        초등학생의 포크댄스 참여가 대인관계에 미치는 영향

        The study, focused on clarifying the relationship between folkdance and interpersonal relationship, aimed to investigate the influence of elementary school students` participation in folkdance on interpersonal relationship. The data was carried out pre-and post-tests using a questionnaire after verifying its reliability and validity with 63 male and female 5th graders in elementary school. As a result, it has appeared that the experimental and control groups were homogeneous with no significant differences (p>.05) on the basis of the pre-test between them, whereas the two groups showed significant differences in the entire interpersonal relationship and satisfaction with it, communication, friendliness, openness, and understandability factors (p<.05). On the other hand, as for the differences of changes between the pre-and post-tests, the experimental group showed significant differences in the entire interpersonal relationship, and satisfaction, communication, friendliness, openness, and understandability factors (p<.05), while the control group revealed no significant differences in the entire interpersonal relationship as well as the 7 sub-factors (p>.05). And, there was no meaningful differences in interpersonal relationship by genders (p.>.05). To recapitulate the results of the study, regardless of gender distinction, it has appeared that folkdance has effects on the development of elementary school students` interpersonal relationship.
