 않고 치우친 분포를 보이며, 등분산 가정을 만족하지 않는 경우가 대부분이다. 또한 건강 관련 삶의 질 자료는 범위가 정해져 있는 자료이며, 건강한 상태를 나타내는 경우 최대값을 가지는 천장효과가 있는 자료이다. 본 연구에서는 건강 관련 삶의 질 자료인 EQ-5D에 대해 선형회귀모형과 베타회귀모형, 그리고 평균과 정밀도에 대한 하위모형을 가지고 있는 확장된 베타회귀모형을 이용하여 예측모형을 개발하고 모형의 예측 정확도를 비교하였다. 선형회귀모형에 비해 확장된 베타회귀모형의 예측 정확도가 높기는 하지만 신뢰구간이 겹치고 있기 때문에 확장된 베타회귀모형의 정확도가 더 높다고 할 수는 없다. 하지만 확장된 베타회귀모형은 공변량에 따라 분산이 달라지는 부분을 설명할 수 있으며 선형회귀모형이 제한된 범위를 벗어난 값을 예측하는 부분을 개선할 수 있다. 따라서 범위가 제한되고 이분산이 있는 치우친 자료에 대해 공변량들이 평균 및 정밀도에 영향을 주는 정도를 동시에 고려하는 확장된 베타회귀모형은 건강 관련 삶의 질 자료인 EQ-5D를 분석하는 방법으로 적절하다고 할 수 있다. The health-related quality of life data are commonly skewed and bounded with spike at the perfect health status, and the variance tended to be heteroscedastic. In this study, we have developed a prediction model for EQ-5D using linear regression model, beta regression model, and extended beta regression model with mean and precision submodel, and also compared the predictive accuracy. The extended beta regression model allows to model skewness and differences in dispersion related to covariates. Although the extended beta regression model has higher prediction accuracy than the linear regression model, the overlapped confidence intervals suggested that the extended beta regression model was superior to the linear regression model. However, the expended beta regression model could explain the heteroscedasticity and predict within the bounded range. Therefore, the expended beta regression model are appropriate for fitting the health-related quality of life data such as EQ-5D.

Since early times, paper has been the leading means of expression in human civilization. Along with the development of languages, people have used paper as their major intermediation measures to flourish the culture. At this point of time when studies in latest design are various and abundant, these fixed ideas on paper should be eliminated first for inventive thinking and freedom of expression. Because breaking the established notion helps to diversify the function of paper. We can see furniture made of paper come in useful to our ancestors in their daily life with the development of "Hanjiquot;. Each piece of paper furniture had its own function and beauty depending on processing method. Not only has been used for materials of basic modeling in the process of modern furniture designing, paper has also been used for the main material for the purpose of a new trial. If we try to find out the ways to take diverse characteristics of paper and develop them, while overcoming the defects of the material, paper has great potentiality for many kinds of use in furniture industry.

디지털 포렌식을 위한 SHA-256 활용 데이터 수정 감지시스템 제안

통신 기술의 발달과 더불어 다양한 형태의 디지털 범죄가 증가하고 있고, 이에 따라 디지털 포렌식에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 더욱이 특정인이 중요한 데이터를 담고 있는 텍스트 문서를 고의적으로 삭제하거나 수정할 경우 데이터 수정 감지 여부를 확인하는 시스템을 통해 특정인과 범죄와의 연관성을 입증할 수 있는 중요한 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 논문은 텍스트 파일을 중심으로 암호화 기법 중 하나인 SHA-256의 hash data, 생성 시간, 수정 시간, 접근 시간 및 파일의 크기 등을 분석하여 대상 텍스트 파일의 수정 여부를 비교할 수 있는 데이터 수정 감지 시스템을 제안한다. With the development of communication technology, various forms of digital crime are increasing, and the need for digital forensics is increasing. Moreover, if a textual document containing sensitive data is deliberately deleted or modified by a particular person, it could be important data to prove its connection to a particular person and crime through a system that checks for data modification detection. This paper proposes a data modification detection system that can analyze the hash data, file size, file creation date, file modification date, file access date, etc. of SHA-256, one of the encryption techniques, focusing on text files, to compare whether the target text file is modified or not.

태양전지 산업(産業)에서 배출(排出)되는 Si waste로부터 SiC 분말 제조에 관한 연구(硏究)

태양전지산업으로부터 배출되는 Si waste로부터 탄소환원법을 사용하여 SiC 분말을 제조하였다. 태양광 산업의 실리콘 웨이퍼 가공 공정에서 다량의 실리콘 및 오일 포함된 폐액이 발생한다. 환경과 경제적인 측면에서 폐액으로부터 실리콘 성분을 재회수하는 기술의 개발은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 폐 실리콘를 milling하여 나노화한 후 카본 블랙과 혼합하고 진공분위기에서 $1,350^{\circ}C$로 열처리하여 100 nm크기의 균일한 입도를 갖는 SiC 분말을 제조하였다. 폐실리콘과 생성물의 물리적 특성을 SEM, XRD, 입도분석 그리고 원자 흡수 분광기를 사용하여 분석하였다. SiC powders have been recovered from silicon-containing waste slurry by carbothermal reduction method with carbon black. Large amount of silicon-containing waste slurry is generated from Solar Cell industry. In an environmental and economic point of view, retrieve of the valuable natural resource from the silicon waste is important. In this study, SiC powder recovered by the reaction ball-milled silicon powder from waste and carbon black at $1350^{\circ}C$ for 3h under vacuum condition. Physical properties of samples have been characterized using SEM, XRD, Particle size analyzer and FT-IR spectroscopy.

미용실 고객의 서비스공정성과 고객몰입 및 고객시민행동의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of service justices (distributive, procedural and interactional justice) on customer commitment, and to examine the effects of customer commitment on customer citizenship behaviors(loyalty, cooperation and participation). In order to analyze the fitness of the research model and to test the hypotheses, the data are collected from 345 customers of beauty shops through the administration of structured questionnaires. A structural equation analysis is performed by the AMOS package. The goodness of fit indices indicate that the fit of the model to the data is generally good. In addition, five of six hypotheses are supported by the data. The results reveal that first, distributive justice and interactional justice have positive effects on customer commitment, second, customer commitment has significantly positive effects on loyalty, cooperation and participation. These results of this study have implications for both theory of customer citizenship behavior and beauty service practice. Future research direction are outlined.

로버스트 베이지안 베타회귀분석

연속형 반응변수의 분포가 치우쳐 있고 이분산이 있으며, 비율과 같이 0과 1 사이의 단위구간으로 주어지는 경우 베타분포를 이용한 베타회귀모형을 적용할 수 있다. 베타회귀모형은 베타분포를 평균과 정밀도 모수로 표현한 후 평균과 정밀도에 대한 하위모형으로 추정할 수 있다. 일반적으로 비선형 혼합효과모형에서는 랜덤효과를 정규분포로 가정한다. 하지만 이상치가 있는 경우 추론이 로버스트 하지 않으므로, 여러 형태의 대칭인 연속형 확를분포를 포함하고 있는 다변량 정규분포의 척도혼합을 이용하여 로버스트한 추론을 할 수 있다. 다변량 정규분포의 척도혼합은 다변량 t-분포, 다변량 슬래쉬 분포 등의 꼬리가 두꺼운 다변량 분포를 포함하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 베이지안 혼합 베타회귀 모형에서 다변량 정규분포보다 두꺼운 꼬리를 가지는 랜덤효과를 고려하기 위하여 다변량 정규분포의 척도혼합을 랜덤효과의 사전분포로 이동하는 베이지안 계층적 모형을 제안하고, 이를 실제 자료에 적용하고자 한다. The beta regression model is adequate for situations where the continuous response variables with skewness and heteroscedasticity are restricted to the interval (0,1) such as percentages, proportions and fractions. The beta distribution can be parameterized in terms of its mean and precision parameter and the submodels for mean and precision can be estimated in beta regression. A common assumption in nonlinear mixed-effects models is the normality of random effects. However, the inferences are not robust in the presence of outliers. The scale mixtures of multivariate normal distribution include heavy-tailed distribution such as multivariate t-distribution and slash distribution and are often used for robust inference. In this paper, we proposed Bayesian hierarchical model using the scale mixtures of multivariate normal distribution as prior for random effects and applied to the real data.

특수교사의 직무스트레스가 매너리즘에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 특수교사의 직무스트레스, 스트레스 대처, 심리적 소진, 매너리즘의 구성 개념 간의 영향 관계를 탐색하고, 직무스트레스와 매너리즘의 관계에서 스트레스 대처와 심리적 소진의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 전국의 특수학급, 특수학교에 재직 중인 초·중·고 특수교사를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여, 최종 396부를 분석에 사용하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0, Process Macro for SPSS(Ver 3.5) 프로그램으로 처리하였다. 변인 간의 영향 관계를 알아보기 위해 다중 회귀분석을 하였고, 스트레스 대처와 심리적 소진의 매개효과를 분석하기 위해 부트스트래핑을 통한 직접효과 분석, 단순 매개효과 분석, 이중 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 심리적 소진은 매너리즘에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 정서 중심적 대처가 직무스트레스와 매너리즘의 관계에서 부분 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무스트레스가 정서 중심적 대처와 심리적 소진을 매개로 매너리즘에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무스트레스와 매너리즘의 관계에서 심리적 소진은 완전 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특수교사의 매너리즘에 영향을 미치는 매개변인으로 심리적 소진에 대한 관리가 매우 중요하다는 것이 검증되었다. 본 연구는 특수교사의 매너리즘에 대한 논의를 본격화한 최초의 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있고, 시사하는 바가 크다. This study has been conducted to analyze the level of special education teachers' job stress, stress coping, psychological burnout, and mannerism, and to see whether these variables are different according to the teachers’ demographic variables. In addition, the examination to identify how the constructs relates to each other, and particularly to investigate the mediated effect of stress coping and psychological burnout between job stress and mannerism has been also performed. An online survey was conducted on elementary, middle and high school teachers in special classes and special schools nationwide, and the final 396 sample were used for analysis, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 and PROCESS Macro for SPSS(Ver 3.5). Multiple regression analyses were performed to determine the relationship between the variables. To analyze the mediated effects of stress coping and psychological burnout, direct effect analysis, simple mediated effect analysis, and multiple mediated effect analysis via bootstrapping were conducted. The conclusions and implications of this study are as follows. Job stress is shown to have a positive effect on psychological burnout, and psychological burnout has a positive effect on mannerism. Emotion-focused coping has been shown to play a partial role in the relationship between job stress and mannerism, and job stress indirectly affects mannerism through emotion-focused coping and psychological burnout. In addition, psychological burnout has been shown to serve as a complete mediating variable in the relationship between job stress and mannerism, and it has been proven that management of psychological burnout is very important as a mediating variable that affects the mannerism of special teachers. This work validates the relationship of variables by recognizing the mannerisms of special teachers differently from psychological burnout, and by exploring variables that affect them. Therefore, it is highly suggestive in that it is the first full-fledged study to prevent and manage the mannerism of special teachers, and to discuss the mannerism of special teachers.

왜정규분포를 이용한 ROC 곡선에 대한 베이지안 모형

질병 진단을 위한 진단검사의 결과는 연속형 또는 순서형 자료로 주어질 수 있는데, 일반적으로 진단검사의 정확도는 특성화 곡선과 곡선하면적으로 나타낼 수 있다. 임상적으로 유용한 진단검사는 임의로 선택한 실제 질병이 없는 경우의 검사 결과보다 실제 질병이 있는 경우의 검사 결과가 더 크게 나오는 경우인데, 이런 경우 특성화 곡선은 적절하다고 정의한다. 본 연구에서는 진단검사의 결과가 순서형 자료로 주어지는 경우 적절한 특성화 곡선을 추정하기 위해 확률적 순서화 방법을 이용하고자 한다. 그리고 순서형 변수에 대한 잠재변수의 분포가 치우친 경우를 고려하기 위하여 잠재변수의 분포를 왜정규분포로 가정하여 특성화 곡선과 곡선하면적을 추정할 수 있는 베이지안 모형을 소개하고, 이를 실제 자료에 적용하고자 한다. The results of diagnostic tests for disease diagnosis are measured by continuous or ordinal data. The performance of diagnostic tests usually be summarized using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and the area under the curve. The diagnostic tests are clinically useful when the test results in the diseased group are higher than those in the non-diseased group, in which case the ROC curve is called a proper ROC curve. In this study, we consider the skew normal distribution for the latent variables of ordinal data and the stochastic ordering methods to estimate the proper ROC curve in Bayesian model, and apply them to the real data.
