The concept of the housing value could be the motivations and criteria to make a choice of housing behavior of individuals and families. Also, the housing value can be important in terms of the housing supply-plan considering the housing related to the change of values and the change of the families. However, the supply of housing does not reflect at all unique housing needs following the consumer’s values, family structure, family life cycle. So, it will need to be made that various housing supply considering the demand based on changes in the nature of residential customers. To do this, grasp the characteristics of housing values is the first challenge. Accordingly, this study is purposed to analyse the family life cycle and housing values of each family life cycle. This access to housing values based on the family life cycle is expected to be able to provide specific information for the housing supply plan considering the life of the actual residents.
친환경 초고층 건축설계에 있어서 채광시스템 종류에 따른 자연채광 성능분석에 관한 연구

In architecture, Effective use of daylighting shows various application possibility in human psychology and physiology. Solar light is indispensible to architectural space. At the same time, Openness, comfortability, and freshness are also healthy constituents in daylighting which will be a fillip and rhythm in life. For that reason, Importance of environment-friendly skyscraper plan which overcame environmental factors becoming issue in skyscraper and considered energy saving, reduction of environmental load, health of resident and sustainability of building, etc. is expected to grow more and more. This study was conducted by analyzing how daylighting techniques which were already being used in skyscraper were applied to skyscraper. And change of interior illuminance was analysed and simulated by using Autodesk ECOTECT Analysis 2010 to find out daylighting effects of high-rise office building applied by Atrium, one of techniques.
비정질 강자성체 CoSiB/Pd 다층박막의 두께에 따른 수직자기이방성 변화

Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) is the phenomenon of magnetic thin film which is preferentially magnetized in a direction perpendicular to the film’s plane. Amorphous multilayer with PMA has been studied as the good candidate to realization of high density STT-MRAM (Spin Transfer Torque-Magnetic Random Access Memory). The current issue of high density STT-MRAM is a decrease in the switching current of the device and an application of amorphous materials which are most suitable devices. The amorphous ferromagnetic material has low saturated magnetization, low coercivity and high thermal stability. In this study, we presented amorphous ferromagnetic multilayer that consists of an amorphous alloy CoSiB and a nonmagnetic material Pd. We investigated the change of PMA of the [CoSiB t<SUB>CoSiB</SUB>/Pd 1.3 nm]? multilayer (t<SUB>CoSiB</SUB> = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 nm, and t<SUB>Pd</SUB>= 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 nm) and [CoSiB 0.3 nm/Pd 1.3 nm]n multilayer (n = 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13). This multilayer is measured by VSM (Vibrating Sample Magnetometer) and analyzed magnetic properties like a coercivity (Hc) and a magnetization (Ms). The coercivity in the [CoSiB t<SUB>CoSiB</SUB> nm/Pd 1.3 nm]? multi-layers increased with increasing t<SUB>CoSiB</SUB> to reach a maximum at t<SUB>CoSiB</SUB> = 0.3 nm and then decreased for t<SUB>CoSiB</SUB>> 0.3 nm. The lowest saturated magnetization of 0.26 emu/cm³ was obtained in the [CoSiB 0.3 nm/Pd 1.3 nm]₃ multilayer whereas the highest coercivity of 0.26 kOe was obtained in the [CoSiB 0.3 nm/Pd 1.3 nm]? mutilayer. Additional Pd layers did not contribute to the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. The single domain structure evolved in to a striped multi-domain structure as the bilayer repetition number n was increased above 7 after which (n > 7) the hysteresis loops had a bow-tie shapes.
BIM 기반 친환경 건축물 평가 및 검증 방안에 대한 연구

The environmental issues has been forming Eco-paradigm as a big topic in our society since the late 20th century. The environmental problems has been realized that is getting threatening human survivorship, it is setting up the Ecological trend. The architecture domain also has considered these kinds of environmental issues that through architectural Eco-boom like the Green building, Sustainable Architecture and Environmental Architecture. The BIM(Building Information Modeling) is considered a new paradigm and a powerful method in building design, construction and maintenance. However, if is still hard to implement environmental performance analysis using BIM in Green-Building certification. This study, therefore, aims to reveal problems and to suggest an assessment method of Green-Building certification’s indicator that is suitable to the situation of Korea. Further study is needed to develop an variety of assessment methods to objective Green-Building certification’s indicator.
BIM을 활용한 태양광 발전시스템의 건축물에 대한 적용

Recently, as the interest in environment-friendliness of the Government is raised, the systematic maintenance is also being constructed according to it. The environment-friendly design is not a selection, but became an essential element now in all construction. Our country is aiming to achieve economic growth with the topic of low carbon and green growth, which reduces CO2 emissions to 0% until 2013. It is difficult that the energy and building performance assessment through accurate and environment-friendly analysis are achieved. This research proposes application techniques of energy performance analysis process that becomes an issue in the whole architecture and construction at present by focusing on environment-friendly building design.
Pt, Pd층의 두께가 CoSiB/Pt/CoSiB 및 CoSiB/Pd/CoSiB 박막의 자기적 특성에 미치는 영향

CoSiB is the amorphous ferromagnetic material and the thin-film consisting of CoSiB, Pt and Pd has perpendicular magnetic anisotropic property. We have been studied the magnetic property of trilayers consisting of the Co75Si15B10, Pt and Pd. In this paper, we investigated the magnetic property of the [CoSiB 15 Å/Pt or Pd (8, 11, 14, 17, and 24 Å)/CoSiB 15 Å] trilayers and found dependence of thickness of Pt or Pd layer on the magnetic property. The trilayer is measured by VSM and analyzed coercivity and saturation magnetization. The coerivity of CoSiB/Pt/CoSiB trilayer system is higher than it of CoSiB/Pd/CoSiB trilayer system. However the saturation magnetization of CoSiB/Pt/CoSiB trilayer is lower than it of CoSIB/Pd/CoSiB trilayer system. All values of two system samples decreased with increasing the thickness of Pt and Pd layer.

In the construction, the claims which activities to resolve an incomplete part, the different part, added part at the time the contract are items that can not be avoided. If mediation is impossible, stakeholder claims may proceed to litigation claims, and If you lose, will lose a significant amount of money. Accordingly, arbitration system can do to minimize the loss of time and money raised in litigation has emerged in importance. In this study, through analysis of construction claims arbitration cases of The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, is to suggest future research directions.
박막 두께 및 열처리가 수직자기이방성을 갖는 CoSiB/Pd 다층박막의 자기적 특성에 미치는 영향

CoSiB is the amorphous ferromagnetic material and multilayer consisting of CoSiB and Pd has perpendicular magnetic anisotropic property. PMA has strong advantages for STT-MRAM. Moreover, amorphous materials have two advantages more than crystalline materials: no grain boundary and good thermal stability. Therefore, we studied the magnetic properties of multilayers consisting of the Co<SUB>75</SUB>Si<SUB>15</SUB>B<SUB>10</SUB> with PMA. In this study, we investigated the magnetic property of the [CoSiB (3, 4, 5, and 6) Å/Pd (11, 13, 15, 17, 19, and 24 Å)]<SUB>5</SUB> multilayers and found the annealing temperature dependence of the magnetic property. The annealing temperature range is from room temperature to 500 ℃. The coercivity and the saturation magnetization of the CoSiB/Pd multilayer system have a close association with the annealing temperature. Moreover, the coercivity especially shows a sudden increasing at the specific annealing temperature.
박막수직방향에서 면방향으로 회전하는 인가자기장에 대한 다층박막 [Pt/Co]<SUB>N</SUB>-IrMn의 교환바이어스의 각도의존특성

The angular dependence of the exchange bias (Hex) and coercivity (Hc) in multilayer [Pt/Co]N-IrMn with applied measuring field rotated toward in-plane at angle θ from perpendicular-to-plane, has been measured. Multilayer films consisting of Si/SiO₂/Ta(50)/Pt(4)/[Pt(15)/Co(t<SUB>Co</SUB>)]N/IrMn(50)/Ta(50) (in A) were prepared by magnetron sputtering under typical base pressure below 2×10<SUP>?8</SUP> Torr at room temperature. Magnetization measurements were performed on a vibrating sample magnetometer and extraordinary Hall voltage measurement systems after cooling from 550 K under a field of 2 kOe applied along the perpendicular to film direction. The hysteresis loop shifts from the origin not only along the field axis but also along the magnetization axis. Hex and Hc show a 1/cosθ and 1/|cosθ| dependence on the angle (θ) between the applied measuring field and the perpendicular-film direction, respectively. This 1/cosθ dependence can be accounted for by considering the angular dependence of strong out-of-plane magnetic anisotropy introduced during the field cooling.
